Didn't know how many breweries and distilleries there were in Brooklyn until i came here - first place I've seen stocked with kings county liquors among others. The owners are amazingly nice and make excellent cocktails, my new favorite place in Binghamton.

The food was delicious. The effort is apparent and it translates into the food. Everyone should be ordering the bacon Brie burger I don’t ever order something else.

This is a really cute crepe place. The food is great and the atmosphere is wonderful, as is the service. Went during a lunch hour and the place was steady but everything was spectacular.

I go here often to grab a drink/coffee and get some work done. The staff is super friendly and the coffee and drinks are always awesome. The food selection is pretty great. The shop is definitely a great environment whether you're going to grab lunch with a friend or spend the evening/afternoon getting work done. It is a super low-key and chill place to spend a couple hours.

GET THE CREPES!! The Shop is probably the best restaurant in a 20 mile radius. After spending 6 years in Binghamton for college, this place had the friendliest service, consistently best food, and great value. The crepes are quite large, and one is a filling meal. Great drink selection and execution as well! I highly recommend stopping by for lunch and a drink.

This place has a great cup of coffee. Fantastic mixed drinks. The crepes are the star items of the menu. They also have a solid burger. You really can’t go wrong here. Perfect for brunch or lunch.

A very cute coffee shop that has amazing service, and amazing food. There is a wide range of beverages and a variety of crepes, sandwiches, and salads. Everything I have tried on the menu has been delicious. Additionally the atmosphere is very cozy making it a great place to sit down and have a cup of coffee with some friends!

Really cute little place that is so much more than a coffee shop. Usually three nice / craft beers on tap and a full bar for cocktails with some great ones already on the dink list. A nice menu with fantastic crepes that range from sweet breakfast to savory lunch / dinner with inventive and fantastically pair combinations. Some great sandwiches with nice ingredient combinations you don't see often but work great. However, the real star of the show here is their burger. Just one on the menu and it's all they need. I thought it was a little pretentious at first calling it "The Perfect Burger", but darn it, it's amazing! Cooked perfect every time with a nice cheese and really tasty house sauce with fries that are just as perfect, crispy and flavorful. Comes with their own home-maid ketchup that is also just-right and doesn't try too hard to be different. Also to note their burger comes with a free glass of Champaign on Fridays with a liquor flavor (strawberry, lilac, current...) drop added if you like. There are a ton of flavors and although it's not expensive Champaign, it's a fun add.

My daughter and I both ordered a gluten free crepe.... one savory and one sweet. We should have just ordered 1. It was so much food. And very good. The service was great, as well.

hey guys what’s up i just ate here and it was awesome. specifically, the servers “elizabeth” and “sandra” were so polite, timely, organized, polite and organized. burger was yummy and water was tasty. the atmosphere was awesome and made me almost cry but i didn’t though.

Such a cute place! It’s a great place to enjoy a meal with your family and/or to meet friends in the evening hours. They have a huge array of crepe choices, for all people with different taste buds. Highly recommend!

I had one of their boozy chai drinks and the peanut butter, bacon, banana and Nutella crepe. I mean, how can a place that has these things be anything other than FABULOUS? The atmosphere was nice, we sat by the window to watch the world go by and enjoy the sun while we ate. The staff was friendly, helpful and prompt. Would recommend and will visit again!

Stopped by on a Friday afternoon on our way to Ithaca, so glad we did. The outside is deceiving, appeared small and corporate like. When we stepped in?! We were greeted by a gorgeous bar and the smell of espresso. We dropped by for lunch and it was all I can think about ever since then. I had the Killer Burger and it was delicious. Perfect brioche bun and crispy yet fresh fries. Please stop here, you won’t regret it!! It’s been a while since I had a good burger at restaurant and The Shop reset my burger timer. No pics because I was face deep in that meal. Stop in, you won’t regret it

The Shop has a great atmosphere and great food. I love the lavender lemonade for a cold drink and for a warm drink my go-to is the chai latte. The crepes are always delicious. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich this time and it was perfect. Definitely a great brunch spot with a good variety for every type of taste palette.

The Shop has been the best all around restaurant in downtown Binghamton for a few years now. Everything about it is spot on: The atmosphere is hipper than anything else in Bing. The service is always fantastic. They have a small but very well curated selection of beer (and the other drinks seem great too). The menu is interesting, and the food is always impeccably executed. In recent years, it's become my department's go-to place for hosting faculty candidates and other visitors to the university, because it really shows off Binghamton at its best. I just wish they were open a few more days a week!

I came here for the Strawberry Banana Crepe. It was pretty good. I would come back to try the burgers because they looked good. The server was super lovely -- she was the perfect amount of coming over while not just making me uncomfortable and badgering me. She was so awesome. EDIT: I came back for the Shop Burger and fries! The fries were surprisingly amazing because usually fries are just okay to me. I really liked everything. Sooooo good, I would’ve gotten a crepe too but I didn’t want to miss my bus. I also got an amazing vanilla cappuchino. I hope they sell their espresso beans because it was so smooth. I love this place and would come back for drinks with friends or a cute lunch/dinner with a date.

We were greeted immediately by the person that was also our Server. She was bubbly and sweet. We arrived as soon as the open sign was displayed on the door. The entire staff was at their stations and ready for the days business. I ordered a double portabella cheese burger. I asked for it to be cooked medium and it was perfect. Our Server recommended fries with truffle oil. They were hot, crispy and tasty! My bride ordered a chicken Florentine crepe as her main course. The cool thing is that they made it Gluten free. For dessert she had a Gluten free rosehip crepe. We are definitely going back ASAP.

One of my faves in the area!! There's nothing I've had at the Shop that I haven't thoroughly enjoyed. The Perfect Burger is always a great go to option (and is served with fries, crispy and perfect). The Shop is definitely one of my go to's for brunch or dinner. I visited the restaurant last Sunday for brunch and was seated right away. The food came out swiftly and like every time at The Shop, my latte and crepe were both delicious. Even when there is a little bit of a holdup in the kitchen, the food is worth waiting for and comes out beautifully presented. Will be back soon!

This restaurant has a good selection, including vegan food in their menu. The quantity was generous, and the food was deliciously prepared. It was conveniently located in downtown Binghamton. We dined at the Bistro in DoublecTree Hilton around the corner. The food there was nowhere comparable with this. Probably the best in town. Would definitely come back if we happen to be in town again.

I'm going to start this review by saying that I'm not a crepe person (like at all) but my friend suggested we stop in for a drink. I didn't intend to get anything to eat but after looking at the menu I tried their brie plate which was good and asked about the crepes (brief was good so I figured OK let's give this a shot.) Our waiter recommended both a sweet and savory and since I'm not a sweet person by nature decided to go with the Roasted Chicken Spinach Florentine - didn't disappoint! In fact I was shocked that I actually LIKED it b/c again I don't like crepes. Very well done. The rest of the food that passed our table also looked delish and I would definitely eat there again when in the area. Love the vibe (exposed brick and air ducts) music is literally just background which is perfect. Bar was great - bartender made our drinks perfectly - no complaints here! Glad to see Bingo Town is stepping up their restaurant game b/c they were severely lacking.

The Shop is one of my favorites restaurants in Binghamton. Amazingly delicious sweet and savory crepes. Great flat bread pizzas and salads too. And reasonably priced as well. The owner and manager are always friendly and accommodating. 5 stars!

This place is a true gem for downtown Binghamton. They have an awesome brunch menu with crepes, but also have some good appetizers (the hummus is amazing) and entrés for later in the day. Personally, my husband and I love to come sit at the bar and enjoy some amazing craft cocktails! ((One of the best espresso martinis in town))

Went with a kid (10) there for lunch the other day. Frankly I am shocked at how much he loved the Truffle Mac and Cheese. We also got burgers which was not always a thing there. Their other food was always good... but I appreciated the burgers for feeding a kid. All the food was very delicious and cooked well. The only downside to the place is that sometimes the hours open can be a little funky. I suggest calling ahead to make sure that they are open since it can vary depending on time of year and if the university is in session.

I ordered the barbecue chicken sandwich with fries and lavender lemonade, and it was incredible. The portion was super big, and everything tasted amazing. I don’t usually eat fries, but these were so good that I would come back just for them. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely though a bit noisy since there was no background music, but my friends and I didn’t mind at all. Definitely a spot I will be recommending.

I’ve wanted to try this place out for a while and I’m so glad we went - we went for our 10 year anniversary around 2pm for a late lunch. Wonderful food (feta fig walnut salad, killer burger, caramel latte, and Nutella strawberry banana crepe). The waitress was so quick and very kind. The latte was amazing! Definitely 10/10 recommend.

Honestly haven’t been to a place in downtown this good in a while.. it’s definitely a place with good food. The price are decent for what it is alittle high but for how well the food was id pay it again!!! The staff where all very nice also wasn’t very busy since it was down pouring.. fast service it only took 10-15 mins for our food to come out we where in and out in within 45 mins the only complaint is that the high stools are kinda uncomfortable 😆

Delicious mimosas, they're $3 on Saturdays and Sundays. Crepes are great as well. I got the Nutella, strawberry and banana crepes. A gem in downtown Binghamton. Just be aware there is a wait time on weekends usually. But worth it!!

Very nice spot from blues music to modern food options. The Crepes are awesome with a ton of different combinations and the pork sandwich was very good as well. The drinks are all well made the barista is hilarious and very fast. The service was quick polite and did a great job at sanitizing and following all covid guide lines highly recommended!!!

This is my second trip here this week ,after discovering The Shop. The Cayenne Mocha Latte I tried my first trip was unique and enjoyable. This time around I experimented with this Bourbon Iced Mocha. Wow. A great balance of coffee and booze. I need to come back for the food, I have high expectations for their crepes after my experience with their beverages.

Pricey but good burgers, great atmosphere, great cocktails. Fries were extremely salty and overcooked with nearly no potato left inside.

Nice ambiance. A little pricey for what they serve, but there's nothing like them anywhere else, and they are really nice. High quality food, good service, good choice if you want to sit somewhere for a while with friends or just by yourself. Comfortable on a cloudy day.

The savory crepe was great. The Shop Club was good, but pretty small for a $14 sandwich. They have a full variety of awesome gluten free options. The coffee drinks were delish. That being said, although I appreciated the delicious gluten-free crepe itself, we had the peaches and cream crepe and it was definitely not something I'd order again. The peaches appeared to be fresh, but were really unevenly sliced and were not cooked, so some were super hard and tough to eat, while other pieces were soft and ripe. The mascarpone cheese was less than a 2 oz portion, and the peaches were served ice cold, which we were not expecting. We were told that's the way it comes, but honestly, i've never had cold fillings in a hot crepe.

Cute little brunch place in downtown Binghamton. The crepes were excellent and the $3 mimosas weren't anything to cry about either. It was pretty busy the whole time I was there, but I don't think anyone had to wait for a table.

NYC vibe, creative menu items, crepes and coffee. All homesick college folk, there's a refuge for you here. Staff was great. If you are a fan of crepes, or someone in your life is... This place is a good idea. That is if you've got extra bones to spare as this is not the frugal choice. Great booze selection if you are into all those trendy microbrews and distilleries. The coffees here are interesting. They can throw together some good Java... Some selections are a bit too creative. The black tonic was espresso over tonic water... Inventive, but not my thing. The Cayenne pepper mocha late however, good stuff. In the back is a lounge area, perfect for cracking a good book and taking in an adventurous menu selection.

Great place to eat and hang out! My friends and I went on a Thursday night and the music was great! Also they have a great selection of crepes, and fresh ground espresso lattes. P.S. you can save on parking by using the nearby church(First Assembly of God) parking lot.

I am giving this only 4 stars simply for the fact that I haven't actually eaten there yet. What I CAN say is that everything from the decor/atmosphere to the menu is phenomenal. Everybody I know that has been there have been impressed to say the least. There is plenty of room for dining, but the popularity keeps them going strong. If dining in isn't your speed, they do offer take-out or delivery through Grubhub. Parking is not an issue either. All-in-all, I hope to have the chance soon to actually experience this place in full.....I have a strong feeling that it'll more than fill the 5th star on this review.

The food is consistent, the drinks are decent and it's overall a good spot to go. Nothing incredible, but for the area, it is pretty good.

Had lunch here with friends from work. I had a burger that was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The fries were delicious. Prices were a bit high, and customized items are charged quite steeply, but the food was great, the setting is quite nice, and it's absolutely an outstanding place for lunch.

This place looks lovely and I would love to grab a drink there more often, but I frequently try to come around 8:30-8:45 and they are closed already despite saying they are open til 10pm 😩

Nice place but I felt it was real pricey for average food. Took wife who had the pork crepe and both kids had strawberry crepes and I had a pork sandwich that came with potato chips. 1 beer and 3 juice drinks and bill was over $70..

We arrived at the Shop a few minutes after opening and it was packed/almost fully reserved due to graduation weekend. Luckily there were 2 open spots at the short bar which we took. Ambiance: it's a nice modern looking restaurant where you could go in with a t-shirt and shorts or dress up without feeling out of place. Service: wait staff are friendly, professional and attentive without being overbearing Food: options include appetizers, salad, crepes (sweet or savory), sandwiches and flatbread pizzas. I ordered the prosciutto and mushroom flatbread and my boyfriend ordered the roasted pork sandwich (comes with pickle and chips) and a garden salad on the side. The flatbread pizza is quite literally a pizza (ample mozzarella with not alot of toppings) on warmed flatbread that you could make at home - it tasted okay but was not what I had in mind. The roasted pork sandwich had a nice crunchy bread, tender and juicy meat and definitely would be my choice of food if I could do it all over again. The garden salad was dressed with a nice citrus vinaigrette (refreshing and sweet, but not overtly so) that I enjoyed. Overall, I would return but I would order a sandwich next time.

Delicious crepes and coffee, but way overpriced!

The crepes were very large pancakes with a small amount of the filling place in the center. Prior to the pandemic the crepes were truly well made and delicious. The management needs to train the cooks.

A fancy pants place for crepes and cocktails in a very cool space. The service was friendly, but it is WAY OVERPRICED. The crepes were good, but not $12 good. If you’ve got money to blow then by all means, enjoy, but there are so many other equally good/better places in Binghamton where you will get a whole lot more for your money.

The staff is super nice however the food is overpriced. If I gonna pay $20 for a burger the patty shouldn't be frozen. Besides the patty being frozen and food being overpriced the place is inviting and clean. I wish they had more mixed drink options. I love the staff here and I would go back because of them. I would just stay away from the burger but the fries were awesome.

I love fruit crepe and this place has the goods. This is a very classy place with luxury to complement the interior. The theme is very retro like. They have a bar and a cook at the very back end of the diner. The chairs are extremely hard to sit on, which is a huge bummer. The customer service is on point. The choices vary and can be troublesome, if you never had a certain dish that you never heard of (like me). The other negative is the price. This is a nice establishment, but it comes with a 5 star pricing. Unfortunately, the food does not match the value its asking. On the other hand, the crepe was good (nothing special). This place has the potential to be a 4 star restaurant, but needs to change a few things before it can conquer that status. I recommend this place for couples, teens and the occasional anniversary celebration. Cheers!

Final update: Whelp it was not just restaurant week and we probably won’t be back. Went in recently and it took a long time to get seated for our reservation, forever to place an order, and our food came sooo late. It was well over an hour from when we sat down to when we got anything other than water. We noticed lots of people around us having the same issue and growing impatient. Orders were mixed up and they are clearly understaffed. This place used to be great and it’s just gone downhill. It’s a shame because the food is good…once you get it. Updated review: went for dinner during Restaurant Week recently and the food is still delicious but the service was really poor. It took forever for anyone to acknowledge us at the host station and then forever for someone to even stop by our table. The server was borderline rude and slammed down our plates. We were brought a bill before we had even started our dessert, waters were never refilled. All in all a bit of a bummer when the food is so yummy. Will have to try again when it isn’t restaurant week. Original review: So cute and always yummy. From grabbing a quick coffee to delicious crepes. I only wish they were open more days/hours!

Ambiance is nice, but the place is very loud, which was mainly due to the coffee machines. Additionally, the cappuccino I ordered was not very good at all. Quite disappointed.

Food was subpar at best. One of the cooks was rude and denied service to a guest coming in to be sat and made a disruptive scene for the guests trying to enjoy their meal, which completely turned off from ever going again. Go to Lost Dog instead.

The service was 5 star! Atmosphere was 5 star. The food i purchased was overpriced. I bought a salad that had few pieces of feta, 2 walnuts and mixed greens. It was very small and i paid $8. Although the salad tasted delicious it was way overpriced.

I lovee this place! has amazing food! but the waitress that I have had for the past two times is actually super rude. She never came by to ask how things were even though I saw her go to other tables and ask them how they were doing...she took food away without asking if we were done with it...and she just seemed like in a bad mood both times but only when it came to my table. I still left her a tip even though the service was bad and honestly made feel uncomfortable seemed like she had something against me, I think her name was shannon or victoria one of the two. I thought this place was great, I adore the atmosphere, the service is amazing, but the best, hands down was their coffee. The past two times I've gone though, have been awful. Last time I ordered a chai and it was simply hot milk, when previously it had been spicy and great tasting. I returned a few weeks later and ordered two capuccinos to go. What I recieved was clearly supposed to be a capuccino, tasted like plain coffee and milk. I'm disappointed as this place had potential to be a regular go to, but has neglected to stay consistent.

I had never been to the shop before today. The restaurant itself is beautiful, nice atmosphere.I was really disappointed in the food and the service. I am Wondering if the server was brand new as he was not very polite or attentive to our table. I cannot remember word for word what he said but he said something to the effect of “ are you guys done or what.” The crepe my son got left much to be desired. I think this type of restaurant is a really great concept and could be great, adding more crepes to the menu would be awesome. Hopefully it was just a bad night ?

Was a frequent customer, great cocktails and atmosphere. Unfortunately, while having lunch, one of their chairs broke on my friend (thin guy) and he almost fell all the way back. At first our server was apologetic and asked if he was alright but then the manager came over in a huff, told us it cost $250 and walked away. Then she sent over her male partner, who accused him of breaking the chair, and that they had cameras to check. No apologies were issued and they made us feel very uncomfortable. I work at a restaurant and would never handle a situation like that. Will not be returning, and I would suggest that they tailor their managing styles as to not chase away their regular customers.

They just sent me the ingredients to make my own crepe when I ordered 2 crepes to be delivered. I didn’t pay for a DIY project, just make the crepe and send it with my delivery driver! Laziness. Didn’t even taste that good, it’s just a tortilla with bananas since they forgot to send me Nutella.

I went to The Shop for lunch with my family who was visiting from out of town and I wish I had taken them anywhere else. The food was mediocre and overpriced for what it was. My mother tried to order a salad without red onions due to a digestion issue and the waiter serving us refused to accommodate her. If this were the only issue I would not have written a review. However, as we were leaving a doordash employee came in and the bald man behind the bar was incredibly rude to him. Restaurants take note - customers aren’t the only people in your restaurant you should be treating with respect.

Spent $60 for really mid food. Crepes that taste bland with no seasoning for 15 dollars each. The coffee was good, but just as pricey as Starbucks. Truffle fries were good, but not worth the visit at all. Had to wait about 15 minutes for our check even though we were clearly ready to go. Save your money, go to any local diner.
