Ristorante situato. nelle vicinanze della Cattedrale di Bitonto, servizio accurato. Buonissimi i piatti serviti dalla cucina. Buono il vino della casa. Consiglio gli antipasti misti.

Siamo stati al Quarto Storto per una rimpatriata tra amici ed è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. L’idea di non avere un menù, ma di affidarsi completamente alle proposte dello chef, ci è piaciuta moltissimo: ogni piatto, tipico e preparato con ingredienti locali, è stato una piacevole sorpresa. L’atmosfera rustica e accogliente rende il locale unico, perfetto per trascorrere una serata in compagnia. Un ringraziamento speciale a Dario, il proprietario, per la sua simpatia e disponibilità: ci ha fatti sentire come a casa. L’unico aspetto da migliorare, a mio avviso, è la mancanza di un fasciatoio in bagno, che sarebbe molto utile per chi arriva con bambini piccoli. Nel complesso, un ristorante che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un’esperienza autentica e genuina.

Ristorante senza menù, solo piatti del giorno, tutto molto buono. Piatti semplice della tradizione però di gran qualità. Atmosfera accogliente proprietario simpatico e disponibile. Buona scelta di vini. Che dire è stata una felice scoperta, peccato non essere riusciti a mangiare di più 😅

Una cena strepitosa. Siamo arrivati qui leggendo le varie recensioni e devo dire che non siamo rimasti per nulla delusi. La qualità del cibo era ottima. Dario poi è stato davvero carino e gentile che si è seduto al tavolo con noi per spiegarci i piatti che aveva. Non c'è menù fisso ma appunto varia di giorno in giorno. Se posso consigliarvi e se ovviamente è disponibile mangiate in assoluto la parmigiana. Una bontà. Quindi non vi resta che provare questo magnifico ristorante. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Bel ristorante, molto confortevole e famigliare. I titolari, Dario e Amedeo, sono molto disponibili e cortesi. Il cibo è buono e genuino, tipico della tradizione pugliese. Consigliatissimo

Ottimo in tutto dall’ antipasto al dolce, prezzo giusto, parcheggio converrebbe farsi qualche metro abbondante a piedi e nel centro storico e le strade sono strettissime per le auto. 5 stelle sono poche.

What a gem. The food, service and atmosphere all perfecto. Some may say the service is slow but we were on holiday and if you have the time enjoy the food, wine and the company this is the place. One of my fondest experiences I had in many years in Italy. This was our first time in Puglia. It was also first time we had antipasto-primi-secondi full menu dinner. The restaurant doesn't have a set menu, they prepare several different dishes every day. The server was very kind, helped us with selecting really nice local dishes and adapted the portions so that the three of us could easily share and try each meal. Thank you for lovely evening and culinary experience :-)

By luck we found a table on a Sunday for lunch. We really loved the concept of getting a mix of sea and meat antipasti (they were truly delicious) and then choosing between 2 different pastas of the day (both the orecchiette and the gnocchetti con vongole), they were one of the best pastas eaten during our holiday. Dario is a great host.

In the lovely atmosphere of Bitonto, I ended up at the "Il Quarto Storto" Restaurant almost by chance, and I had one of the best dining experiences of my whole life. There's really no reason why I should spoil the wonders you will find here. Trust me, just go there, let yourself be guided by their young host and you'll never regret it.

We went here twice. Food was always delicious, service very good. You won't regret it - it's very tasty. There was just one thing that we didn't appreciate. The waiter proposed to us to seve the mix of different starters. We were waiting for a small mix of, and finally had all starters (8, I think) proposed by the restaurant, plus the main course... We understood it too late and saw the difference on the bill. One starter 8€... and some main courses 10€... We just think that the prices of starters are too high compared to the rest and that the waiter shouldn't talk about the mixofthe starters. So just be careful when you choose what you want to eat.

Sono stato in questo ristorante una domenica a pranzo attratto dalle recensioni molto positive. Il ristorante è ubicato nel centro storico, locale pulito e ben presentato. Non esiste un menù alla carta ma il cameriere indica quello che lo chef può preparare. Ci hanno servito un piattino di zucchine fritte, 1 piattino di cipolle caramellate ed una ciotolina di favetta e verdura come antipasto. Primi a base di peperoni (3). Per secondo ci hanno servito un piatto con salsicce ed un piatto con capocollo impanato con un piccolo contorno di patate ed insalata. Vino rosso della casa ed una piccolissima porzione di torta paradiso. Il piatti erano ben preparati con sapori casalinghi. Rapporto qualità prezzo medio alto. 65 euro ma rispetto a quello che ci è stato servito ritengo che sia un po' alto, purtroppo lo scontrino era unico e non ho capito i costi delle portate.

We enjoyed the apparent madness of the place but we were in no hurry, killing time before early to bed for an early flight the next day. One very personable young man appeared to be setting up tables as required, waiting on tables himself, cooking the food in the kitchen on his own and serving drinks and operating the cash only til. As a result the meal took ages, although beers kept coming and our host would disappear for longer spells as he cooked. He was charming, apologetic and took time to explain his philosophy! The food was ok, individual starters on their own were a little small but we had opted not to have the full anti pasti starter. All customers ate outside in the small courtyard a few metres from the cathedral walls and a lively square, lovely. Inside the trattoria was beautiful. I have a sense it isn't always like this but who knows, we might look in again next time we are there for a flight. Thank you,,,,,👍

Mugged off. I do not recommend. We were charged €40 for what was basically 6-8 small plates with barely any effort put into them. To give you an idea: one slice of cheese, one slice of chorizo… one caramelised onion, in total the ingredients couldn’t have cost more than €10 for the entire “starter menu” Yes, the food was nice, but nowhere near worth that price. When we arrived and asked for a menu, we were told there weren’t any clearly so the owner could dictate the price. Later, he asked his waitress for something and she accidentally brought over… a menu. You could see the panic on his face. The service itself was fine, but the owner was completely over the top trying to mask the fact he was over pricing us. If you do go, avoid the so-called “starter menu” and insist on seeing prices before ordering. If you don’t see a menu, don’t stay. Absolute rip-off. Frankly made our last night in Puglia abit sad. Shame on you.
