I stopped at this fairly popular place at lunchtime. You can get something good, freshly cooked, and most importantly, at a fair price. It's part of a large service station in Bitonto where people come from all over. Very convenient for parking and quiet. They offer a good coffee right after lunch, included in the price. Kudos to all the staff.

DISASTER It takes talent to completely screw up an order for three pizzas on a not-so-busy evening. I called at 9:00 PM for a takeaway of three pizzas and was told there was an hour wait. I showed up at 10:00 PM and the pizzas were delivered at 10:40 PM (and so far, it can happen). I made the mistake of only opening them once at home. Two white pizzas with Norcia julienne zucchini and stracciatella and one smoked pizza. They became two red pizzas with fried zucchini and one with raw ham... I hope for your sake it's a coincidence, because otherwise something would have to be changed.

Shameful. Absolutely avoid. A nightmare experience. I left my car for an entire afternoon, convinced it would be clean. And indeed, it was "clean" in the sense that the interior mats and the trunk mat were missing. When I asked for an explanation, they showed me a video of the car they take before starting the wash, claiming it's their practice to avoid problems. But what problems should arise if you're honest with the customer who pays for a service?!?! (This strange process already gives rise to bad thoughts.) But that's not all, as a blatant mockery, the video they showed me shows only two mats (the ones on the right side). Evidently, the video was taken before it was even "cleaned" properly. The response was: "I only found two." Have you ever seen someone who adds accessories to their car, favoring the right side over the left? It already sounds like a joke, but unfortunately, these things actually happen at this Bitonto car wash in 2025. A car wash that returns a car with missing parts is not only unprofessional, it's an insult to its customers' intelligence. If you care about your car and don't want any nasty surprises, stay miles away.
