El Buzo (The Diver) Seafood and Beer was more than a pleasant surprise! Located outside of the tourist areas, it doesn't look fancy on the outside. Nor is it fancy inside, but clean and well kept. What they had was one of the best collections of Mexican craft beers I have found. I loved the Imperial IPA. Plus the food was well priced and excellent! We highly recommend the seared tuna!

Perfect place to watch your favorite sports game, bring your furry friends, and enjoy a beautiful evening in Puerto Penasco. The food was amazing, everything I expected. And the service was impeccable. I had the scallops mixed with shrimp and tuna for starters. And for my entrée I had the crab enchiladas. For dessert I had the Afogatto, which was to die for. Definitely recommend this place as it’s dog friendly and has options to eat in the dining area or outside in the patio through great Vibe.

Absolutely delicious and fresh food! Amazing service and very clean restaurant. We enjoyed our and and will definitely be back. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. Good size portions. We ordered the scallops,tuna and shrimp appetizer and it was so delicious. It was fresh and was flavored with lime. We also has the shrimp tacos and the fish tacos. We also had the shrimp bucket and the Merequetengue shrimp platter. All was wonderful!

I love ceviche and I love pulpo so this place sang to me! We went as a large group With many kids. I ordered the spiciest tuna and shrimp ceviche and shrimp tacos. It was amazing. I am still thinking about it many days later. This chef is very creative and is making a name for himself with fresh and light ceviches and sea food items. The staff was great and there is a kids play area which let us adults enjoy the meal. A+

A very nice and clean place. The service was excellent once we walked in. Unfortunately the food did not meet the atmosphere or service. Pork belly sauce was too sour. The garlic shrimp was over cooked. Crab enchiladas were good but small. For what you get, price is on the higher side. Drinks are a little weak.

If you're looking for a restaurant with modern seafood options, please try El Buzo. They have an assortment of Cerviche types to choose from. The plates are beautifully prepared, and the food is tasty. Our waiter was very attentive. The atmosphere is nice. It's a clean restaurant. They have a small play area inside of the restaurant, towards the back wall. The play area has a TV embedded in a decorative wall unit streaming children shows. The restaurant has two levels. Great dining experience tonight at El Buzo. The mixed drinks were spot on and the food was delicious. The waiter was friendly and able to walk me through their menu in english. We had the Buzo Tostada, Fluata Cameron, Tuna Cerviche, and the Crab Enchiladas. Skip the crab enchiladas and everything else was delicious. If I had more room I would have tried another one of their Cerviche creations. The place doesn't look like much from the outside and you have to maneuver a bit to get to the parking from the main road. Once inside, this place is clean and presentable! This was by far the most expensive meal I've had at Rocky Point.

I was expecting maybe a fresh shrimp cocktail, but no option for that… i didn’t really enjoy the soup i had so i didn’t have a great experience, would like to try something else but what i had didn’t do it for me. My husbands lunch didn’t do it for him either. Place was big & clean & service was quick

Was excited to have dinner here. Awesome reviews. They had excellent service but food was subpar at best. Grilled shrimp was so overdone it was like chewing gristle. The grilled fish of the day was also way overcooked and no flavor. The waiter was excellent and excited because it was our first time. We ate some of it but were sorely disappointed. Won’t be back and don’t recommend.
