This home away from home establishment has always brought happiness & peace!
I brought my new bride here on our honeymoon and she was absolutely in love. We eat outside right near the beach at sunset and overall the atmosphere , food, and staff was all excellent. Definitely see why a lot of people come here and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Rocky Point.
I knew from youtubers and reviews that they had strictly bar food, and that was okay with me. It is located on the overall best sandy beach to snorkel with kids tho. Ample seating and shade with live music too. Went there a couple of times to enjoy the sunday NFL games too. Full NFL package for YOUR team. Expect American prices at this tourist spot. Great spot to hang out for sure. 99% AZ ppl.
Love this place. A great location especially if you want to spend the day at the beach. Plenty of shaded seating. Great service, excellent food. Dog friendly… Live music….Parking….
During my recent trip to Mexico, I had the pleasure of dining at an incredible oceanfront restaurant that truly delivered on every level. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing, with the sound of waves crashing in the background and a breathtaking view of the ocean that made for the perfect setting. The food was absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was a hit, from the seafood to the local specialties. You could taste the care and authenticity in every bite. What really made the night special was the live music. The band was phenomenal, playing a mix of traditional and modern tunes that had the entire restaurant clapping and smiling. It added so much energy to the evening without overpowering the experience. The service was equally impressive. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. They made us feel welcome and taken care of without being overbearing. Between the amazing food, unforgettable music, excellent service, and stunning ocean views, this restaurant was easily one of the highlights of my trip. If you’re ever in Mexico and want a dining experience that blends culture, flavor, and atmosphere—this is the place to go!
This is a must go to place and have a taxi to get there and back if you are staying in the city of rocky point but if you're staying in the R.V. resort next door it's just a short walk. Me and my family really enjoyed the atmosphere and food alike.
Hands down one of my favorites in Puerto Penasco. Amazing environment with lots of seating, live music, fire pits, outdoor seating in the sand on the beach and games outside. Highly recommend this spot to anyone and large parties!
🌮⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌮 Eat tacos with your feet in the sand. Yes please! My favorite were the fish tacos but you can’t go wrong. Stroll the secluded beach while you wait for your food. Relax and watch the turquoise water will sipping your favorite beverage. Huge restaurant with live music.
This is a very nice place for a drink or take in the views. They have a large patio right on the beach. Often there is a live band playing as well. The servers are very friendly and attentive. Prices are USA prices. A bit steep for being in Mexico, but I guess you are paying for the atmosphere. All in all, a very nice place.
Fun beach bar with live music, good food, and plenty of activities! Always busy so expect food to take a bit to come out, but you don’t overly notice since the environment is busy. You can play games, volleyball, or walk down to the beach while you wait.
Overpriced drinks, loud, was windy on the day we went, sat outside for a while, then moved inside.
Good place for drinks and unwind time. Mainly suited for 20-30 crowd. Food was what you expect from bar food in the States. Atmosphere was exactly what you would expect, Have a great time.
Inside dining area is spacious w many TVs playing different sports. The outside is very spacious with seats out to the beach. Slow service but servers are very nice. Every meal is more than 300 pesos Cada plato mas de 300 pesos. Buen servicio.
A must stop if it’s your first time in Rocky Point. The Atmosphere is absolutely amazing and the service is great. The food is typical bar food but we felt like it was overpriced for what you got. We would still go back for some drinks and appetizers. Live music as the sun went down with the ocean waves crashing behind you was just perfect! They also have fun lawn games you can play and just hang out.
They were way in the weeds.. really neat location and very nice area to relax and enjoy life. Good live music outside and sports on TV's inside. The staff was really nice and very friendly, but they were way understaffed. The kitchen was backed up 45 to 60 minutes..
Great atmosphere and place for a drink! Amazing views, especially at sunset! Did not have any food, seemed expensive, but the staff was very friendly and the drinks were cold. Would definitely recommend!
I think this was a cool place, though pretty touristy. You can sit with your toes in the sand and a mildly decent margarita. The area is dog friendly, so lots of people bring their fur babies to eat and relax. It’s a touristy place so it is clean with a nice bathroom and a pretty cool interior, but you pay higher prices because it is right beside a big RV park with lots of gringos. There’s a cool pier you can walk down to fish on. It is very family friendly as well. The food was not very good. I got the chilaquiles and my dad got the “hangover special” but everything was mediocre and lacking in flavor. The Bloody Mary was okay.
Live band, close the sea and perfect place for the sunset. The food is just good, not great. You can go with your dog.
Meh. Typical cantina on the beach. We were there for lunch. Drink prices are pretty low, but the food prices are US. Speaking of the food, it was pretty mediocre. I've had better fish tacos in Canada. It does have nice seating right on the beach, and a very lively happy hour and live music. But don't go there for the food. Note on my ratings: 1 stars, unacceptable. 2-3 stars, average quality, service and value, acceptable, but you could do better. 4 stars, above average quality, service and/or ambiance. 5 stars is reserved for exceptional quality, service and atmosphere.
