This place was extremely busy. I'm not sure I have seen a McDonald's this busy. In fact, they could have been at capacity on the inside. But with that, service was very fast. There is parking in the back for oversized vehicles.

Perfect stop off the freeway. Lots of parking, clean restrooms, and good food. Exactly what you want for a quick break.

There is so many employees working at this McDonalds… Some definitely better than others… There’s a few i see pretty regularly! Shout out to Tracy she gets the orders done quickly, takes the money and keeps the line moving in the mornings! 10 out 10! Important to me, we are all busy… I get my Iced caramel coffee every morning! Very important to me as a single dad of a six year old! I need that boost in the mornings!!! My iced coffee can range between a 1 to a 10 on any given morning…Depending on who’s working. But hands down my perfect 10 out 10 Iced caramel coffee every morning is from Alyssa!!! My husband and I stop here with our 5 kids at least once every time we go to California. The food is always fresh and the service is quick. When we use the restrooms, they're always in pretty good condition, which we greatly appreciate.

Ordered and paid at kiosk. Espresso machine was down so they were unable to fulfill my order. Fries were cold. Only one entrance door and some one spilled coffee. Employee had a horrible time trying to clean up the spill while people were in and out. I will say the Employees were super hard working for an extremely busy location

At 12:30 am. this morning, there were lines of cars waiting to be served. The understaffed crew were polite and friendly as they rushed around to complete the orders. Delayed only slightly, the food was delivered piping hot and perfectly prepared. Their service was exceptional.

This McDonald's is perfectly located where you can access many other food places within a very short walk letting everyone in your party a way to find what they like.

Very little interaction with workers. Food was good. Tea was stale and past it's due date printed on the bag in the dispenser.

We appreciated the fact that the restaurant was very clean; washrooms included. It didn't seem busy inside the restaurant but it did still take a full 15 minutes before we got our food. I always thought McDonald's was inexpensive but it isn't the case. The small amount of food we had (1 cheeseburger, 1 hamburger, 6 chicken McNuggets, 1 orange juice and 1 coffee) cost $29. Food tasted as expected.

I'm only here because I'm on the road. I had a good time and it also has a play place. I also got lucky and they accidentally gave us an extra cup. The only thing that was a little off was the bathroom, things were just empty and it was a little dirty. But the place was still really nice, maybe a bit busy, but it's right on the border and a big travel highway.

Over the years, I’ve noticed McDonald’s staff often lack proper communication with their customers. My husband and I both have experience working in fast food, and we’re baffled at how often orders get mixed up or items are missing, and sometimes the attitude at the front counter or drive-thru window makes the experience frustrating. We’re not the type to say “don’t work here if you don’t like your job,” but we truly hope this company invests in correcting these issues and training staff to provide better service. Tonight (8/28/25, 2–10 PM shift), we had two separate issues. First, my husband was ignored by an employee who saw him but looked away instead of helping. That kind of ignorance from employees shows a lack of care for customers and reflects poorly on the restaurant as a whole. We understand how busy this industry gets, but even a quick acknowledgment makes a difference. Thankfully, the manager on shift stepped in and assisted him right away. Second, when I went up myself, I had such a positive interaction with that same manager. She was multitasking — helping both drive-thru and front counter, while also bringing food to tables — yet she still took the time to listen, was patient, and handled everything quickly with zero attitude. She came across so positive, and my husband even said how nice she was. Her enthusiasm and professionalism really stood out and made a big difference in our experience. I hope McDonald’s takes note of employees like her, because she’s exactly the type of worker who represents the company in the best way possible. I also hope she sees this, because she deserves to know how much her hard work and kindness were appreciated. She is the only reason I rate this restaurant with a 4 tonight.

But this was longest I ever waited for food from here. 20 piece nugget, 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 pies and the wait was 28 min from time I received receipt. This is normal for this location I was told. Because of its location near I10, I would assume that this spot is always very busy. It certainly was on the day that we arrived here. Modern, fast friendly service, decent food. No complaints.

We went Saturday morning around 9:45am. The individual who took our order was extremely rude. If she didn't want to be at work or want to take orders she should have asked her boss for the day off. What should have been a pleasant experience was awful because she doesn't know how to be polite.

We noticed 2 people behind us in line, eating their order, so we went up to counter. I think somehow our order got lost, they had no idea about our order. But ok mistakes happen but no, "I'm sorry", no "thank you for waiting". That's what made me upset. Not planning on returning.

There was no one at the counter, so we had to use one of several electronic ordering kiosks. There was no way to select a meal option for the sandwiches, so we had to select each item a La carte, which is more expensive - but there was no one around to help us. Food tasted typical of McDonald’s. The women’s bathroom was out of order so they had us use the men’s bathroom, which was so dirty and gross. Would not recommend this location.

What is happening to quality customer service in the USA; they are having customer self checkout the orders to maximize profit but food is not cheaper; meanwhile the staff don’t know how to interact with customers; and seniors don’t know how to use the self check out kiosk; and get belittling treatment by restaurants staff.

I've been here quite a few times, and they always either get your order wrong or make it very sloppy, I've only had a couple of good experiences here. I've had times when my food was overcharged. I've had times where the food wasn't seasoned at all or prepared right. And most of this stuff happens at night. It's not like there are too many customers for them to properly do anything.

Walk in ordering two iced coffees and it takes 25 minutes, ridiculous. Twenty minutes into the wait we’re told they have to clean the machine and it’ll take five more minutes. Coffee tastes good but this is silly. Dirty booths and restrooms made it even more memorable.

Women’s restroom was disgusting. Strong sewer smell. Filet o fish was bad, diarrhea 30 minutes after eating it. Staff not friendly at all.

I ate about half of my burger And I bit in to a lime that was in my burger I went to the person who took my order and ask for my money back .the manager told the cook he put the line in my big Mac and his response was in Spanish if I would like a new one . We just had the worst experience ever. We were charged $65 and they overcharged us for the orange juices. The lady at the register didn’t know what she was doing and she “upgraded” on things that were already included in the meals. The cookers gave us a coffee half empty with cream on it. It was someone else’s drink. They denied us our juices that we paid “the upgraded” cost and on top of that, they didn’t give us our hash brows. It’s the worst service, the worst place to eat and the most expensive unhealthy food. If I could give them half of star i would have done it. Never will come back

I am still in the parking lot as I write this review. The bathrooms were nasty and out of tissue. I saw an employee come out of a restroom stall. She then went to the sink and started fixing her hair, taking up a space while two people were in line to wash their hands. However, I never saw HER wash her hands. It turned out she was the cashier. I ordered a self-serve drink only and skipped the food order. I paid in cash, but would not take the change because I didn't trust that her hands were clean. I told her that the bathrooms really needed immediate attention. She said, "I know. I will let the manager know. Our janitor isn't here right now." Seriously? The bathroom has to stay nasty because the janitor isn't there and none of the employees want to clean it? And what happened to the rule that all employees must wash their hands after using the restroom? I will not be eating here.

If you have cash don't bother. My family and I went in for lunch today. I was informed that the ONLY way to order is through their disgusting kiosks. They don't take cash! There was about 19 employees and at least 5 of them seen me standing by the counter and not one of them talked to me. Worst experience ever!!! I won't bother going back. But I guess at least my family didn't end up consuming their poison disguised as food. Thank God for the upside.

This place is a joke. 4 bathroom stalls that were filthy and a line to the front door and if they think they deserve to be paid $20 per hour they can at least have a counter and staff to take your order. They make you order from a stupid computer screen and then said machine didn't give me a receipt or number to pick up my order. So if you are going to charge the prices you do for the food, you better provide service at a service counter. I'm not going to pay the prices you are asking for a subpar product and absolutely zero customer service. If I have to do everything but cook it and bag it, you drop your prices and have a cleaner facility. Just because it's the only one in Blythe doesn't mean you can charge super high prices and provide no service and dirty facilities. If you are going to be charging those prices provide better in person customer service and cleaner facilities. Google wouldn't let me leave a no star review, which is wrong, they don't even deserve 1 star.

This is a horrible place, they actually refused to take my order at the counter and told me the only way to order is by their kiosk. This McDonald's must think that they're really way up there on the totem pole because they're turning customers Away by behaving the way they are. I really hope that somebody at corporate reads this complaint and Jax them up for not doing their job. I don't know why this place asks if you want your food for here or to go, because they'll only give you a to go bag. If you ask for a tray because you don't want to eat on the filthy tables, you get attitude and a line of questioning. This is the third time I've been here and I won't make the mistake again.

Guy in back with redd tattooed on his neck was awesome and tried to help us when we needed with our order that was 100% wrong 3 times. The older heavy set lady was unapologetic and even demanded we hand over the wrong food (assuming to give to the car behind us?) after we had already touched it. Blaming co workers for her errors. Didn't get me a side of cheese. We got a free happy meal from using our points via McDonald's app, and she still tried charging us because she didn't inform us correctly. We also ordered a kids meal with all French Fries and instead she charges us for extra kids fries and apple slices.

This review is for the service alone. McDonalds is McDonalds as far as food goes. There was a huge line inside, stretching through the whole restaurant and they only had one person working the register. Went to the drive thru and they apparently had the same thing going on there. I paid and got my drink and was told to pull forward to wait for my food. Normally not an issue, but I waited for 20 minutes, along with everyone else to get my food.

I placed two separate orders on the Kiosk . One was good and my second order was three coffees . I received my first order and everything was correct . My second order took 25+ minutes . My husband went up to the cashier and they said they were working on it which was pretty ridiculous!! This place was dirty and seriously disheveled. The sad part is that McDonald’s has lost their focus on a happy experience for the customer which is what they were known for, remember (the smiles)? My family and I stopped for some lunch on the way to Phoenix. I ordered The cheeseburgers combo with Mac sauce no pickles. I received two cheeseburgers with pickles (one of them at least) with NO PATTIES! So I spent $40 on grilled cheese pickled buns.

Let me begin by saying that my wife and I passed through Blythe on our way home from a trip to Arizona. While driving down the main street we saw so many buildings that boarded up and businesses that had open signs prominently displayed ...BUT WERE CLOSED. We both agreed that Blythe was probably the most dismal and depressing city we have ever visited in California (but I trust there are plenty of others). We like to stop at McD's (or Sbux) when we're on road trips because they generally have clean restrooms and while not a fan of McDonald's food, more often than not we order something, of for no other reason than a token of gratitude for being able to use the restrooms. On our trip to Arizona we stopped at the McDonalds in Pearblossom and they had 2 McDoubles for $3.49 so I just assumed the prices were the same - BIG MISTAKE. I asked for their McDouble Special and was charged $6.29 for one McDouble and $1.00 for the second -- so $7.29 for two (plus tax) and as you can see from the pic -- it wasnt much to speak of with its smooshed bun and the cheese just slopped on all cockymungus.

Nine bucks and some change for a hamburger measuring 3 1/4" across and a little pile of limp, greasy fries! What's more I had to pull forward and wait for it. Their food is simply not worth the price. No more McDonald's for me. Edit: 07/11/25. I only wish I could pay 9 bucks now. They've totally outpriced their food. If not for I-10, they most likely would cease to exist.

I asked for things but they kept asking if I wantes a drink but I said no but they kept asking me and they for got my coffee then when I spoke up the game me a small I ordered 2 mediums and only because they kept asking me

I ordered a quarter pounder with no onions and got a bacon quarter pounder and I asked for a large fri and the box only had half the fries I didn’t even bother going back for a refund I’m done with this McDonald’s this is twice now they messed up on my order I went the night before and they forgot a sandwich and I asked for no onions and they put onions on one sandwich 😡😡

Been driving for 9 hours. Stopped for a coffee and some food. Fries were ice cold. Nuggets felt hard. And coffee tasted like water and milk. And yet we paid $30 and they had an attitude when I brought it up to them.

I have been here many times and they always forget to give you your drink cups, everyone is on the back just talking and having a great time chit chatting, by all means ! Have fun at work, but I’m sure you can also work while having fun, maybe look back to see who’s standing in line to ask for something or just leave the ketchup and other condiments out for everyone to grab as they please. What is so crazy to me is that this girl made eye contact with me and literally went back to their conversation, thanks to the boy that takes out the trash. I was able to get my ketchup.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru just to place my order. When I was finally ordering, the manager (Malinda) cut me off and was extremely rude. I didn’t even get to finish my order properly. After all that waiting, my food was cold. I understand places get busy but no one was in line but me and someone other person, but there’s no excuse for poor customer service and cold food after that long of a wait. Very disappointing experience.

Took them 20 minutes to get hot tea. Gave hot water but tea bags were missing. They had to look for it, by the time the gave the tea bags... hot water turned lukewarm. Not recommended for hot tea. Did not get anything else.

They forgot my big Mac and when I came back for it they didn't even apologize or say sorry just gave me a hard time about it since I didn't get a receipt had to show them the bank transaction. Before leaving the drive through I asked is the 3rd big Mac in the box and they said yes glaring at a screen distracted as could be. Lol

I ordered a sausage biscuit with egg, first she asked if I wanted to add egg to it?!? I said it comes with egg. She then told me it would be $9.80!?! For one sandwich? Won't be going back.

Place smelled like dirty feet. No soap in the bathrooms, aren't employees required to wash hands?? No trash can in the men's bathroom so I had to walk a poopy diaper across the entire restaurant to the trash can. Place an order at the kiosk to get food delivered to the table, but instead they call a number for you to come pick it up

Today I went to this McDonald’s and I had told them I wanted a cheeseburger with just ketchup and add lettuce I said only that multiple times. It’s had pickles, onions, and ketchup and the lettuce. I told the employee that’s not what I asked, and she took it to the back and gave me the same cheeseburger back with the same thing she thought I didn’t notice they really need to take their job serious because food is expensive nowadays if they don’t love their job, they shouldn’t work there because their customert Service sucks and it really pissed me off today. I never like to write reviews but today I was pissed and they forgot our sauce. My daughter went inside. She’s only 12 years old and they were being rude to her.!!!!also I had order a hot and spicy it was super cold my chicken and also old lettuce I’m not a person to complain but today was not the day they were really rude and it was just nasty today!

OMG!! It was horrible. The staff is rude, when asking for something they ignore you, and when they do finally answer you they treat you like they are doing you a favor. It was super expensive, for 3 people to eat breakfast $46.!!! Worst part was it was cold, even my butter would not melt. Terrible experience all the way around.

I went to this place for two visits in a row and does not cook its meat properly or they recook I returned crispy chicken sandwich and second one was black and soggy like the first. so they beg you to give you another meal. So I went back on third time and double quarter pounder meat was raw. wife just said cookie are old. check your bags and do not let them rush you. Three visits and they keep getting it wrong.
