Burger King

Se tardan muchísimo y entregan las ordenes incompletas. Pedí una rodeo burger y me dieron solo el pan y la carne. Todas las empleadas parece que tienen flojera y te regañan por esperar tu orden. Había una que tenia cara de que acababa de despertar

Yo vengo de la ciudad de México y tengo una idea de como son este tipo de lugares pero este lugar se pasa de malo. Para empezar la atención es mala, desde que me acerque a pedir me di cuenta por la actitud de la persona en caja era pésima, luego pedí mi comida para consumirla en la plaza pero me la entregaron para consumirla en otro lugar y para acabar de empeorar la situación mi pedido estaba frío, mis papas estaban regadas en toda la bolsa, no traía servilletas y tampoco traía ningún condimento. Para pedir estos últimos me tuve que volver a levantar de mi lugar (ya tenía mi comida en la mesa) para pedir los condimentos y las servilletas. Al pedir los condimentos la persona que estaba en la barra medio tres y le pedí más (por qué mi consumo era para varias personas) y su actitud de servicio fue muy irrespetuosa e indiferente.

Mi combo tenía un bucket mediano y solo tenía aros de cebolla y papas fritas, nada de sticks, ni aros de queso, ni xalapeños bites, mis hamburguesas estaban preparadas medriocremente

Pésimo cervicio la chica que esta en caja tomando pedidos tiene muy mala actitud hacia el cliente, y la comida no es de muy buena calidad ya que pedimos las hamburguesas y la carne es como plastificada y de muy mal sabor para colmo pedimos sundae y la verdad lo que nos dieron no tiene nada que ver con las imágenes que muestran, nos dieron los vasos en menos de la mitad de helado no lo recomiendo, podrían mejorar capacitando el personal en atención al cliente y también mejorando sus productos, ojo no es la primera vez que consumo en este establecimiento ya que soy de dar oportunidad, pero no mejora

Pésimo servicio, pedí mi orden con pepinillos y mostaza y en efecto, no traía ni pepinillos ni mostaza, te atienden rápido pero no prestan atención con ese tipo de detalles en sus pedidos.

I placed my order through Didi. Initially, they gave me one hour for delivery, but after a while, they added another hour. I'm a tourist and just wanted something to eat since we didn't want to go out anymore; we were tired.

I ordered through rappi my food was on time. Literally got 10 fries out of 2 orders of fries .1 onion ring on my rodeo burger. I drop of bbq sauce . Whopper Jr was very sloppy and cold . Nuggets were hard.

Honestly, this branch doesn't deserve even one star. At the counter, whether you use Rappi or Didi, they give you everything wrong, and at the counter they are super rude. If they have a bad face, it's better not to work there. They have given me the wrong orders twice and always with missing products. I hope they remove it or replace it with employees who know how to serve.

I order my food from Didi and they always deliver the wrong order and I pay more. I let it go twice because I said it was a mistake. I mentioned it to anyone, but again? You can't be. And the ticket still says the amount it costs, and they give me another order that isn't mine and it's less than what I paid. Please be more careful with your deliveries.

Poor service from the staff; the website says they're open from 11 am, but they refuse service; they tell you the service is until 12:30 pm, but they don't respect that either.

I ordered a BBQ burger and they gave me a horrible bun with a piece of meat that looks fake, and I think a slice of ham is thicker than that. Plus, it didn't have a single condiment, let alone BBQ sauce. Don't buy it, it's garbage. Even my ex's food is better, and believe me, I was forced to eat it and pretended I liked it.

I placed a delivery order for a crispy king and the chicken was burnt and tough. It only had a small slice of tomato and lettuce. It's not worth what it costs! Not recommended. 🚫🚫🚫

The service here has declined. They only give you soda twice. All other Burger Kings offer unlimited soda, but this one never does. There's no friendliness. It's no longer in my top ten favorite restaurants. For four years I ate there every two weeks, but I no longer recommend it.
