The food is very tasty but the service is terrible. I was served by a girl who has no knowledge of customer service. If you go to eat, it is to be served and the customer feels satisfied, not to be made faces and treated extremely poorly. She did not remember the order. The sodas we asked her to bring us first never arrived and she got angry when we went out to buy something to drink because she never brought us the sodas. However, I would go back just to buy the food and take it home.

Upon arrival, I suggest you look for the table by the window; it's the coolest spot in the restaurant. They have a television with excellent movies and series. The waiters bring the food immediately, but they take a while to respond when we ask for water, bread, or something else again. The horchata is delicious. A good place to go for a meal without planning to.

The traditional recipe for broths and creamy chicken was delicious as always. What leaves something to be desired is the service. It couldn't be slower and more disinterested. It's a shame. The lemons they gave me were overripe. I asked for the check, the waitress kept going back and forth, the manager or cashier, who was eating at the next table, did she even move? Not once, until I stood up and went to the takeout counter. We don't charge here. Until then, she stopped, and as if she were doing me a favor, she charged me.

Bad. The broth was practically just water, not even hot; it felt like they were giving you free food, and for what you get, it's way overpriced. There were tons of mosquitoes; who knows if it was because of the time of day or because it's so close to the Ecological Park, but it was unbearable.

I expected tastier chicken for the price; the broth was good, but $30 pesos for 2 tablespoons of half-and-half cream, the presentation was awful—just 2 pieces of tomato and 4 slices of onion. Terrible. I would never eat there again. 👎🏽

A terrible experience. I've been requesting an invoice for three weeks and they just keep giving me the runaround. I've called the number they provide more than ten times a day, and no one ever answers. Their service is awful; they don't support consumers at all. All their employees are lies. It's always a different person, and no one helps.

In my opinion, this establishment has lost its flavor and the quality of its product. What I mean by this is that the chicken used to have a rich broth, and now it's just bland. Besides, it's very expensive for what they offer. They give you maybe 500 ml of broth for a whole chicken and very few toppings like tomato and onion. They only gave two sad slices of tomato, and not to mention that one piece of chicken seemed spoiled because of its sour taste. I don't know if they mix the pieces with chicken from the day before or from the same day, but we were generally big fans. After this, I have no desire to eat there again. Personally, it's sad that an establishment with such a history is going under, but I wouldn't recommend eating there again. What you pay isn't worth it.
