It took over 40 minutes to get our order, and they brought us cold tacos. And the guy making the tacos was incredibly rude to us and refused to heat them up.

Terrible service, it took an hour to get served, the blonde lady was super rude and distracted and brought us whatever she wanted to the table, raw and tasteless food 😡😡😡 and they added extra charges to the bill 😤

Terrible service! You'll just waste your time; the food is awful, both the taste and the service. It took almost an hour to be served and 45 minutes for the food to arrive. And there weren't even any other customers! You're better off eating the tacos on the next corner (next to the Oxxo).

The waiters serve you reluctantly, it's like you're asking for free food. There's a young woman who makes faces at you when you take your order, and they take forever to take your order and bring it. The food is good, but staff like the ones they have drive people away.

Find other tacos for God's sake! It's unbelievable how long they take! Avoid them like the plague! They kept us waiting for over an hour and nothing! Terrible service! They skipped four tables!

Friends, I'm from Monterrey and I went there once, they are the worst tacos I've ever tried 🤣 They serve them with a lot of meat but it has almost no flavor, it tastes more like liver or something like that, also you can't order mixed tacos, for that you have to order taco by taco which is more expensive, that's how they explained it to me 🤣🤣 Anyway, I don't recommend them, they are not good, they don't taste good, on the other hand, the tacos called La Gaviota in the center are delicious, I do recommend those 😋 The truth is I didn't want to go there but there was a guy who was very insistent that we go try their tacos and food and I really liked them 👌 but with these guys from Taco Marlen, please don't go, instead eat a gancito, you'll like them more 🤣

The meat and the flavor are good! Unfortunately, the waitressing and serving times, depending on the waitress you get, can exceed 35 minutes, ruining the experience of some good tacos. If you have a lot of patience, take a stroll; if not, look for some nearby places.
