Fantastic, I ate really well, and considering it was lunchtime, I wasn't expecting such high quality and attention to detail. Una buona trattoria, per chi la frequenta molto, dovrebbe avere più variabilità nel menú tra una settimana e l'altra. Servizio ottimo ambiente tranquillo anche nel momento di maggior afflusso. Il caffè è servito nel bicchierino di vetro caldo un ottima cosa...

Abbiamo pranzato oggi e ci siamo trovati molto bene abbiamo gustato il menù primo e secondi con contorno molto buoni. Esclusi dal menù coperto e bevande ma molto onesti anche per quelle....personale attento ai clienti...(.sono ammessi i cani....a noi hanno portato una ciotola di acqua senza che lo avessimo chiesto) mi dispiace di non aver fatto foto ma gli spaghetti cacio e pepe erano abbondanti e cremosi e anche l'arrosto e il piatto piemontese accompagnati dalle patate al forno erano molto buoni. Complimenti consiglio vivamente!!

A typical Piedmontese trattoria; a spacious restaurant spread across several rooms with a fixed lunch menu. We stopped here for a business lunch. The tablecloth and paper napkins were simple, but that justified the fixed price, so we were able to sample a good local white wine: the Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG St. Martin 2020, 13.5% ABV. They brought us their own bottled water, an antipasti platter (local cured meats and cheese), a first course (spaghetti carbonara), and a truffle egg with a side of cauliflower for the main course. Dessert? Naturally local: the Bonet, a typical pudding. A pudding served as a dessert made with cocoa, amaretti biscuits, and caramel. Its elegant presentation makes it perfect for serving at the end of a meal. Considering the price, the cost was average.

Solo perché abbiamo chiesto un tavolo diverso da quello indicato in una saletta semi vuota abbiamo dovuto aspettare 25 minuti per i menu, che si sono stati portati solo all’arrivo di altri clienti. Trenta cinque minuti per acqua e pane. Chi non sa sorridere, non apra bottega!

It could be a good restaurant, but it never will be. We called the day before at noon to reserve a table for the following evening... We arrived and were greeted by a horrible waiter who told us we hadn't reserved, without apology, and kicked us out of the restaurant, knowing full well it was their mistake. I won't even bother going back.
