Abbiamo passato una bella serata insieme l nostra amica in questa trattoria, tutto era buono, le cameriere sono così simpatiche e gentili. L’atmosfera era molto piacevole. Vi consiglio di provare se venite a Bologna!
Mi sono trovato a Bologna per lavoro e, appena arrivato in città dopo un lungo viaggio, mi sono imbattuto quasi per caso in questo ristorante a conduzione familiare. Fin dalla prima cena ho capito di aver trovato un piccolo tesoro: ambiente caldo e accogliente, servizio gentile e soprattutto una cucina genuina, fatta con passione. Quella sera è stata solo l’inizio: da lì in poi, ogni sera fino alla mia partenza, sono tornato qui. Ho avuto modo di provare praticamente tutto il menù, e ogni piatto è stato una conferma. Sapori autentici, porzioni giuste, ingredienti freschi e ben lavorati: si percepisce chiaramente la cura e l’amore per la tradizione. È raro trovare un posto che riesca a farti sentire “a casa” anche lontano da casa. Questo ristorante ci è riuscito in pieno. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia riscoprire il gusto vero della cucina bolognese/umbra, senza fronzoli ma con tanto cuore. Ci tornerò sicuramente alla prossima occasione!
Sono stati a cena da solo in questa trattoria che offre piatti della tradizione emiliana e altri umbri. Il cibo è di alta qualità e il personale molto cordiale. Disponibile piatti con tartufo in base alla stagionalità (quando sono stati io, periodo di tartufo bianco). Locale tipico ma carino. Buona la carta dei vini.
Ambiente in legno caldo che ti fa sentire a casa, pochi tavoli quindi meglio prenotare. Camerieri che ti coccolano con il loro fare e il loro sapere, ma il vero mast è il cibo. Pochi piatti fatti al momento e decisamente saporiti. Ottimi i primi tortellini e risotto mantecati in diretta nella forma di parmigiano 36 mesi e volendo con grattugiata di tartufo nero o bianco. Secondi tutti invitanti abbiamo provato cotoletta bolognese davvero il 🔝difficile trovarla così buona e filetto di maiale. Peccato per il coniglio che era terminato....torneremo per provare gli altri primi e il coniglio. Infine un tocco di classe sono i dolci preparati da loro e ben serviti, e un cocktail bar davvero ben fornito. Bella scoperta.
Una perla di Bologna da scoprire. Ambiente tipico da trattoria, tutto pulito ed ordinato. A gestirlo Alessandro con sua mamma, la maestra del risotto al tartufo. In sala sono loro a servirvi, con tanta professionalità e cordialità, caratteristiche direi insolite per questo tipo di location. Ordinate il risotto al tartufo ed assistente allo show durante il servizio. Il menù semplice, pochi piatti tipici bolognesi, ma con tanta qualità. Credo possano accontentare tutti. Nel menù troverete anche i tartufi con il costo a parte, a chi piace, vi raccomando di assaggiarlo, per il prezzo onesto e qualità, con buon Alessandro che Ve lo metterà al momento lasciandovi apprezzare non solo il gusto, ma anche il processo. Anche la lista dei vini è ben scelta. Per chi ha una minima cultura di vini capirà che in quella lista c'è un idea, ogni vino è perfettamente abbinabile ai piatti e nel caso voleste togliervi uno sfizio ci sono anche dei vini molto ricercati. Il coperto include pane ed acqua, una cosa rara. Alla fine della cena sarete sazi, felici e soddisfatti da ogni cosa che avrete visto e mangiato, tanto più quando vedrete il conto. E se apprezzate anche un buon liquore dopo pasto, fatelo presente ad Alessandro che vi coccolerà con il suo mitico bancone del bar con la sua collezione di liquore e cocktail. Sarà sicuramente un punto di riferimento quando tornerò di nuovo a Bologna. Grazie per averci servito.
Locale piccolo, intimo e curato. Servizio veloce e professionale. Cibo veramente ottimo, dagli antipasti ai dolci. Fra gli ottimi tartufi disponibili abbiamo scelto il tartufo bianchetto e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Prezzi veramente ottimi e ragionevoli per il prodotto offerto. Bella scoperta e ristorante veramente valido!
In questa trattoria a conduzione familiare, troverete pietanze con tartufo nero e bianco. Quando si richiede l'aggiunta di tartufo, prima di servi i piatti, davanti ai vostri occhi verranno grattugiati i tartufi. Molto scenica é anche la presentazione dei piatti in forma. Il personale é davvero cortese ed Alessandro sa il fatto suo sui vini!! Trattoria caldamente raccomandata, consigliata la prenotazione.
Cotoletta fantastica ! Un posto autenticissimo
Locale piccolo ma accogliente che ci ha regalato una bellissima serata. Il servizio velocissimo e soprattutto molto preparato, la cucina veramente buona...tutti piatti della tradizione. Hanno anche una grande selezione di vini. Se ricapiteremo a Bologna torneremo sicuramente.
Locale storico di Bologna, accoglienza e ospitalità ad alto livello. Alessandro il Proprietario insieme alla Mamma, ti consigliano sui piatti tipici e sulla scelta dei vini. La Tagliatella alla Bolognese, un Livello mai provato prima, la tagliatella Porosa come quella stesa dalle Vergare in un tempo ormai remoto.. Tradizione e cucina stratosferica in un'unica Location. Abbiamo cenato qui in quanto vicino al nostro hotel. Accolti benissimo, come se fossimo di casa. I piatti ottimi, soprattutto il coniglio. Se capitate a Bologna è super consigliato
Che dire dell' emozione del risotto mantecato nella forma di parmigiano con tartufo bianco. Basta quello per fare una serata speciale.

This was the most amazing dinner experience we’ve had in the 8 days we’ve been in Italy. We had a group of 8 and they accommodated us well. The server made us a custom meat and cheese spread for our family which was amazing. Alongside that we tried their sauces, they have a sautéed onion ragú that I would eat over and over again. As a first plate I ordered lasagna. It was a spinach pasta and ragú lasagna. Amazing, honestly. Then as a second plate I ordered the pork loin. It was melt in my mouth tender. They even suggested the perfect wine to go with everything. I couldn’t say a single bad thing about our dinner.
This family run restaurant is a gem. We were looking for something that was not too far from our accommodation ( opposite the main station) after a busy day of sight-seeing. We were there at opening (7.00pm) and were able to get a table, but it might be a good idea to book as there is not a lot of other choices nearby. We noticed that the waiter made a point of discussing menu options with each table. We observed that he was happy to advise on menu selections and give a little extra information based in peoples selections. We shared a Delizia Di Pasta Sfoglia for an appetiser but could easily had one each. We then had the rabbit casserole and pork loin with a shared side of grilled vegetables. Both mains came with some baked potato so we were glad we hadn’t added that as a second side dish. Although we had probably had enough to eat we gave in to the temptation of dessert and had the Tenerina (. Bit like like a brownie) and the Millefeuille - both were delicious. We had a bottle of Tuscan white wine. We have been in Italy for 3 weeks and this was the best meal we have enjoyed for the food, service, and atmosphere.
Simply wonderful family restaurant. One of the only and definitely best places in Bologna serving dishes from a Parmegiano wheel. Everything was superbly flavored, including the artichoke salad, the truffle Burata and pf course the Risotto and Pasta with Asparagus. Have been to quite a few restaurants in Bologna and this is the best!
WOW. A place built on LOVE. The meal was extremely good quality, fresh, beautifully presented and very delicious. The people were so kind and considerate, adapting their menu to best fit us. The atmosphere was lovely, peaceful. This is a decades long restaurant, with perfected meals and definitely a hidden local gem in Bologna. Go there!!!!
Tortellini and risotto served out of a wheel of parmesan with black truffle over the top, an incredible dining experience. Rabbit on the bone and Tiramisu was phenomenal and the service could not have been any better. A stunning restaurant which provides a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Lina and her staff gave us superb food and drinks and her company was a delight. We highly recommend the truffle additions on the rice or tortellini. Ask Alessandro, a World vice champion sommelier, to suggest you a cocktail of his own creation. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.
My boyfriend Amine and I went to have dinner there. If you are searching for an amazing traditional Italian dinner I would, with no doubt, suggest this amazing restaurant. The tortellini are to die for! We took the tagliatelle a la ragu, tortellini and the cotolletta a la bolognese. Each plate was remarkable. The staff also were very welcoming and the service was extremely fast. We will surely come back when we visit Bologna again!
We were recommended this unassuming neighbourhood restaurant by our apartment hostess, and I am so glad we had the pleasure of dining here. This restaurant has served us one of the best meals we’ve had in Italy - every dish executed perfectly and I would not change anything about them. In their menu they say “Tenerina, which everyone likes” and “Tiramisu, a must”. They’re not kidding.
Il Tartufo restaurant in Bologna is a hidden gem that I highly recommend! This family-run restaurant serves up some of the best truffle dishes I've ever had. From the pasta to the meat dishes, everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The service at Il Tartufo was also top-notch. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and they made sure that we were well taken care of throughout our meal. And of course, the wine selection was excellent and perfectly complemented our meal. Overall, Il Tartufo is a fantastic restaurant that I would definitely visit again. If you're looking for amazing truffle dishes and a warm, friendly atmosphere, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!
One of the best trattoria of Bologna! We searched already a lot and saw/tasted a lot of medium quality, but Tartufo we have absolutly to recommend! The prices are a little bit higher than the average, but fair for the high quality. The service is really professionell and the taste fantastic!
It is a must to eat here when you are in Bologna. Great food, great service, great location and really very original dishes as risotto and tortellini cooked in parmesan cheese wheel. Great taste. Locale accogliente e curato abbiamo mangiato ottime pietanze. Per i piatti non a base di tartufo si può decidere di aggiungere tartufo grattugiato (bianco o nero).Consiglio il risotto mantecato nella forma di parmigiano con aggiunta di tartufo, eccezionale. Buoni anxhe i funghi fritti. Materie prime di ottima qualità. Personale accogliente attento e gentile. Locale non grande quindi conviene prenotare. Porzioni non abbondanti.

This restaurant is 1 of the reasons I went to Bologna. True story. This is not a tourist spot, another reason why I chose it. Sitting off a main road, you'd have to be local to know about it. Homey welcome on arrival to this warm & rustic eatery. I had a typical Bolognese menu because if you haven't had Bolognese ragu in Bologna, you haven't had it. Started with Mortadella & parmiggiano because that is typical. Slurping on delightfully, delicious prosecco because that's the local water. No need to discuss pasta because Italians know what they're doing & never over cook it. The delicate ribbons of tagliatelle were perfect to engulf the supreme ragu. Try it without the parmiggiano first then sprinkle a bit on...2 amazing flavours. To finish a sublime panna cotta. I stayed for a couple of hours because once you get in & experience this classic, homey environment you won't want to leave. So, why not 5 stars? Lack of air conditioning. Despite that, I'll return...in the Autumn season.

We were in Bologna for two days and we went for dinner on our second night. I have given it 3 stars not because the food was bad , but the portions were not as much as you would get elsewhere in Bologna. The ragu was the best I have ever had, the tortellini seemed they lacked being creamy considering they were “in forma” They added 10% on each meal at the end which I think was a bit unfair. I wouldn’t go again but my experience wasn’t the worst either.
Sono entrato e davanti a me c’erano due turisti giapponesi in fila. Una cameriera bionda li stava servendo, sembrava molto impegnata. Dopo qualche minuto di attesa, è arrivata una signora italiana dietro di me. Quando è arrivato il mio turno, la cameriera mi ha completamente ignorato e si è rivolta direttamente alla signora arrivata dopo di me. Un comportamento inaccettabile e discriminatorio. Ero furioso, ma ho evitato di reagire solo perché un mio amico mi stava aspettando all’interno. Non metterò mai più piede in questo posto
