I can’t say enough great things about the Starbucks in Bonham, Texas. Every time I visit, the team goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel welcome and appreciated. The baristas are not only friendly and efficient but also take the time to make sure every order is done right. Even during busy times, they keep the line moving quickly while still greeting each customer with a genuine smile. What really stands out at this location is the management. It’s clear that the store is run with care and professionalism the atmosphere feels organized, clean, and positive. You can tell the staff enjoys working here, which says a lot about the leadership. The manager leads by example, and it shows in how smoothly the store runs and how motivated the team is to deliver excellent service. This Starbucks has set the bar high for what great customer service should look like. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or staying to relax, you’ll always leave with a good experience.

This location is great. The store is nice, clean and modern, it’s located conveniently off of the highway. The drinks are always delicious and well made. So far in my experience they make the best Iced lavender cream oat milk matcha by the way. Fruity and sweet as it should be. A lot of other locations totally ruin this drink by making it bitter.

I initially drove through and got something different than usual. It wasn't till I finished filling up my gas and decided I would go back to Starbucks and tell them it wasn't what I thought. I want to make it very clear. The original drink was great but it wasn't hitting that coffee "fix" for me. Im assuming it was the MOD (manager on duty) but I apologized for interrupting them and said, I tried something new and I wasn't happy She immediately stopped me and said, never apologize. We're here to make sure you are happy. Wow. It's nice to have great customer service especially when I myself believe in the same treatment to my customers. I want to make sure that everyone knows how beautiful this location was to visit and I'm surely coming back again but this time prepared with laptop in hand. The feeling was warm, comfortable and very inviting. See for yourself when driving through this part of town.

Waited while server was done talking to other barrista while my drink sat there. When my wife asked for a drink they didn't make anymore she didn't even offer something else she might like. We couldn't get her name because she never did face us.

Negative vibe. No joy here. C'mon y'all stay upbeat and consistent with ALL customers. Think only good thoughts and enjoy each and every customer's presence because customer purchases are what goes to pay partner paychecks and increase Bonham's Starbucks sales base.

Waited 24 minutes for a grande soy chai latte today at 1pm at this location. The manager that creates the schedule fur this location should understand Sunday afternoon cold weather is gonna be slammed. Staff accordingly.

Went here this morning and the girl taking my my order (McKenzie) was very rude and only answered my requests by saying, (Mmm-hmm), and “K”. I asked to speak to a manager about it and also asked for a refund. I was only refunded for one out of the two drinks I ordered and payed for. I am waiting on a call back from the DM of this location. I spoke with McKenzie at the wi dow and again she was very rude and arrogant. You should be able to order a drink and get complete sentences or at least be treated kindly. I drove on to Sherman Starbucks and got my coffee and friendly service with a smile!

I recently visited this Starbucks and was disappointed to find that, despite having only one seated customer, I was left standing for a considerable amount of time without being acknowledged by any of the three staff members. As someone who values courtesy, I expect to be treated with respect and attention. Unfortunately, when I chose to leave after addressing this issue, one of the staff members sarcastically wished me a good day.

I stopped after a long drive to get coffee. Went to the restroom and there was no soap. I asked one of the employees and she said "sorry the soap dispensers are not working right now" She did offer me a cup with some soap, but how many are employees and customers are not washing their hands?!?! How long has it been since they did not have soap available?!?! Then an employee went into the bathroom with what looked like soap....I think I will go somewhere else for my coffee. Thanks anyway.

Kathy was incredibly rude to me . Told me she won’t make speciality drinks when they are busy . They had 5 employees on and 2 in drive thru and 3 inside . My drink was an iced quad espresso with splash of non fat milk . I asked for manager who happily made the drink for me . Then Kathy smarted off to me on my way out . I will never go here for coffee and I will tell all my friends to avoid this Starbucks .
