We stop here about once a week. My son doesn't like cheese on his burgers and other fast food places always put the cheese on burgers but not this Burger King, orders have been 100% accurate every time! Never had a bad experience at this one. Pro tip: use the BK app for special prices and quicker service.

It was my first time having fast food in months & I really really must say that the Whopper Medium Size Combo meal with the CocaCola was absolutely amazingly amazing and beyond on point to even describe! However, since my digestive system just wasn't used to all that grease and what have you, it definitely did not agree with my stomach later that next morning! But, all in all .. AMAZING MEAL! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 SOLID STAR RATING FOR ME!!!

$3 for half a chicken strip on a tortilla is kinda crazy but other than that I love the customer service, even on days when they are packed they always have the best attitudes.

We were greeted as we walked in. Waited on right away. The dining area was clean, as was our table. Our burgers were ready within 5 minutes 😋

A BAD DAY MADE RIGHT!!! I had an issue with my card today and I hadn't eaten since supper time last night. after 3 attempts with my card not working she said, "hold on. I'm going to make sure u get food today...this one is on us. Have a great day." She took my coupon and stapled it to the receipt. The manager was very sweet and gave me the meal anyway. I would also like to say that I work beside this BK and I stop in every Morning. The staff is AMAZING! They are always polite and very knowledgeable!

Staff is super friendly and the food quality is excellent. I drive 15 miles out of my way to go to this Burger King. Management and staff are always very friendly and accommodating. In a day in age when most dining rooms are closed this one is open.

I've not eaten at a burger king in near 25 years until recently. This particular location at least impressed me. The standards seemed higher then what I come to expect from fast food. There's one gentleman there I don't know his name, I've ordered according to his recommendation twice and he killed it. So... Im just getting off and heading there now.

This one does not do breakfast after 10:30am so I was disappoint but the lunch food was ok. It was Cold inside.

Got breakfast. Everything good except the hash rounds were so salty I could not eat for fear my BP would spike (not to mention my taste buds). Great friendly and timely service. It’s fast food about as good as it gets I reckon.

The Whopper & Whopper Jr actually look & taste like hamburgers! I'm also a fan of the original chicken sandwich. I enjoy going there for breakfast sandwiches. They have the best hashbrowns of any fast food place in Boonville!

We ordered the 2 for 10 dollars. Everything was really good. The food was hot. Even the fries! The only thing was, they put one little tiny tomato on the chicken sandwich! We complained and the manager gave us another tomato.what's the big deal? Good grief!

I enjoy visiting this BK, nice kids working the counter or drive through. Whether you use either the coupons by mail or the app there are very good deals to be had. Being a patient person, I have no gripes at all as fast food places will always have their ups and downs. If you aren't satisfied, speak up ! They obviously want you to return. My favorite has always had the "Whopper" 😋

Well kept store. Friendly staff. Most visits the food is hot and fresh, have had a few instances of warm french fries rather than hot and crispy but those are not the norm, at least in my experience. Mozzarella sticks, are oftentimes still solid, instead of nice and gooey cheese. But they are always crispy on the outside

The Boonville restaurant has horrible parking. But the biggest issue is that in a effort to keep wait times low in the drive-thru, you will most likely wait 10-15 minutes to place a order. Then another 10-15 for the food.

After I paid for a chicken sandwich, an impossible burger, and fries I waited another 20 minutes before my food was brought out. I called them after I had waited 10 minutes and was told there was a grill with meat that had to be cooked before the impossible burger could be cooked. When the food was brought to my car, the burger was Luke warm. The chicken and fries were hot. I will think twice before I go there again.

I totally prefer Burger Kings Hamburgers and Fries over McDonald's without a doubt! Like with any fast food joint Always check your food B4 pulling away from the drive thru because sometimes it's cold, But They have good food when it's fresh and hot. Also if you happen to get any Burger King Coupons in the mail they actually save a lot of money and give u some great values!! Even w/o coupons I feel they have better tasting and fresher food then McDonald's and depending what u order way more affordable!! 👑👑👑

Everytime I come here they forget something, or when I ask for something or go to order they take forever to get to me!!! I see them look at me but they just ignore me! Overall the food is good, besides forgetting stuff.

It's so sad nobody can get good help these days they try hard but you're going to sit there a few minutes extra and they're going to take your money out the second window because they don't have enough staff for anybody to run the first window. I recommend the bacon King the best burger they have hands down. The chocolate shake is one of my main stays, it's so delicious.

So we went through the drive-thru we was told at the ordering speaker to wait I minute. 10 minutes went by before we placed our order drive around to the window no one is in the line WTH. Then waited another 10 minutes to get our food ...fries was cold whopper was OK and we ordered the cheese sticks they was good. Just frustrating having to wait in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes total for $30 of food that some was cold

The service was so slow. It looked like they had several people working however it took over 20 minutes to get our food. Something was leaking from the coke/ice machine and there was water all over the floor. It was a safety hazard to get drinks. The cashier came out once in the 20 minutes it took to get our food and squeegeed the floor, but it just ran back out. A few people walked out without getting waited on. The food was good, but that was the only positive about this visit.

My mom got a Coke Zero and tasted like Diet Coke and carbon. She told the man and he knew it tasted like Diet Coke and had carbon issues. He didn’t even offer to replace it. He was like “sorry about that and have a nice day.” At least offer to replace it!!

Poorly designed parking lot, the exit if you parking by the door or in the handicapped spots is through the drive thru which is too narrow for two vehicles if people in line are not right on the curb or have trailers. Also handicapped spots are often blocked by the drive thru line.

First visit was nice . Second visit though was not due to them not accepting herritage federal cards and finding this out on a small piece of paper after I got stuck in there enclosed wrap around drive through . Not a good visit at all.

Went there today march 25 2022 at 6pm and lobby was closed. Asked an employee coming out the door why. I was informed that a new manager was working and closed the lobby. We live in another city and don't eat in the car so had to go elsewhere. Evidently this new manager is not a very good one.

Went through the drive thru the other day. The lady was incredibly short and rude the entire time. Waited 20 minutes for our food, which fine my son wanted the impossible whopper I get it, had to rate service 2 stars because the guy that brought our food out was very nice and sincere but when we got home I got the wrong burger (ordered a big king and got the same size burger as my 4 year olds kids meal) and all three burgers were very sloppily thrown together, no sauce on any of them and they tasted old and bland and our fries were cold. I am very disappointed, especially since I seldomly take my kids to get fast food.

The last 2 times i and my wife have ordered here for dinner we ordered the nuggest and both times they taste off and ended up being sick to where we ended up either feelin sick or actually had gotten sick throughout the night. Other then that any other food ive gotten hasnt been bad or tasted bad.

Well I’ve went to Burger King the past 4 days hoping for different results but they seem to not be able to get any of my dang orders right!!! I highly recommend not going to this Burger King it’s all a bunch of highschool drop outs that look like meth heads and nobody bows how to make food right!!! My foods always cold my chicken is about as dry as a dog treat!! So I highly recommend not going to this place til the get there head out their butts!!!

First time I have been to the new place in Boonville, I have to sadly say it's absolutely no better than the newburgh restaurant. Food was ice cold, I eat my onion rings in the car, and the burger wasnt right. Went to call when I realized there is no phone number for BK online or on the receipt! Called newburgh, to no avail, they didnt have a number either. Very very dissatisfied. Some things never change.

Would give a zero star but I can't. Online says open till 11. Its fine if the hours are wrong but could probably turn the lights off to thr drive thru and menu board or atleast have the courtesy to leave the headset on and tell people your closed...

I had ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger from the Boonville IN. Location, both with no mayo. I got mayo on both. Guess employees new better than i of what i wanted. If you visit this location make sure to check your order for accuracy, employees will not. How hard is it to not put mayo. Not like i was asking for the bacon for the bacon cheeseburger to be recreated. Not the first time

Line had 6 cars. Sat there for around 7 min. Not one car moved. I drove down the street to McDonald's, got food and drove by and cars only moved up one spot. Usually good but people don't have 40 min to get fast food

My family eats here when we feel like takeout, sometimes once or twice a week when we’re busy. I typically just get some fries or something. Twice in the last six months, I’ve felt like having a bacon cheeseburger. Both times, I’ve ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with no sauces. Both times I’ve come home with a plain bacon cheeseburger. This time it had pickles. Can’t get anyone to answer the phones, so I’m stuck complaining here on Google.

Store owners need to do better! Food is regularly missing from bags. Our last order had cold under-filled fries, ketchup-drenched burgers, old dried out chicken fries, and missing sandwiches. Store only had a handful of teenagers doing their best without management. We won’t be visiting again.

We went through drive at at 6pm on a Friday. 1 person was in the drive through. We pull they tell us to wait and never come back to take our order. So we left and noticed no one was in the drive through and everyone inside was talking. Called and told the manager that they need to pay attention to their drive through. I hate going to Burger King anywhere! They all are slow but the Boonville Indiana one is the worse. That is why we hardly go and now we are on our way to Newburgh to get Chick-fil-A! Burger King get it together!

I came to this store because the app said free chicken sandwich for 1dollar purchase so I hit the redeem button and order a #1 meal. When I came to pick it up the chicken sandwich disappeared and I had to order again to get it. If this is how Burger King is going to be I'm not sure I'll be back. Scamming customers and not taking care of them when your app messes up is dishonest. I have been to Burger King for a long time cause the Henderson ky store did this same thing to me. I figured I'd give Burger King another shot but I guess all stores are the same. I doordash so I'll be back to do that but this company has lost my business what a shame over a free sandwich you would rather lose a colustime over a free sandwich on your app that messed up .

This afternoon I stopped in during lunch for a whopper and an employee ignored me as he ordered a very large and extravagant lunch for himself. (This gentleman had a very round distended stomach.) I kept looking at him and he and another employee ignored me as the other employee took this very portly man’s elaborate lunch order! The Burger King in Boonville is already very slow compared to the other Burger King’s. Now they’re ignoring customers so they can fill their already oversized, distended guts. They’re so rude! Cashier didn’t really know what he was doing, the dr. Pepper was flat and watery, fries weren’t hot, the burgers were messily put together with hardly any toppings, we dined in and there were so many flies flying around, we killed 2, and there were still a bunch flying around And on the windows. Couldn’t even put my burger down on the wrapper cause then the flies got it. There were also two employees who were just hanging out in the lobby messing around, saw a table covered in wrappers and trash, laughed about it, and walked away and sat down. The whole place is just not good.
