Outstanding people who run is place, they truly provide a friendly environment! The food is amazing as well as the prices! Just by paying a little more than fast food you get a delicious all you can eat buffet! The building is warm and the bathrooms are clean, it's got to be the greatest Chinese restaurant in town! They also allow birthday celebrations here.

Excellent food on the buffet or off the menu. The people are very nice and willing to modify a dish if you need to avoid a certain element or the heat factor. The restaurant is always neat and clean. I think their black pepper chicken is wonderful.

Anyone who gives a negative review on this place has no actual idea how lucky we are to have it here in town. The portions are huge and the food is ALWAYS delicious. Their service is greatly appreciated here! Definitely recommend you go!!!

This restaurant mainly lives by its "All You Can Eat" system, but it does also allow for delivery through Ameribites and (at least up until recently due to restrictions by surrounding wildfires) DoorDash. It has a good selection of hot food which is kept full by kitchen staff. The only change I would recommend is possibly the music. It's common for asian restaurants to feature popular music from their respective countries and cultures, and this is great. However, the choice by this particular location seems to be a bit out of date, to the point where trying to identify the artists in the music is difficult. The retro music doesn't mesh well with the otherwise modern design and decoration of the establishment.

The food here is good, and the staff are incredible. Extremely nice. I definitely would recommend this little restaurant, for family dining, dinner dates, or group party. Been doing better since the re opening. I hope people in Borger support it, because it's a cool little place, and everything out here tends to die off.

Sort of the Chinese version of TexMex cuisine. The food is not quite as good as at the other Borger Chinese restaurant, China Dynasty, but the buffet price is much less expensive at E Capital. Nothing spectacular, but decent Chinese "comfort food".

My wife and I eat here frequently it's a good place with a very friendly family running it. It's not anything fancy but it's clean and the food is good as well as it being affordable.

The food is not exceptional, but the restaurant is well kept and clean. Reasonable pricing, good variety and family friendly.

Really was excellent. Usually I like the peanut butter chicken most, but this time it was kind of gritty. Like the didn't get the sugar disolved well enough.

Foods ok for the price not much to choose from I would tell the waitresses to chill on coming to the table every 5 minutes to ask for a refill or if the food is ok trying to eat in peace

High quality Chinese food, LARGE portion, hot food and freshly made, very affordable prices, variety of choices. Unfortunately it’s only to go, no dining, please consider reopening the buffet as covid is over or at least remove the barricade.

Food was pretty good but they only have one menu and it's taped to the order counter so you can't decide what you want in advance. It also makes you feel like you have to hurry and pick something really fast when people are behind you.

Kind of a minimum Chinese buffet. Not a large selection and not top quality. Looks to be family owned and operated. Not fancy by any means but I suppose the price is about average for this type of establishment.

My fault I order sushi in panhandle texas. I just moved here and was craving sushi. My bad !!! $20 for their crunch roll and tuna sashimi. My recommendation eat off the buffet

The buffet was fine with a limited selection of food on it but when my fiance ordered something off the menu instead of the buffet the chicken came out look like almost like fish was rubbery and had a funky taste to it and when brought to their attention the lady that I spoke to you at the restaurant instead of making things right decided to stand there and argue with me about their food stating that they have been in business for eight years and that's how they always make their chicken

The to-go plates go by weight. They over charged us claiming our food weighed 8lb for 2 plates. The total was around $46. The plates were only 2.5 -3lbs each. The scales were not calibrated correctly. Over charged $15.

Went because the reviews were good, now I'm not sure if I trust Borger's reviewers/taste buds. Buffet was not very tasty, everything was dry, and ridiculously over-sweetened. Boyfriend and I couldn't get past the first plate, even tried dipping in sriracha but nothing helped. Left with an empty, and upset stomach. Do not trust reviews from Borger anymore, so we played it safe and got fast food instead.

My take out sucked....The garlic chicken was overly sweet....the rice was soooooo dry....the egg rolls were reddish inside as if they had a lot of imitation bacon bits in them...waste of money. They have gone downhill big time since changing owners....I won't be back....rather go to Linns in Amarillo

Every single time the buffet food is cool or lukewarm at best. They have good options and the food could be tasty but they won't turn up the heaters on their buffet. I've choked down cold food five different occasions I can't do anymore. So unfortunately they will not have my business again until the problem is solved. Who knows when that will be. New update.
