The pizza hut here in Borger has recently improved for the better! There was a while that we quit ordering there because of how lazily the pizza was made! But the past couple of times we've eaten there, it's been so good.

Just a regular Pizza Hut, but like most country towns the staff was helpful and friendly, our meat lovers stuffed crust was awesome and the garlic nots were delicious. My son and I had just spent the morning nearby running cable through the ceiling of a ladies clothing store so having Pizza Hut so close was a blessing 😀

Beware! They do not honor menu priced discounts unless you ask!!!! In their menu they have certain items marked with a star. These items are $7 as long as you order two or more. This is not a promotional code, or something it said you have to ask for, but a nationwide menu option. I ordered four of the options, we dined, and then I went to pay out. The total was $49! I asked the total again and she replied $49. I told her "well all four items I ordered were $7." She replies "Oh ok. I'm told not to give that price to customers unless they notice they're charged wrong." The thing is if my husband had paid or like he does sometimes and I took the kids to the car he wouldn't have noticed the charge. I wouldn't have noticed until I saw it draw for my acct. I feel this is very devious, especially when it comes to large groups or orders. It can easily be overlooked, and they would be purposely not giving the correct price.

Ordered pizza and cheese sticks. Pizza was tough, tasted like it had been sitting in warmer for an hour or better. Cheese sticks were ok. I threw out pizza after eating one piece. Cost me over $40.00, so not worth it. I am very disappointed and still hungry!!! FYI, I had delivery and ordered thru app

Never going there again! Ordered on the app 30 minutes before we even got there and still waited 35 minutes for our food, AND they forgot to give us our ranch on the side so we waited another 15 minutes to get that, and our fries were cold and the wings barely had any sauce. Would not recommend.

We recently ordered two pizzas online. I went to check out Kept not giving me a deal, but I want. Several I had to Remove onions From the list of ingredients. Everything looks good go to check out but won’t remove onions or green peppers it up charged me for. I thought it was finally right and paid. Pizzas are full of onions and non have peppers charged for. When I saved ENTIRE PIZZA, not a piece gone, they refuse to make me a pizza without onions and told me sorry about my luck. Not sure that’s policy but definitely gong fk research it having spent 2 years working for the Hut myself and am familiar with the operation and policies . I won’t be using this Pizza Hut again for a long time to come because they don’t care to keep a client they’d rather loose a customer and keep a pizza!

Order hand toss and get a thin pizza at the end. When I called that, they messed up my order. They told me they would redo it, and then they called me to take the pizza back. I could have, but no, thank you. SO MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR PIZZA 🍕

Ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza, 1 piece of pepperoni on each pizza and couldn't see any bacon, getting to be a horrible place to order anything.

24 boneless wings We ordered online while the kids where finishing football practice mind you we had 15 minutes left of practice when we ordered them… we get to the drive-through window and pay for the order and the lady says the order in still being prepared and told us to pull up to the front and she will bring it out to us … okay so we did and waited 20 mins later she brings the order out with no bag and the lid popping open … she hands me the order I’m wondering how she could carry the wings with no bag and not burn Her hand when I have ordered previously, the wings were too hot to hold, which was nice knowing that they were fresh. But not this time we opened the container and felt the wings They were so cold and not consumable … Also keep in mind the kids had just finished football practice so they were really hungry and excited to get these wings. It’s a bummer how they can Bring a Family cold wings out like that… So we took them back in the store and asked for a refund and went elsewhere….

Order the big pizza box. It was delivered on a freaking motorcycle. So u can only imagine what it looked and tasted like after I finally received it. The Manger was understanding about the whole ordeal and did make it right, but my grandkids didn't get to have pizza night because of the delivery.

Costumer service wasn’t the best the lady may have been new but she didn’t know a thing about the menu and kept having to go back and forth to the kitchen to ask about an item. That’s good she was asking questions but she could’ve done that after we ordered everything. It took about 20 minutes just to place our order in… that doesn’t include the amount of time we had to wait before she came to our table. If you are going to work at Pizza Hut at least know the difference between boneless and traditional wings. I’ll give her credit she was nice and apologized afterwards.

The food is good when they get it right. 80% of the time it's wrong. I've been ordering the SAME thing everytime. One of the managers says that we have to send the wrong one back. That is against health code. I'm not complaining because I want the other pizza, it's the fact that the manager is breaking a health codes. Also, me and my family have gotten food poisoning on 3 different occasions. I really hope the owner sees this. Something needs to be done with this store.
