It took over 30 minutes to get a single dr. Pepper with no ice. From my door dasher, and my door dasher was talking to me.The entire time she was sitting there waiting the entire time.

The food is ok but the service is horrendous. Everytime i order from sonic it takes an hour to an hour and a half for 1 burger and drink. The management is incredibly rude as well, I have been cussed at through the drive through for simply correcting them on my order

Gone downhill tremendously. Takes 30 plus minutes to get food, you have to buzz them for a update. Then the order is wrong. They don't listen to what you ask for. Horrible service and business.

I’m appalled. We ordered on the app and were told the ice cream machine was broken. That wasn’t the entire issue, the issue was when we got home the snack wrap was poorly put together and the mozzarella sticks were hard like they tasted stale. I’m truly disappointed with this location. Never going again.

This establishment needs a totel over hual. I am 52 and been eating sonic at sense I was 12. This is the absolute worse accross the country. The place is falling apart and the customer care is horrible. I do not blame the crew I blame the management. Why can't you take 50's and 100's my God this is a small town take it inside and break the damn thing. Don't know if I will be back. Also fix your drive through speaker. For those of us it is horrible.

We spent 20 minutes waiting on 2 drinks. Not my first issue with this. But when the button was pressed and we said how long we were waiting when we finally got our drinks the first words ot of the persons mouth was" sorry we forgot." ARE YOU KIDDING ME they weren't busy and when we got our drinks it was absolutely awful. Highly disappointed

If you have time to spend and wait for your order, rather there are several cars or no cars. The wait time is ridiculous. If you’re a delivery driver expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes for any item off the menu whether it’s just one drink or you order more. I went in to pick up one drink not one car was in any of the stalls. There was only one car at the drive-through window. I waited almost 20 minutes for one drink and literally watched several orders. Come in call ahead and a few parked in the stall and got their orders prior to my 1 drink. It affects my ratings when I have to wait for so long to deliver to a customer and they get the order ahead of time and I’m usually right there within five minutes. They should start the order when they actually get it.

Whoever is managing the place is doing a horrible job. 30 minute waits several times a day for delivery orders. Currently been waiting a half hour for just drinks. Avoid this place, especially when ordering delivery.

Sat for over an hour waiting on the food then our food was sent to another customer then sent back after being opened and the staff tried to serve it to us and had attitude when we asked them to remake it so it was fresh

Update.... 2 months later..... faster this time but they still choose to not mix the blast... come on guys.... So I'm writing this review in frustration. In the past I've had issues here and not said anything but tonight puts a pin in it. In the past, I've ordered the chicken finger meal and the gravy was pretty much water. The consistency was water. Sure, it looked like gravy, white with pepper, but it was water thin. Tonight, I ordered an Oreo blast. I sat outside waiting for about 10 min. I had to press the button to ask where it was before they would deliver it. Once delivered, I noticed it was very black under the lid. I opened it to find a handful of oreos tossed on top of a cup full of ice cream. It wasn't mixed at all whatsoever. So I've marched back to find out why this is the case.... they say they'll correct it, but here I've sat for another 5 minutes. The staff seems to be made entirely of teenagers, which is fine, but they're glued to their phones and too busy horseplaying. This could explain the delay. It's pretty disappointing, to say the least. They finally brought the replacement, and it was done correctly. I won't be back.

I went there to order breakfast and I used the app to order ahead. They are supposed to open at 6am I got there at 615am and finally the cook came and brought me my order after sitting almost 45 minutes. I felt bad for her because she said it's an everyday thing with the managers and everyone always being late!! I feel like corporate needs to come clean out their managers and hire some that will actually do their jobs!!
