Could barely hear the order taker at the Drive Thru speaker. Displayed signs saying “accepting applications” but when we asked for one the manager said they didn’t have anymore and didn’t feel like printing one off. The pizza was good but we couldn’t even bite into the crazy bread sticks because they were old and rock hard.

This was the second time I had issues. First time they got my order wrong but refunded my money back. Second time ordered pizza told me about 20 minutes. Came back they lied and said it was made wrong, but what happened was that they gave it to someone else in the drive through. Waited almost an hour for 2 pizzas. But I did get refunded for that as well.

Lobby door was locked at 7:57 pm when on their store hours it says lobby closes at 9 pm. It took 20 minutes to get two pizzas. An EMB pepperoni and an EMB cheese. From what I could see there was only two people, with one of them wearing earbuds while they work. I dont know how they run their store but I don't think you're supposed to have earbuds in. Safety and security issue in case anything were happen. Didn't ask me if I wanted any crazy bread or any butter garlic parm on my pizzas at all.

Lobby door was locked at 7:57 pm when on their store hours it says lobby closes at 9 pm. It took 20 minutes to get two pizzas. An EMB pepperoni and an EMB cheese. From what I could see there was only two people, with one of them wearing earbuds while they work. I dont know how they run their store but I don't think you're supposed to have earbuds in. I went tonight ordered itlain cheese bread it was not done!! I called to tell them and they want to argue with me!! I said whatever and hung up!! I've worked fast food 25 years I know when something is not done and I know how to treat customers!! All I wanted was some good pizza and cheese bread

I pulled up to order 2 hot and readies and would have to wait 15 min for them to make them. If I wanted to wait for my pizza to cook, I would go to Dominoes. When I want a QUICK bite of pizza, I expect there to be H/Rs available. If you really want a hot/ready pizza from here, call ahead. Otherwise, go to dominoes ot pizza hut.

Delivery. 01/14/22 Bad idea! Pizza was Raw, not made correctly as ordered, uneatable and no marinara for the dry Italian cheese bread which was unrecognizable. Paid delivery fees, service fees and a $7 cash tip for food I couldn’t even eat! The only reason I ordered delivery is because I was having a chronic asthma flare up because of the dirt and wind so I couldn’t go outdoors. ( I’m visiting here and am traveling) So far every experience with the 7 other restaurants/cafes here in town have been Exemplary. Food and Customer service was over the top fantastic. But Little Caesars was straight up an Epic Fail. They told me there was nothing they could do because they were trying to close. I expressed my concerns and was finally told that I could come in tomorrow and get a free pizza. Well the dirt is going to blow again tomorrow so my Asthma won’t allow that so I’m out a nice amount of money for a meal, fees, more fees, taxes and delivery tip cash for absolutely nothing.

Went through the drive thru nobody came to take order. Went inside the girl was rude, didn't act like she wanted to wait on me. Didn't count my money or even say how much she owed me back. Counted it in front of her. Won't be back. It was 2 in the afternoon on a Friday, no excuse for having such bad customer service! Dominoes pizza is so much more friendlier! Will start getting our pizza from Dominoes!

The two girls working at little Caesar’s in Pampa 02/23/2026 suck. They didn’t even answer the phone then left our order on the counter without saying a word to us. I’d suggest firing both of them because they were rude and I will never return with that kind of Behavior from employees. Both of them were Hispanic girls.

You can't even order through the app and pick up at the window. They make you go in to pick up your online orders. I just keep my business with dominos, they will even take it out to you to hour vehicle if you choose carside delivery. Little Caesars wont even let you pick up your order at the window. Im not getting my kids out of the car to go inside when I used to just be able to puck up through the window.

I've ordered the pretzel crust three times now and every single time the manager has had the audacity to look me in the face and tell me that regular pizza dough is a pretzel crust because it has salt on it. She told me that the salt is what makes it a pretzel crust. I have stood in front of the manager showing them a regular pizza and was told it was a pretzel pizza. This most recent time she hung up on me after telling me, yet again, I don't know what I'm talking about. She wanted me to give her the pizza back after I told her I threw it away because it wasn't what I had ordered.

Everytime I have been here they were rude slow nothing that I wanted and I end up leaving with nothing as I did tonight or pissed off because of the God awful service I received I do not recommend this place to anyone. Any other pizza place is better than this one. If I want little ceasers I will drive an hour before I ever go back there.

Cold old pizza.. no sauce for our crazy bread.. allways the case it seams. I'm done. (We got it delivered trust me I would have checked the food there. Never leave without checking.)

The worst place in town to get food anytime I’ve went there after 8pm they’re basically useless they lock the doors before they close and when u drive around to the window they hide. Also when I get door dash there I’ve never been able to pick it up not once I won’t ever go there again
