Prices have increased dramatically, but the quality of the phone has decreased. They have changed a lot of the food (ie. biscuits, fries, corn nuggets) to a lesser quality brand but charging more than they have before. Not worth it.

Staff was to busy texting on there phones and goofing off,while their were no napkins for customers, dirty tables,and both of the trash cans were full. If I owned this franchise I was definitely make some changes!

The chicken could have more flavoring, kinda bland. Sometimes it takes a while to get food even when there is a pile of chicken already cooked and under heat lamps. Other than that I eat the fish, it is good. I eat there at least twice a week.

Service was great, but the food was just ok. I'd never eaten at a Chicken Express before and I think it's an acquired taste. I liked the catfish better than the chicken. My daughter, who loves chicken, didn't care for it and didn't eat it (totally unheard of for her). And it's just too expensive for stuff she won't eat. So we probably won't be back for the chicken, I may go for the catfish sometime without her though.😉

This is the 2nd time I have gone in to this location and they have forgotten my okra. When I went back in to tell them, I got met with "let me see the bag", implying I was lying. I was given my okra with no apology, no nothing. I am getting ready to say I do not want to go to this location anymore. They need to hire some better employees that actually care about their job and providing excellent customer service, because that's not it.

Had to come here for something quick to eat for lunch. I got the strips with mashed potatoes and gravy and a biscuit. I'm not sure if they're having an off day since some of the good reviews were from just 2 wks ago but the chicken was not good. It seemed like it had been sitting out for quite some time and was definitely not fresh. For how much it cost, I would think they would make sure their product is fresh. The mashed potatoes and biscuit were good though.

We ordered catfish and Two Drinks, with two sides, Mac& cheese, &fries, the fish was all breading, couldn't hardly see any fish, sides were cold, drinks were down, so we got tea, which was good. For 14.00 pluss we got drinks, the rest was not worth eating, though we did eat what we could, and didn't complain, Didn't feel anyone would care. After all they served it to us.

I have been buying sweet tea from here for over a year, and for the last 3 months the tea taste watered down like no tea taste at all. I usually buy about 20 gallons a month so I will no longer be buying my sweet tea from here!

If I could give zero stars for the meal I got I would. The gravy tasted like it had a whole jar/can of salt in my one cup. After repeating my order 4 times it was still wrong. Not sure what was going on that day but. I will never again buy from this location.

Used to be good with the old owners, but since the new owners took over the sweet tea got watered down a whole lot. Plus the price is high as hell compared to what it used to be, not to mention the food also dipped in quality since the change in owners. I guess the deals they do now are supposed to help keep business but it isn't really helping all that much.
