They don't even have what's on the menu. Only chicken item they have is a quesadilla. Many chicken items on the menu but none available. Reminds me why I don't eat here. Won't do it again.

They mess my order up every single time!!!! They're always out of crunchy taco shells and they're always out of something it isn't once in a while or every other time it's every single time I order never coming here again

Cannot believe they forget to put cantina chicken in my Cantina Chicken Bowl 3 times!!!!! I buy this Cantina Chicken Bowl for reason😑😑😑😑😑you forgot two times before I let it go, now I come back few months later tried again, and forget again. You short of chicken or what?

Would give 0 stars if possible went through the drive through around 1 today when the lady opened the window was hit in the face with the smell of burning plastic I felt sick almost immediately the lady that was at the window was tweeking out of her mind and couldn't stand still I should have just drove off right then but no, I paid for my food and I regret it I got my food and drove off when I unwrapped my food it was the most depressing taco bell I have ever seen it was cold, next to nothing in the Chalupa, crunch wrap, nacho Bell grande or my bean burrito there was lettuce and sour cream all over the wrappers and none inside. What little meat I did get tasted like it had been sitting out for a week it was absolutely disgusting not to mention that there was a used small plastic baggie with something in it in my burrito I would highly recommend not ever going to this location for your own health

Waited 15 mins in the drive thru even though there were only 2 cars in front of me. Then left without checking my food.. my mistake should have known not to trust them. Only got half the food I ordered. Almost 30$ for 2 tacos a cheesy rice burrito and a cantina bowl. Kitchen obviously can’t read because the screen was correct.

It’s freaking HOT. It’s like 100° inside and I’m not even being dramatic. It’s like 87° outside today. There’s literally no way this is safe. I understand the AC being broke if it is but close the store or fix it!

Most of our order was wrong! We asked for no tomatoes and there was tomatoes on everything, they were out of everything we asked for, even Baja blast, and they couldn't do chalupas because they turned off their fryers and we already paid before they even said anything and to (Paige P) learn to take a order as we ask for it! Theres no reason why you have to be rude to anyone when we ask what u have because yall are out of everything! We will not be back because a couple years back my family worked at Taco Bell and if they were out of stuff they would let them know before you would even paid for the food you asked for!

We ordered exactly what we wanted over the drive thru. They repeated to us what we ordered face to face. When we got home, they didn't give us exactly what we ordered and overcharged us. Not too happy about it.

My wife purchased a Mexican Pizza and it tasted like chemicals were added to the tomatoes and lettuce and the shell was stale.🤔 My beefy bean burrito was loaded with rice and corn chips that were also so stale as to be almost chewy. 😱I've eaten here a few times, but I will probably not be going back anytime soon. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Plus ur a long way from my house so it's kinda like a treat to get some tacos.. 🤠✌️ do better🌮🔔

Just awful. If you like throwing money out the window, well, come here. There’s absolutely no consistency in the food. But it appears if you go thru the drive thru the food is better quality and made correctly.

Literally every time. Even if I tell them to. They never fully cook the chicken quesadilla. So it’s always cold. Look the cheese isn’t even melted.
