Siamo stati ospiti in hotel lo scorso weekend. Siamo molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno: la camera era pulita, l’area spa pulita e davvero rilassante, il personale e la proprietaria sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. Consigliato!☺️

We stayed two days at this splendid Panorama Hotel, and the experience was simply wonderful. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, warm, and above all, very clean. The breakfast is truly abundant, both sweet and savory: homemade cakes, freshly squeezed juices, delicious jams, and excellent yogurt. A real pleasure to start the day like this! The wellness area is also beautiful, very relaxing, with excellent herbal teas available: a perfect haven of peace to unwind. Dinner was excellent, with quality food and the option to choose alternatives if you wanted something different, which was truly appreciated. But what really makes the difference is the owner, Mrs. Grazia: super kind, polite, welcoming, and always available, as are all the staff, always smiling, kind, and attentive to every need. Upon our request, they also prepared an apple strudel for us to take away, truly delicious! We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. ✨️✨️✨️

I'll start this review with the word "welcome." And yes! We learned about this property through the Smartbox portal because we needed to book a spa the hotel offers. After making arrangements over the phone, we were told they also had rooms, and we were given a quote. Usually, those who book through Smartbox are limited in certain services, and hotels often consider them second-rate customers, those who pay little, pretentious, etc. (which is absolutely untrue, as, for example, with Smartbox you pay more than you would at a hotel for the same service, and there are also limitations). When we arrived, we were immediately welcomed! Yes, truly welcomed. Having a well-maintained, efficient hotel with excellent services isn't always synonymous with hospitality and a successful vacation. The Hotel Panorama is a family-run hotel, and we felt all the warmth of a family. We were indeed welcomed and looked after in every way. The hotel was meticulously maintained down to the smallest details, and we were given an equally well-maintained room with a view of the snow-capped mountains. The room is quite large, in a modern mountain style, with a coffee table, a large TV, and above all, it's spotlessly clean. This is an excellent calling card that shows how much the owners care about their hotel and therefore about providing the best service to their guests so that they return. In this hotel, you lose count of the hours as it has a spa, as mentioned above, a bar, and a kitchen. I'd also say the food is excellent! The appetizer buffet concept is perfect. The kitchen has a few dishes, as is right if you want quality and freshness of the products. Christian, the owner, showed us how they make pizzoccheri on the spot; it couldn't be fresher! The pizzoccheri were indeed out of this world! It was sickening, as was the carne salada, fat-free and perfectly cooked, and the polenta was fabulous. We had planned to relax, and here, thanks in part to the hospitality, we succeeded in a big way. We were treated like family, and we did everything on the premises without leaving the hotel: relax, eat, and sleep. The great price, in fact, includes dinner in the room rate—unfortunately, you'd be hard-pressed to find hotels like this. We wanted to discover Trentino, its traditions, its people, its dishes, and we succeeded. Trentino will remain in our hearts not only for its magnificent locations and state-of-the-art hospitality, but above all for its people. Christian and his family made us feel at home, and their hotel reflects the love they put into this hotel and their work every day. Thank you, we'll definitely be back!

My partner and I stayed for two nights. We had a wonderful time. The staff was very kind and helpful (the first morning, due to our mistake, we didn't have time for breakfast—it was until 9 a.m.—and they let us bring breakfast to our room anyway). The food and service were excellent; the spa was very well-maintained. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a bit of tranquility.

We stayed for 3 nights with half board. A very well-kept hotel with very kind and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent, as were the dinners, which varied every evening. The staff was always willing to change the menu if we didn't like something. The rooms were new and spotless. The spa was much appreciated. Very good value for money! We'll be back!

I stayed at this property at the end of December 25th thanks to a Smartbox gift. We added dinner. We had a wonderful time, thanks also to the kindness of Grazia and all the other staff. The room was tidy, the dinner was good, and the breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. The prices for extras were in line with expectations. The spa offers a bit of everything for a bit of relaxation before dinner.

I stayed here for 1 night through a Smartbox, which also included breakfast. The room was spacious and bright. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and new. Regarding the restaurant, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and a dinner with a vegetable buffet. The breakfast was varied; the only flaw was that the croissant was hard and the cured meats weren't excellent. A wonderful welcome from the friendly, helpful staff. The spa was very beautiful, a quiet place to spend relaxing days. I would definitely recommend this place.

Stayed here with my passengers on a shearings holiday. Passengers , myself and my colleague could not fault the place. The food was incredible the rooms were of the highest standard. The staff were also amazing the host/owner grace was very accommodating with great humour. I would highly recommend that hotel. !! Many thanks and wish to return again one day.

We spent two days and two nights at the hotel and couldn't be happier with the service offered. Our room was very cozy, breakfast was abundant and we loved the traditional dinner (main course, second course plus dessert and a great variety of side dishes). The location is brilliant: the hotel is immersed in the nature and from very close by several mountain trails start, so you can easily find things to do around even if you don't have a car like us. A couple of bus lines enable you to reach some interesting locations nearby as well. Last but not least, I want to mention how lovely the staff was, especially the manager Mrs Grazia. She really cares about each single guest's experience and always makes sure that you're having a good time. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Bella località tranquilla facili e piacevoli escursioni vicine, siamo stati all' hotel panorama per regalo di una Smartbox, camera pulita e letto nella media. La nostra vista dalla finestra era sul parcheggio al primo piano. Colazione con solo una bevanda calda inclusa, succhi fatti con polvere, torte confezionate, ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più tipico. Nel centro di Fondo si trovano ottimi prodotti locali.

Ho soggiornato qui per 2 notti attraverso uno smartbox, in cui era inclusa anche la colazione. La camera era di tipo Deluxe, spaziosa e luminosa. Il bagno era spazioso e con la finestra. Un piccolo problema relativo al bagno era la temperatura dell’acqua della doccia che si regolava con difficoltà a causa della pressione dell’acqua fredda insufficiente (usciva poca acqua se impostata tiepida). Per quanto riguarda la parte ristorante abbiamo usufruito della colazione e di una cena (costo escluso dal pacchetto, circa 30€ a persona, con primo, secondo, buffet di verdura e dolce). La colazione (tra le 7 e le 9 circa) è assortita, unica pecca mancano le descrizioni dei cibi, non comprendendo quindi il relativo gusto (es: brioche che sembrava vuota ma poi aveva la marmellata all’interno). Per quanto riguarda la cena (tra le 19/19.30 fino alle 21 circa) è servita in automatico dopo aver avvisato dell’arrivo in sala, in modo veloce. Un aspetto positivo è che il menù della sera è disponibile già dalla colazione e quindi è possibile scegliere, entro l’ora di pranzo, se rimanere anche per la cena. Unica pecca rilevante è la vicinanza tra i tavoli (circa 10 cm) che non permette di parlare liberamente con le persone del proprio tavolo per non essere ascoltati. Non abbiamo usufruito della parte sauna/piscina dell’hotel (attivo tra le 14 e le 19, con un costo a persona al giorno di 20€).

Very nice rooms, very spacious bathroom with window. The only flaw is the breakfast, which is too predictable for a three-star hotel: no fresh fruit, no eggs, just a cappuccino and poor quality croissants. No toaster, no slices of bread, just sandwiches. When I asked for a coffee at the end of breakfast, it was denied unless I paid for it... unlike in some two-star hotels, waiters come by at the end and ask if we want anything else...

I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The facility is well-maintained and the rooms are clean. I felt truly welcomed and comfortable. The only area I would suggest improving concerns the breakfast logistics. Although the quality of the food was quite good, the table where the products were placed was too small for the number of people we were. We struggled to manage cups and plates in such a small space, which made the mealtime a little less relaxing than the rest of the experience. There was another room that could have been used to streamline the breakfast logistics. Aside from this detail, I highly recommend the hotel and would gladly return.

Hotel comodo con stanze pulite. Purtroppo ho prenotato questo hotel con un esperienza smartbox e i pasti in hotel sono stati a dir poco scadenti. Peccato che abbiano perso un occasione, sicuramente non torneremo ne tanto meno lo consiglieremo ad altri.

Ho pernottato in questa struttura con un cofanetto Smartbox perché mi piaceva la zona in cui è ubicata e per l'offerta proposta. La struttura è molto carina a mio parere, l'area benessere ha degli spazi dedicati a trattamenti, oltre a una piscina coperta riscaldata, idromassaggio, sauna, bagno turco, sicuramente una nota di merito. Ho avuto modo di constatare due punti critici: il letto, con un materasso molto rigido, mi ha fatto fare la notte in bianco, e il personale, che non ho trovato particolarmente accogliente e di questo mi è dispiaciuto. Peccato perché la struttura avrebbe veramente un buon potenziale (ristrutturata di recente in alcune aree, una bella spa, un'ottima vista sulla vallata).

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questo hotel. La nostra camera era davvero bellissima, fornita di ogni tipo di comfort, spa nella media.Nota dolente...la cucina. Colazione davvero non sufficiente per una struttura recettiva, la cena non adeguata per un hotel di montagna dove ti aspetti un certo tipo di qualità e di cura nei piatti. P.s= Nella spa serve la cuffia, se no dovete pagarla a parte 5 euro🙈!!!!!

The hotel has a nice and cozy room, but the bedspread, blankets, and pillows are not clean. Breakfast is made with industrial products, while dinner is a complete affair with basic items. The wellness center is very crowded on a Saturday afternoon and is poorly maintained. The hotel does not provide towels or slippers. Overall, the service provided does not meet expectations given the price.

Ero in una suite per 2 persone. Il primo giorno il riscaldamento non andava. Il giorno successivo è arrivato il tecnico, ha riferito che non c'era l'acqua nei termosifoni, ha acceso l'apposita pompa e ha risolto il problema. Il secondo giorno non c'era l'acqua calda. Ho fatto la doccia con l'acqua fredda. Ho pagato molto di più per avere l'idromassaggio che non ho potuto usare. Il terzo giorno che dovevamo fare il checkout, funzionava sia il riscaldamento della camera che l'acqua calda. Ma ormai era ora di andare. La colazione è scarsa. La pulizia è molto buona. Il servizio non è molto buono, avendo pagato per una suite, c'erano giusto 2 bottigliette d'acqua piccole e il secondo giorno non ci hanno nemmeno messo gli asciugamani, fortunatamente ci avanzavano quelli per la piscina.

An experience to forget. My partner and I stayed at the Panorama Hotel using a free Smartbox that included one night and access to the wellness area. Upon arrival, we discovered that our package didn't include use of the pool (which was paid for separately) and that we were required to wear a swimming cap (it's not stated on the website, nor were we advised otherwise, so the solution was to buy one directly from them, spending extra money). The spa is small, crowded, and in terrible hygienic conditions: it's impossible not only to relax, but even to find an empty lounger or spot in the whirlpool. The room is nice, but there's little attention to cleaning; the sheets, in particular, were stained. The breakfast is subpar, with packaged products, a single type of low-quality bread, and juices diluted with water. The welcome is cold, and every time you talk to the staff, it feels like they're doing you a favor. You'd expect better from a three-star superior hotel with "wellness" in its name.

Worst service ever. Disgusting food. Staff never smiling. They cheated and made us pay things they didn’t tell. I would never suggest to go there.

I don't understand the 5 stars reviews. We left frustrated and with a strong feeling that we were robbed. The room was dirty, stains on the sheets, dust and hair on the floor, and the mattress was a nightmare. We woke up with body aches all over because of how hard it was. And it was cold. We were told that they are forced to stop the heating after the 30th of April, but I find it outrageous. If a paying customer complaints about this, you are obliged to make him feel comfortable because HE is the one paying. Madam Grazia, after accusing us of stealing her panninis, when we left she told us that she is sorry we are leaving as we are so nice. This attitude left a bad taste in our mouths. Now the food: breakfast is very poor, no fresh vegetables nor fruits and dinner is basic. Same old "salad bar" with tomatoes, corn and salade russe drowned in mayonnaise and 2 main courses that leave much to be desired. We had an average risotto, a very bad bechamel lasagna that shouldn't even be called lasagna as it does wrong to the real one. The rest is not worth mentioning. The Wellness center is unbearable because of the strong chlorine that makes your eyes hurt after 15 minutes. In the hot sauna we didn't dare to enter as people were in there naked even though a towel was in order. I am sorry that I have nothing good to say about this place, but this is the sad reality. Maybe the Panorama is nice, but the owners had nothing to do with it. Never again.
