This hotel is highly recommended – we've been regular guests there since 2011. The service, the food, and the new spa area are excellent. The hotel's location is very good. However, the drive to Merano and Bolzano is a bit long – but not a problem. The rooms include newly renovated ones that are excellent. The rooms that haven't been renovated yet are still good to very good. In short: this hotel is highly recommended.

We feel very comfortable here. The food is excellent. We especially recommend the steak tartare or the homemade pasta in any style. The wine list is a perfect complement. Both are offered at a fair price. The attentive service team also has everything under control. For us, it's the perfect start to our vacation, and a visit next time is an absolute must.

Hello, I completely forgot to write a review. We stayed with you in June 2025. I'm so sorry about that. Our car was broken into in Merano, but that can happen anywhere. What happened next, however, was unbelievable. It was our first time at this hotel, and certainly not our last. Arriving with our damaged car—two smashed windows, millions of shards of glass all over the place—the owner immediately, without hesitation, provided us with the hotel's large industrial vacuum cleaner. The hotel's daughter called the local garage, so we were able to drop off our car there the next day. She even came along with us. We would like to thank you all again most sincerely for that. A very good, family-run hotel with a stunning view above Merano. Ideal for long hikes from the hotel. The excellent infrastructure is particularly noteworthy; you can do without a car altogether! Delicious cuisine. Not overcrowded, very quiet and relaxing!

The hotel has a fantastic location with a beautiful view. We received a warm welcome, and the service was excellent. The rooms are modern and very clean, some with views over the valleys. The breakfasts and dinners are excellent. The pool is lovely, and the various loungers and relaxation room are pure relaxation. Many hikes can be started directly from the hotel. For us, it was a relaxing holiday.

Ho avuto il piacere di pranzare qui accompagnata da parenti che conoscono il luogo. Il ristorante è molto bello e pulito. Noi abbiamo pranzato fuori in terrazza vista la bella giornata. Il cibo era davvero molto buono, dalla tartare di manzo, agli asparagi impanati e fritti, ai classici canederli; tutto impiattato con grande accuratezza. Unica nota stonata: il servizio è stato un po' lento.

Ambiente ristrutturato e ammodernato: bisogna...rifarci l'occhio. Ma la cucina rimane sempre ottima.

A very comfortable, family-run hotel with attentive service. Our room was functionally furnished but a bit small overall, but it did have a magnificent view of the South Tyrolean mountains from the balcony. The food was very good and varied. The wellness area, with its indoor and outdoor pools and a lovely sunbathing lawn, is also worth mentioning. Overall, another lovely and relaxing holiday.
