Siamo stati al ristorante, pizza molto buona

Abbiamo mangiato al ristorante e siamo stati molto bene. Buono sia il risotto che gli gnocchi, servizio cordiale. Se proprio devo fare un appunto è sul prezzo dell’acqua, mentre per il resto i prezzi erano buoni.

Ci siamo fermati per pranzo, il ristorante pizzeria è a Moso sulla strada principale tra Plan e San Leonardo, servizio gentile e veloce, la pizza (non scontata in Sud Tirolo) era davvero buona, impasto leggero ben cotta e (abbiamo scoperto dopo) ottimamente digeribile!!

Hotel super consigliato! Appartamenti molto belli, nuovi e puliti. Forniti di ogni confort! Personale gentile. Ristorante con piatti tipici molto buoni! Ottima esperienza.

We stayed here overnight while passing through. As already mentioned, the rooms are a bit dated, but spacious and clean. The food at the Mooser Wirt surprised us. The venison goulash and the grilled meats were both delicious. Free parking is available nearby.

I came here for an egg with my family. We ate a total of 8 buns for €12.80. Very affordable and excellent egg buns; I've never had such a delicious meal. Highly recommended 💯

Buona la camera anche se un po’ antiquata, piccolo il bagno e senza bidet, il tutto ben pulito e ordinato. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa anche se in centro al paesino. Ristorante moderno e luminoso buona la cucina. Staff giovane attento e cordiale. Discreta la colazione a buffet.

Scoperto grazie alla conoscenza di un amico, questo posto offre una veduta davvero bella sul paesaggio, con scorcio sul campanile della chiesa di Moso. Abbiamo fatto una piacevole sosta rigenerante, trovando un ambiente semplice ma pulito e curato. Il personale è sempre disponibile.

Abbiamo cenato due sere in questo ristorante, ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo la pizza davero Buona.

Ottima la presentazione dei piatti, buona la zuppa di tarassaco e molto buona la grigliata. Troppo gelato il carpaccio di cervo ma buoni i finferli. Servizio professionale.

I can only comment on the food, and it was really good. Service was fast and friendly. The restrooms could use an update, and the dining room had the feel of a school cafeteria. But no matter. The main thing was the delicious food, and the price was good, too.

Great hotel with a very good menu. The four of us stayed here for three nights. We were accommodated in the building opposite the restaurant. We ate exclusively there during our stay. The food is really delicious and quite reasonably priced. I do have a few complaints, though. The fairly new rooms are tastefully furnished. The same goes for the bathroom... but... The toilet is in a narrow alcove next to the shower, and the situation is further cramped by a towel warmer/bar in the leg area. (Not suitable for larger people like me.) There's no towel rack or shelf at the sink for makeup, a comb or brush, or shaving equipment. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.

We've spent our holidays nearby twice now and ordered pizza both times. While the service was polite and friendly the first time, the customer service on the phone wasn't particularly friendly the second time. The restaurant does have a monopoly in Moos, after all. However, we have no complaints about the quality of the pizza!

Ho ordinato un tagliere di salumi e formaggi della Val Passiria, come indicato nel menu, e mi è stato servito un piatto di salumi e formaggi palesemente da confezione in busta del supermercato; peccato perché il servizio e il locale sono ottimi e la cucina è aperta anche nel pomeriggio, cosa non scontata in Alto Adige.

Abbiamo dormito una notte in una stanza senza riscaldamento quando sicuramente ce n'era bisogno. Inoltre massima scortesia al momento della colazione, sicuramente non torneremo.

Siamo entrati per bere 2 caffè. La "ragazza" al bar ci ha risposto in modo scortese che non aveva tempo. Sbuffando chi h richiesto se volevamo intanto sederci. Non andateci....scortesi al massimo.

Abbiamo dormito in questo hotel fortunatamente una sola notte, dal momento che in stanza ci saranno stati non più di 15 gradi. Greta Thunberg dice che dobbiamo salvaguardare il pianeta evitando sprechi di energia e risorse, ma in questo hotel, tuttavia, hanno voluto risparmiare soprattutto sui costi.

Absolutely sad that there's no refund of the deposit despite the cancellation. I was hiking the E5 and unfortunately had to cut short my trip for personal reasons. As early as possible (I had no reception up in the mountains), I notified them that my plan was unfortunately not feasible and that I therefore had to cancel at short notice. I have no understanding! Very sad 😞! I can only advise all E5 hikers not to make a deposit here... By the way, all the other accommodations, just as last minute, thanked me for my cancellation and offered to be available again for another attempt! Besides, only this "Mooser Wirtshaus" wanted a deposit anyway... they must need it, so be careful what you order and book here, and pay in advance 👆🤷🏼‍♂️😡 Greetings, Alex Fischer from Ulm

DON’T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR! This place is a big disappointment. The waiters were awfully rude ! All of the empty tables were dirty and mucky so we asked nicely to clean up one so we can sit down. That was the first black mark bc It is not my place to tell what is a waiters responsibility… But it was just fine until right after that the old waiter came to our table, threw the menu at the table and started to mocking at us “is this table fine?” . We do not tolerate this behavior from no one especially not from someone whose payed for serving us! This was way too rude and impolite. So we stood up and left the place! Uneducated and scamp people don’t deserve a penny from us! So sad!
