Very beautiful location, welcoming, tidy, and clean. Excellent service, fast, very kind, and attentive waiters. I have to say the food was good; I enjoyed everything about it. It didn't make me say "Wow"... maybe because I had lunch for a communion party, and there were a lot of people, and the menu was pre-arranged by the birthday boy's parents. But I want to give it another chance, so I'll be back to try the à la carte menu! Overall, I have no complaints!

I brought friends who had never been before, and as expected, it was a surefire hit! Beautiful restaurant nestled in the Brescia countryside, with a wide selection of dishes, all made with high-quality ingredients... excellent wine list! The portions were just right (you certainly won't leave hungry), and the value for money was excellent. The staff was always efficient, courteous, and extremely polite! Parking was also excellent, located in front of the restaurant, so you don't have to go around looking for a spot! The summer months were also very nice. Well done, I'll definitely be back!

Yet another masterpiece in Padernello... The specialty here is fish... serious stuff!!! Rustic setting, well-finished inside, with large rooms full of windows. The outdoor area is also well-kept. Parking adjacent to the restaurant, well-maintained, surrounded by greenery. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, although they lacked a bit of a welcoming atmosphere. The menu is very interesting, with the option of ordering a full menu (for the whole table) or à la carte, with a variety of options, but not too many, and some new additions, probably based on the seasons. Excellent wine list, selected region by region; perhaps the only flaw is the lack of a real sommelier, or one wasn't present. As for the dishes, they are simply exceptional; from the balance of flavors, to the degree of cooking, and finally to the presentation. And I want to emphasize that the courses are not small tastings, far from it; by the time it's time to leave the table, you're certainly more than satisfied. Reservations are definitely helpful, as the restaurant is always packed. I'll be happy to return.

Very good restaurant, had few plates with fish and was delicious. Deserts should be a must to order! Very cozy restaurant to go with family or friends.

La Bianca e' un posto caratteristico, bello in tutto il complesso. Il cascinale che ospita questo ristorante e' meravigliosamente ristrutturato. Sono specializzati nei menu' di pesce, ottimi gli ingredienti, buoni gli accostamenti.

Cena in 4 + 1 bambino, davvero molto soddisfacente. Abbiamo optato per il menù mare e terra. Antipasti: 1 piatto di verdure miste, 1 piatto di pesce con cous cous e 1 tagliere con salame, crudo e pancetta Primi: casoncelli ricotta e spinaci, risotto gambero e tartufo nero Secondi: frittura mista di mare con verdure miste fritte, tagliata di manzo Dolci: a scelta Caffè, 1L di vino e acqua compresi. Tutto veramente molto buono, specialmente il risotto con gambero e tartufo. L'unico punto (molto) dolente è stata la cheesecake al melone come dolce, fondo di biscotti molle, con pezzi di melone all'interno che sembravano canditi e gusto di melone assolutamente assente, purtroppo devo dire tremendo. Mi dispiace solo per questo dolce perchè il resto è stato veramente al top e a prezzi più che giusti. Inoltre la location è veramente molto piacevole.

🔝A good experience and a very welcoming atmosphere inside. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. The saffron-seared tuna was exquisite and delicate, and the fried fish was good and plentiful. The homemade biscotti were excellent for dessert.
