Excellent welcome and service, they make you feel at home, very kind and courteous. The dishes are excellent both in appearance and taste. We dined à la carte for two, from appetizer to dessert, with a good bottle of 2019 Bordeaux. Excellent quality (high)/price (fair), especially considering the bottle served.

Obviously, if there were more than 5 stars, I'd give them! Gianluca is very professional, his wife is very cheerful... The atmosphere is beautiful, well-kept, and clean! The food, without even mentioning it, is truly delicious; there's not a single flaw! From appetizers to desserts, everything was delicious, even the wine! 🍷 I also bought two or three things in their "balmetto" (balmetto) We'll be back soon. Thank you and well done!

Excellent experience, worth repeating. A welcoming, family-friendly place, very quiet. The space is very warm, and wood dominates this wonderful place. The service is attentive and friendly. The dishes are tasty, the portions are adequate, and the menu is varied, but fortunately there aren't thousands of dishes. The quality is excellent. Excellent value for money.

Tried on February 23, 2025. Fantastic location, winner of the "4 Canavese Restaurants" episode. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Fantastic "cit ma bun" appetizer, including slow-cooked veal with tuna sauce, veja-style, raw Fassona beef with roasted peppers and a delicate anchovy cream, and red giardiniera with Piedmontese-style tuna. Excellent Carnaroli rice with black cabbage extract, its chips and roasted potato salami, and wonderful fresh egg pasta plin with cream of balmetto-aged toma cheese, toasted hazelnuts, and roasted jus. Delicious tiramisu and superb classic zabaglione served with canestrello semifreddo, cocoa crumble, and Borgo Franco canestrelli biscuits. Excellent wine list from the Aosta Valley and Piedmont. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

After watching the episode of 4 Restaurants, my family and I decided to try this restaurant. We had high expectations, and so we did. The service was attentive and friendly. We ordered a trio of appetizers, a tuna dish, and a platter (typical and very good cheeses; as were the cured meats, I'd only change the mortadella for a more traditional cured meat). Three first courses, including paccheri with osso buco ragù, were very good, and a spectacular risotto with cavolo nero! The "special" was delicious! Well done, guys.

We were tipped for this restaurant with some recommendations cards in our airbnb. It dit not disappoint! Reservation went smooth with whatsapp message, however some confusion at arrival. We reserved at 19h00, and while the restaurant is open, Italians usually eat much later! Therefore we arrived as firsts of the night as the crew was just getting ready for their shift. However once seated we had the most pleasant dining experience in an authentic setting. the dishes were superb. A small menu offered a selection of Italian dishes cooked to perfection. (I took the steak, which was cooked perfectly as requested, bleu.) The service was very friendly and no problem to do so in english, as we do not speak italian. We received a good recommendation for a local wine, which was awesome! We would definitely recommend this place is you love an authentic meal and setting!
