We stayed as a group of 11 on a cycling holiday. This hotel was absolutely perfect for us. The rooms and common areas are beautiful and incredibly clean and well maintained. The breakfasts were amazing with great variety and superb quality and service. The bike room was wonderful and made the daily movement for rides so easy. To top it all off, the garden bar (including the staff) was outstanding. When we would return from a ride there would be drinks, food and lots of laughter. Every interaction with the staff in every area was so pleasant and smooth. For us, this was a 5 star stay in every way.

I'm an avid cyclist who dragged my non cycling spouse along for a vacation. This location has stunning climbs and views. The facility is located right at the base of epic climbs as well as historic old Bormio. The hotel is gorgeous, room was immaculate and we both wanted to steal the mattress and bedding to take home after fantastic sleep. As a cyclist I also appreciated the convenient and secure storage with space to work on bike, a washing station, and even a large scale to weigh the packed bike and confirm it's under airline weight limit rather than stressing out and repacking at check in counter.

Will definitely return for my next Bormio vacation. Perfect hotel for a cycling vacation, they have a dedicated bike room to store your bike with even some basic tools for maintenance. Very rich breakfast, superb coffee and 24h bar. Staff is friendly and accommodating, clean and comfortable room and in house car parking.

Great suite with piste view. Breakfast good. Had dinner once also good. Parking under. 5 min walk to slopes. 8 mins to shopping street.

Super nice hotel. Visited for the second time - the first time was for a cycling holiday in 2024 to ride the Stelvio and Gavia passes. This time I was with my wife and 3 children for a winter skiing holiday. The hotel staff is super friendly. It is a great hotel for both skiing (skibus stop 20 m from front door and the lift is actually a walking distance away) and also cycling (with dedicated bikeroom). So absolutely nothing negative to say about the hotel - restaurant is fabulous both for breakfast (incl. some free a la carte dishes) as well as for eveing wine and dine. Wine list is extensive and you can have wagyu (A5) steak to go with that fine wine. Children were also happy to relax in the small spa and sauna area after a hard mountain day.. PS! the garden restaurant is a fantastic place to take the first pint of beer after coming back from cycling the Stelvio! ;)

We just had an incredible dinner here, their recommendations were perfect. Great food, great wine, and fantastic atmosphere... we couldn't have asked for a better night. The veal carpaccio is transcendent. The steak was brain melting. Everyone was so kind and helpful guiding us with our order, I can't recommend it enough

Very well appointed and luxurious family friendly cozy hotel. Excellent breakfast and the restaurant is one of the best in town if not the best. Easy and enjoyable walk to funivia (we rented skis and boots across the street from funivia which was super convenient as we simply left our skis there each day and walked from the hotel). I’m sure there is transportation but we didn’t use it - it’s a 5 minute walk to the cable car (funivia).

The stay was better than any five star hotels. There is a genuine friendly touch from the management and Zoe the border collie. The cleaning staff cleaned, categorised and even folded our belongings (we left in hurry and forgot to put on do not disturb). We used this as a base for Bormio and Livigno, totally doable with cars/ perego bus/ livigno express. I am really missing the woody smell in the room and the honey from the breakfast buffet.

A large traditional Swiss Style chalet hotel with very nice rooms, impressive restaurant (and nice garden bar). Front desk service couldn’t be better. Great location with far reaching views and very close the the ski lifts

Excelent hotel. We stayed in the suite, worth every penny. Spacious, big balcony, amazing views. Everything clean spotless. Generous breakfast, private underground parking, comfortable lobby with fireplace. Super recommended

Very warm and pleasant stay, welcoming staff, excellent food, and very close to the cable car and to old town (few minute walk). The parking garage was very convenient, and the meals were excellent. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area.

Great hotel. Lovely staff. Rooms are quite big, spotless and very comfortable. Lovely little balcony in my room. Only issue would be to raise the shower head as it was a little low.

We passed here to checked for chalet of stelle di neve, I don’t rate the rooms cause we’re not located on this. We just passed by here for our checked in the apartment. I just rate the service cause the man who occupied us was truly kind location of this place was nice and an antique style inside. We used their parking lot when we gone to the center of Bormio since we’re also their customer even though weren’t located on the hotel. As we couple we prepared an apartment than an hotel but we don’t expect that we should checked in this place. As an advice you may include to the announcement in booking where to need to check in to avoid shocking situation over all this place was clean and I gone to their toilet it was very cleaned and smells good. Maybe one day we will try this place to have rest too.
