We have stayed here several times in winter, and it’s a perfect place for skiers – the hotel is located right next to the slope. We visited again this January and were absolutely satisfied. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The restaurant was excellent; both the breakfasts and the multi-course dinners were flawless. The accommodation was comfortable and cozy. This hotel is absolutely incredible! It’s packed with history and character, making it such a unique place to stay. The ski school is top-notch, and you can literally step right out of the hotel onto the slopes—talk about convenience! My room was super comfortable, and I had an amazing time overall. To top it all off, I even ran into the Norwegian alpine ski team while staying here and had a quick exchange with the world champion for giant slalom. Definitely a stay to remember!

Amazingly situated. Just few steps from ski-lift. We had an interestingly designed room for 2 adults and 3 children, great for bigger families. Nice bathroom with unbeatable view. A bit thin walls and low shower pressure. Free parking.

Frendly and warm atmosphere. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. The location is good with mountain sceneries at around 1000 metres. No noice of traffic. Lakes Cancano and Stelvio Pass are near. I recommend this hotel. We will return there if we have a holiday in Northern Italy.

We have spent 5 nights here. We were in another building, which is only a few meters from the hotel, but it is part of it. The apartment was fantastic, it has 2 bedroom and a bathroom with huge living room what is included the kitchen. Everything looks new, clean and spacious. The apartment has 2 balcony with amazing view to Bormio and the ski slopes. The slopes and a lift only 3 minutes walk it's perfect for the skiers. The breakfast and the dinner was good, the staff is so kindly and friendly. Very recommended.

Here for 6 nights, with the goal of learning to ski. Pleasant stay, good cooking and friendly staff. Amazing view, with windows in the dining room allowing complete view to the valley below. The family running the hotel has also a ski school (and equipment renting) which I strongly recommend. 150m distant from a funicular railway bringing you to Bormio 2000 and extremely comfortable to enjoy skiing without taking the car.

We spent 1 week in Chalet appt. Was absolutely amazing - friendly hotel staff, bread service, great location 20m to chair lift, a lot of hot water :), equipped kitchen.. definitely want to come again, THANK YOU !

There are renewed and classic rooms, I ended up in the classic one. Room was nice, the bathroom is usable but it's very old. Room was very clean. Breakfast is superlative, the location is breathtaking, parking is not an issue.

Nice location for skiers since it is next to the slopes, room are according to expectations for a 3 star hotel (keep in mind no coffee or tea is available in the room and the wifi bugs once in a while), nice staff and vibes, food from the restaurant that is included with your stay is ok and the breakfast is nice.

View from the restaurant deserves 6 stars out of 5 but besides that it's just an ordinary hotel with dated small rooms however they look a bit better on pictures. Was glad to have a balcony in our room with partial view of the mountain. Shower was the smallest I have ever used. Service at the restaurant was good but very rushed, maybe because they had to close down quite soon, there was no music playing either. But the view makes it up so I recommend staying just because of that view.

· Great location. We had a "family room" with 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. While it was not "big", it was more than adequate. Half board option was good, even though drinks are extra. Nice wine …

I'm sorry but it doesn't matter how good the views are. Worst experience in my 37 years of staying in hotels. After a day of travelling to this hotel, being give a nice room with balcony and then 15mins later being told it was a mistake and you have to move to the attic of the hotel (oh and we can give you breakfast for 10euros to say sorry) is by far the worst experience I've had.
