Here for 6 nights, with the goal of learning to ski. Pleasant stay, good cooking and friendly staff. Amazing view, with windows in the dining room allowing complete view to the valley below. The family running the hotel has also a ski school (and equipment renting) which I strongly recommend. 150m distant from a funicular railway bringing you to Bormio 2000 and extremely comfortable to enjoy skiing without taking the car.

We spent 1 week in Chalet appt. Was absolutely amazing - friendly hotel staff, bread service, great location 20m to chair lift, a lot of hot water :), equipped kitchen.. definitely want to come again, THANK YOU !

There are renewed and classic rooms, I ended up in the classic one. Room was nice, the bathroom is usable but it's very old. Room was very clean. Breakfast is superlative, the location is breathtaking, parking is not an issue.

Nice location for skiers since it is next to the slopes, room are according to expectations for a 3 star hotel (keep in mind no coffee or tea is available in the room and the wifi bugs once in a while), nice staff and vibes, food from the restaurant that is included with your stay is ok and the breakfast is nice.

View from the restaurant deserves 6 stars out of 5 but besides that it's just an ordinary hotel with dated small rooms however they look a bit better on pictures. Was glad to have a balcony in our room with partial view of the mountain. Shower was the smallest I have ever used. Service at the restaurant was good but very rushed, maybe because they had to close down quite soon, there was no music playing either. But the view makes it up so I recommend staying just because of that view.

I'm sorry but it doesn't matter how good the views are. Worst experience in my 37 years of staying in hotels. After a day of travelling to this hotel, being give a nice room with balcony and then 15mins later being told it was a mistake and you have to move to the attic of the hotel (oh and we can give you breakfast for 10euros to say sorry) is by far the worst experience I've had.
