My server Flossie was the best server ever! Her service was so quick & easy! She recommended that I try the new triple bacon burger which was sooo good! Also when I’m getting ToGo, Da’Landira makes sure that my food is done correctly! Amazing staff!!

I sat at the bar and the bartender Flossie was great. That was my first time to that establishment. She recommended a drink and ole boy, it was so good. Next time, I'm in Shreveport visiting family. I will definitely stop in and dine. Traveler from 🇳🇬

Me and a couple of friends dined in last Thursday, and our server was Flossie. She suggested a chocolate cake for dessert, but I decline due to it being 12 noon. Lol I’m not the type to eat sweets so early, but everything was amazing! I will be back and definitely would recommend Flossie as a server!!

7/23/21. We had this sweetheart of a waiter named Faith. She served us so well and the food is absolutely amazing. She recommended the orange chicken and the mild sauce. It was good. I will ask for her again no doubt about it! Thank you faith!

I brought my date here to have lunch and had a great experience. Kandace waited on us and she was very personable. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap but was not satisfied with the taste, so she had the chef prepare another one and ensured it was to BWW standards. She accommodated each request with unsurpassed tactfulness. That is a rare quality in today's food service industry. Keep up the good work!

Demii was super!!! We're back from a 6 month hiatus. His patience and professionalism are superb. He made my daughter's birthday dinner very special. Food was fresh and drink suggestion for the Sugar Free Red Bull cooler is definitely worth it!! Thank you Demii🙂

I came in and Patrick was my server. I belong they call him PJ. He's so calmed and attentive. Everything that we ordered came out looking amazing. Shoutout to the kitchen for that. But the service and atmosphere as great. Keep up the good work. I'll be returning soon.

Normally come here with rest of family but today wife and I chose here and by golly dang good choice it was. Firstly props to our server Evan, young man was Johnny on the spot with everything. I have fussed about lackluster service at many local eateries dang sure couldn't fuss today as he did an excellent job. Kitchen staff did an excellent job as well,food came out hot and fresh and tasty. None of it was overcooked or anything to that degree. Beer and Tea were cold can't beat it. Wife had patty melt and wow they put some meat on that rascal IMPRESSIVE!!!! Myself I had the chicken Parm melt and oof there had to be almost a full yardbird on that hoagie bun but it was good I give em credit. May have just found a new eating joint to poke my head in a bit more often

Kassandra is my absolute favorite. So helpful, great at finding new foods for me to try, and the restaurant is always packed and clean when I go even on weekend nights. Bring back the bird dawgs 😮‍💨. I used to serve at another Buffalo and this one is always gonna be my favorite…

The food was great and the waitress was very friendly and attentive. Favorite was the boneless lemon pepper dry rub and mozzarella sticks.

Came in today and we were very impressed. Service and good was great. Manager Jacob was walking around interacting with customers. We will definitely be back.

I love this location and come here almost once a week the service is great, especially when Kassandra is my waitress, she is awesome, she knows my order by her and has always been cool, smiling,happy, and just all around a great waitress.

First, our server was sooo friendly. Just as sweet as could be. Our wings were perfectly cooked and loves the variety of sauces. Fries and tots were wonderful. Loved the vibe.

While everyone here is always friendly, Kassandra has been our regular waitress about 98% of the time, and she is truly exceptional! She’s consistently welcoming, attentive, and always one step ahead. Most times, she already has our drinks ready before we even place the order — that kind of service makes a big difference and is exactly why loyal customers like myself keep coming back. And of course, the food is always great too. A winning combination of both!

Been 4 years since we've visited and dang, the food is always a bit with the kids but the service is amazing. Don't know the managers name today but he was awesome. Definitely worth the trip out to eat!

Our servers name was Rita, we've gotten her before and her service is phenomenal. She recommends food on the menu and we've never had to ask for a refill. She has 10/10 service!

4 of us stopped by on our way through town. We were seated and served quickly. The wings were all delicious. We all tried different flavors. The spicy garlic, garlic parmesan, Buffalo ranch, and the honey bbq. All were very good and cooked/sauced perfectly. The french fries were perfectly cooked, too.

Very welcoming! Staff was courteous and engaging. Took our order by memory and it came perfect! I like to have fun with the waiters and she was joining into the fun! Outstanding wings, everytime!!

We always love coming here. It has a great atmosphere and delicious food. The staff is always super friendly and even the manager came by our table to thank me for my service to the country (I was wearing a VFW shirt) and told me his grandfather served.

My friends and I had an awesome experience at Buffalo Wild Wings recently, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Demii. From the moment he greeted us, Demii was welcoming, energetic, and made us feel right at home. Not to mention—he’s a very good-looking guy, which didn’t go unnoticed! He handled our group with ease, making sure our orders were spot-on and that our drinks and wings kept coming without us ever having to ask. He was friendly, professional, and had a great sense of humor that really added to the fun vibe of the night. You can tell Demii enjoys what he does, and his confidence and charm definitely stood out. If you're heading to BWW, ask for Demii—you won’t be disappointed!

I come with family often and Kassandra served me during the chaotic baseball championship season and she was the BEST!!! She recommended bomb appetizers I didn’t get the chance to take a pic of but the service and guidance def made me wanna come back. Building was clean and food was fast even while packed. Ask for Kassandra!

I generally come about once a week. I like the family sports bar feel and the food of BWW. The Bossier location is pretty good. The food for the most part is fairly consistent but having a great waitress or waiter is a huge plus. We always ask for Kassandra because she is the best! Always very attentive to our table and has a great personality. If this location has a down side I would say atmosphere. Some of the tv's could use upgrades and with a high volume of traffic I know it's hard to keep the place extremely clean but some stations really need more attention than others. If your looking for a place to take the family or enjoy a sports game while you eat, Buffalo Wild Wings in Bossier is a great place. The food is generally consistent, the right server goes a LONG WAY and the atmosphere is family friendly. I recommend BBW Bossier to go to enjoy some wings, watch a ballgame and spend time with family!

Food was hot and fresh. There was no wait time and the restaurant seemed clean for the most part. Our server demii was very nice and was helpful recommending different apps and bar drinks, also very patient and seems like he enjoys what he does! The managers were helping buss tables I've never seen that anywhere else kudos to them. Great experience overall will definitely be back to the bossier location. Don't go to shreveport location EVER.

Took awhile to get seated.. but other than that the service and food was excellent. It was a kind of loud but our server demii did his best to keep us happy and took really good care of us will definitely be back.

Great people at this location. Pansy Salter, one of the best leaders for this organization. As well as Brittany and Alexis, great servers , and Brittany is one hell of a worker. Chelsea too. All the other managers that work there fail, in comparison to Pansy. No doubt about it!!! That is the truth and I've seen it firsthand in person!! And I will say that my only bad experience there, is with a reprobate, instigator named Liz, don't know if she's still there but y'all need to fire her, as well as a server name Molly, there's a difference between work and your hustle as a server, and then getting sexual not only with management for favors with customers. Saw it firsthand myself. This review needed to be left as well, better late than never!! Do not go to the Shreveport location!!!!!!!!!!!! If you read this please only go to the Bossier City location!!!!!!!!!!!

Demii was great! Very respectful and polite. One of the best you all have there. Tee Tee Was also very nice and pleasant. The food was good and the service was even better.

Passing through Shreveport on my way back home and stopped here to eat. The restaurant was clean, the staff was welcoming and the food was cooked to order and hot. Overall, I had a good experience.

Our server, Tiara, was the absolute best. They were extremely busy, but we didn't wait for our drinks, appetizer or main course more than 5 minutes.

Mudbugs watch party is a good time while here. Food is decent. Chips and queso is good but salsa is subpar. Their wing flavors aren’t as good as wing stop though😬 the Caribbean jerk tastes okay. Wings aren’t as crispy as I like but the fries are always great! Can’t forget about the claw machine(we won)!

This place is great to hang out at with friends and family. I haven't ate at BFW in a long time but this place was nice and clean. Plenty of tvs, the food and drinks were great. Our waitress was friendly & attentive, good customer service skills. Building was easy to find with plenty of parking spaces. The only thing I didn't like, is that they only put dry seasoning on one side of your wings (see photos).

****Edit: We gave it another chance tonight and they did really well. At 7pm on a Saturday night, we were in and out in less than 1 hour. Waitress did an outstanding job and the food was excellent. Nice recovery from the last time we visited. It's really a shame. BWW is my favorite chain restaurant to eat at. This one is the worst. Wings showed up to the table (cold) before the appetizer (onion rings) showed up hot 10 minutes later. Guess those were actually for dessert? Only had a chance to order 2 beers. You missed out on beer sales and when my wife asks "where do you want to go for supper?" next time.... You'll miss out on that too.

1st time patron. Our party was seated quickly, given menus, and drink orders taken. Customer service wasn't bad enough to complain about, but it seemed like "just a job". Ordered fried pickles as an appetizer. DELICIOUS!!! Please try them. You won't be sorry. Also had the house sampler. The onion rings were delicious while hot. Not good at all, once cold. Mozzarella sticks were nearing cold when they arrived. Nachos were plentiful to be a part of the sampler, but the taste wasn't to my liking. However. The traditional wings, DELICIOUS!! I'm going back specifically for the fried pickles and wings.

We visit quite often. Occasionally have a bad waitress but usually they are great. I guess it depends who your wait staff is (normal in restaurants). Have not had a bad experience with food but people we have gone with have. Waitress made sure it was taken off bill though. Overall experience is better than most restaurants. We usually sit at the bar and have the same waitress most of the time. She is very personable and takes care of customers well.

Our server was very good, she deserves a 5 star rating but the over all experience excluding her really wasn't worth the 4 stars I'm giving. The food wasn't very good. We ordered the pretzel knots for an appetizer and they were scorched pretty badly. My husband had the 5 chicken tenders. They were so small and also over done, chewy. He described them as leathery. I had a chicken cesaer salad. My chicken had no flavor. One of our guests had the classic chicken wrap but he took it to go. He didn't care for it. Said the scorched pretzel knots were better than the wrap. Again, our server did her best so this has no reflection on her. I don't send food back because I have experienced some really nastiness that comes back out in the past so I just won't do it.

Ordered the crunchy buffalo ranch chicken wrap, and it came without the buffalo sauce. Had to ask for some from the waitress and wait for her to bring it. There was a delay, because she had to put it on the ticket to get the kitchen to send it out. It wasn't long, but it should have already been on our (3) wraps. Do better for a better rating!

Good food and service. However, the drinks were weak, even after asking for them to be made stronger.

Had a great experience with my bartenders on a very packed UFC fight night, but there was a waitress named Molly that was very rude to the bartenders for being backed up on drink orders. Again the building was packed so everything was backed up, food, drinks, even tables. It was uncalled for, for her to argue with the bartender in front of customers when he was just trying to do his job. Other than that, great time as always.

We're military, so we always stop here almost everywhere we go. We wanted to love it. You can get a good meal at happy hour on Thursday. We went when it was quiet around 3. We sat ourselves and we're among maybe two other tables with three servers. Our server was nice, the restaurant was clean but all our food was so cold. The chicken had a lot of sauce I will say. But the fries were the coldest I've even been served to the point of me wondering what the server was doing as well as the kitchen. It was so unfortunate as we want to love it! It has always been a go to for going aways parties and other gatherings . One item we understand, but it was all cold. I should've spoken up, but the kids and I had already been hungry.

The breading was very good on my chicken tenders. My husband said his wings were good as well despite not much by way of jalapeño flavor on the wings. I had a strawberry lemonade, which was made at the bar. I waited a long time for it and the glass was not full when I received it. Disappointing considering it was @ $3.50 for one glass with an extra charge for a refill. Our waiter meant well but was rushed and distracted. Also, there was a garbage bin near our table most of the time we were there. Also, there are too many televisions that provide an overabundance of stimulus, making it difficult to enjoy the company of the person or people you are with. We had never been there before, and we didn't know this. It will affect our decision to go there again.

Their website offered reservations, but when we arrived, they stated they did not do reservations. We ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seated. The food was good, but their mojitos tasted like straight simple syrup.

The food has always been good and so has the service, but tonight was awful. The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. Our appetizer was out fast, but it took a while to get our entree's. We were redeeming points from our apps to help pay for some of our ticket, and it took at least 45 minutes for them to get things straightened out. The app isn't new, but you'd think they just started it today. Our waitress messed up the computer and our tickets, and it took 3 people to get it lined out. We also had a to go order for a family member, and 20 minutes after bringing us the order, she grabbed it off the table and said she brought us the wrong order. Once the tickets were lined out, we were not discounted for the trouble or given any offers, like one would typically receive. This was a lot of trouble for two people trying to enjoy some wings for dinner.

The buffalo chicken tater tots appetizer was delicious. Full of flavor crispy tots perfect. The sandwiches were incorrectly prepared, very lacking in flavor, and ultimately underwhelming. The restaurant was clean inviting, they had the game that I wanted to watch, and the staff was courteous. For the price the food was very underwhelming. Four people four sandwiches one appetizer four drinks $90

The waitress was nice 20 minutes into my trip there when I was finally asked what I wanted to drink. Food was great as always, but if I'm paying $12.49 for boneless wings, I do think fries should be included and I shouldn’t have to pay an extra 5 bucks for them and make it a 20 dollar experience. That’s insane to me.

Our service at the bar was fantastic. They had hatch queso with chili and "guacamole " which was only avacado. Devaughn is awesome at the bar. I would suggest actually giving a sure of guacamole and not avacado if you're charging $2.00 for less than a quarter cup.

They need to to improve the quality of their burgers and sandwiches! Definitely need to learn how to make a Bloody Mary!! Tasted like straight up tomato juice it was gross and 14.00!

Promptly greeted by server. Brought our drinks and they were correct. My Mountian Dew had little black things floating it. I feel like the glass was clean but maybe the dispensing machine was not as clean as it should be. I dont know. The place smelled like wet dog or musty carpet. It wasn’t over bearing but it could be better. My wings were great as usual. The people coming did a great job. The yong lady did a great job.

Sadly undersauced wings. Verye difficult to justify the cost of these boneless wings when they are served sondry. They are truly just overpriced chicken nuggets at that point.

This was the most horrible burger i have experienced at a restaurant. The meat was burnt on one side of both patties. The waitress Brittney had a horrible attitude i dodnt care for it at all. My boyfriend brags all the time on this place and the first time i experience it, its aweful. Service and food. Maybe when we go again it will be better but i will stay clear of the burgers.

Food was ok, chicken wasn’t sauced very well. We had a lady next to us vaping and I asked what was the policy and she informed me that management said there isn’t one. Only one for actual cigarettes. Tt the waitress starting avoiding us after I asked her those questions. We still tipped and went on our way.

Food had hair in it after waiting 35 minutes the food looked old my beer had black crust floating in it my wife told me try this place it was my first and my last time the onion ring was the only thing I cared for step it up wild wings received appetizers after meal the blonde server did horrible my wife's drink took 15 minutes to get was watered down by the time she got it and it seemed it had no alcohol in it

Ordered pick up. Got the 20 boneless wings bundle that’s $16.99 and the $9.99 pickle appetizer. By my math that comes out to $26.98 before tax. I called in the order. The person did not read back my order, give me a price, or an estimated time for pick up. When I went to pick the order up they told me the total was $43!!!!! I paid cash. They did not give me a receipt. They also didn’t give me the ranch I asked for. Very unhappy with my experience. Food was okay.

Our take out order was missing six wings and large fries. The other wings were hard and didn't have the sauce labels. I called and spoke with a shift manager, Corey and he mentioned that sometimes it's busy and they don't label the containers. He offered to refund the order due to the missing items that night or the next day. This never occurred.

I ordered Crispy Chicken wrap & received tender wrap with about two tender a piece of cheese that was supposed to be shredded cheese no tomatoes. I tried to accept the mistake, but this side of the wrap is unacceptable. Already didn’t receive my 2 dressing that I paid for. I DoorDash this order because I’m at work so no I can’t return it. The manager could not do anything since I have already eaten one side of the wrap..& no I did not eat anything from this side of the wrap!!

Ordered a grill chicken salad. The top was emasculate, but as you dove into the salad you see welted lettuce and old lettuce. Half the salad was not in any way eatable. This was a horrible experience!

Went back 5/12/22 and the boneless wings are nothing but hard fat and gristle. Had to puke them in the trash. Waste of money, won't be back. EDIT: Went back 4/23/24 and they gave me a "large fry" I ordered, picture attached. It's the size of a small McDonald's fry for 8 bucks. This place is pathetic.

Food and drinks took forever, we waited over an hour for our food, drinks from the bar were served with black mystery pieces, glasses were dirty. My partners boneless wings were basically dry, which would be fine if he hadn’t ordered them sauced. Spoke to manager and server about the whole experience and was gaslit about it. Manager made an excuse for wait times, didn’t acknowledge dirty glasses being served, and was overall VERY dismissive about whole experience. We came on a Thursday evening to boot, so no real excuse for long wait times and lack of good service.

They need a retrain their staff, we stood at the podium for over 10-15 minutes along with another couple that walked in behind us, they never even acknowledged us, the hosts where nowhere to be found and a couple servers walked past us and not a single one spoke or offer to get help. So we left and went to Olive Garden, they have exceptional service and even better food. You are met at the door buy two host greeting you and holding the door for you and service was fast all the staff was friendly an spoke

Spent $45 Saturday on lunch. The chicken wings were cooked way to long and they were like trying to eat rubber. Just ended up throwing it out.

My waiter Jordyn was rude and it ruined it for me

I've never had such a horrible experience at BWW as me and my family did tonight. Our server TT was rude, handling trash cans next to our table without gloves on then directly brings our food out afterwards. The manager Chandler comped half of our food but the whole meal should have been after the way our server treated us. We keep going back to give them the opportunity to redeem themselves but it doesn't get better. We'll never be back to this location.

To the Caucasian female presenting person with (I think) blond hair who clocked out at the to-go counter at approximately 9:20pm on 5/17/25 at the Airline Dr location in Bossier City, LA… SHAME ON YOU!! Why do you have a job in customer service and have zero awareness of what that actually means? Never have I ever PAID to be disrespected the way I was tonight. When I approached the counter nobody was there, so I waited. I turned around and looked for someone and locked eyes with you. You walked right past me with a couple trailing behind you that you escorted to the booth DIRECTLY next to the to-go register. As you left their table you still didn’t acknowledge me so I continued to wait for assistance for someone other than you - I brushed it off. If I had any doubt that I was invisible to you, your next actions solidified that. I’m assuming it was time for you to clock out because you approached the register, typed on the screen and made sure not to lift your eyes as I stared at you the entire time. You then turned to get your food out of the warmer and spoke over me to your boyfriend or whoever he was that was seated at the table behind me to complain about how hard it was raining outside. At this point it was VERY clear: -making eye contact costs you too much -acknowledging my presence costs you too much -sharing that someone else would be with me shortly costs you too much -grabbing my food that I had already paid for that was right next to yours in the warmer costs you too much -doing your job costs you too much -having a basic level of respect for human beings costs you too much After all that, the icing on the cake was you didn’t even leave LOL you sat there playing kissy face in the restaurant. I shared my complaint with the lady who actually assisted me instead of getting belligerent with you. To no surprise to me she agreed the service I received was poor but she didn’t seem too surprised that he happened. This tells me that this has probably happened before. But what do I know? I know I’ve lived long enough to know when to call a spade a spade as a black women and you my dear have so much to learn in this thing called life. As you are employed by someone else I pray you quickly learn from the many errors you made tonight. Customers spend their money for a good experience for the product or service they’re purchasing. When one of those things isn’t so, money stops coming in and you my dear no longer have a job anymore. Good luck! With the “skills” you currently have you’ll need more than that to stay employed by somebody else. You don’t have to worry about me spending a dime at this restaurant ever again.

The service here is absolutely appalling. You might as well cook the food yourself and save yourself the headache. Waitresses are completely inattentive and don't remember or write down your order. I have been to dozens of Bdubs and this one is hands down the worst. Will never be back here. Complete waste of time taking 3 hrs for sub par service.

After waiting for Linda who was our server to bring out our order that was placed at 9:06p received at 9:50. It was cold feathers still on the wings and half prepared. We asked for a manager and chandler was the mgr. he was dumbfounded and refused to fully comp the meal. The restaurant was not packed at all and I will be contacting David Helferich the general mgr.

Took forever for food we ordered about an hour and a half ago

I waited over a hr for my order and kept asking if it was ready. I even asked maybe if they had my name down wrong. I had already paid for the order. Manager came out and I asked if that was my Order he said no, when we went in the back to look for it. They finally came back and told me after I asked for the hundred time that it's not in the back I said was no one going to tell me everybody kept handing out orders and food and not saying a word to me. No one apologized acting like it was no big deal over an hour and a half later finally got my food. This is not OK.

I am a local and go to Buffalo Wild Wings a lot. Not once have I had a good service experience when going there. But this current time we were sat and didn’t even get our drink orders until 15 minutes after we sat. Every single time I go the servers take FOREVER to get to our table and never check on us. Food takes forever to get out and is never sauced enough. I understand servers may have multiple tables especially on Sundays when sports are on but it is very frustrating seeing your server on their phone while you need a refill or haven’t even gotten your order taken yet. Also very pricy.

I'm not from here but my fiance is, this was maybe my fourth time going to this location. I've always had great experiences. His have been so so. It only took about 5 to 10 minutes for our server to come we came in there for a certain deal but it wasn't that day so it wasn't something I wanted to eat. The waitress gave me a look and puckered her lips at me which was a little weird. But was fine. We ordered something else The appetizers came out in a timely manner and were good. She came over and asked if we wanted water. We both said yes. She feels my fiance's cup to the top and fills mine barely half.. We went ahead and asked for To-Go boxes. not only did it take 40 minutes, nothing was correct. She brings us our boxes and then proceeds to explain why she brought two of them. She questioned whether or not we were going to the same place tonight we both ignored the comment.. That's when my fiance let her know that his meal was completely wrong.. so he made a Togo order And it came out right away, No problems. there was an issue with the bill though and he was looking it over and I was as well. She comes over and then proceeds to put her hand out in front of my face trying to grab the receipt. And tells me not to worry that she'll bring it right back.. there was more but I have never been more disrespected by a waitress. I don't think we'll be going back

Stopped in for veterans day and our server completely ignored us after we sat down. I had to find a waiter to help with our order after shes brought us water. We left after 20 minutes. Won't be returning due to the service.

Must've been a bad day for the cook, cause it was a huge disappointment. Appetizers came out barely warm, grilled chicken looked like it was microwaved straight out of a frozen bag and way over seasoned. I also got the lemon pepper dry rub bone in wings, and it should be a sin for the amount of seasoning the cook put on there, literally dumped the seasoning bottle over it, who does that? The garlic sauce wings were OK. Only thing that was good was my water, to wash down the extremely mid taste. On the bright side I'm about to start a diet and I couldn't have picked a better place to go for my last fast food. This was some of the worst food I've had recently, and I'm looking forward to never eating here again.

Went Sunday night with a party of 6. Horrible experience!!!!! Place was pretty empty and we were seated at a table that was not clean. Crumbs all in the seats, table not fully wiped off. Looking around the restaurant you see several table that were dirty/needed to be cleaned. Our waitress was super inattentive. I had to ask someone to track her down for us several times. Took about an hour to get our food. Food came out cold. Overall just a terrible experience and I will never return.

Rug was on sink in men's bathroom and got ceasere salad with chicken and most of salad was brown and limp. Wife's wings were hard an tuff of the pick 4

8/10 1:10 p.m. the hostesses were rude and the people seated behind us after we just sat down jumped up and yelled so I looked back. They had roaches crawling in booth. If they made it to dining room they are heavy in the kitchen!!!!

Estuvimos media hora esperando a que alguien nos atendiera y ni siquiera nos ofrecieron algo de beber, pero llegó una mesa de 10 personas (americanos) y en menos de cinco minutos ya tenían menú y bebidas en la mesa. Las dos meseras que estaban en esa área solo nos veían y se pasaban de largo. Pésimo servicio. 👎🏻❌

We got seated immediately, but took over thirty minutes for our order to be taken, another hour to get our food and it was wrong. We let the waiter know when he dropped our food off, but he never fixed the issues. The music was so loud we couldn’t have conversation and the cuss words in the music was overwhelmingly inappropriate.

I pulled a feather out of the sauce that was on wing, not even out of the breaded chicken. When it was brought to the manager, all he said was “sometimes they don’t get all of the feathers off”. He did not apologize for this matter. He offered to bring me another wing, but that was all. My waitress apologized several times, but the manager never did. I lost my appetite and I will never go back.

This is the second time ive gone in waited 30 minutes to even have someone ask me if id been helped. I ordered and didnt get my food for an hour and didnt get the right order. Do not go to this bdubs it is garbage.
