We went for the all-you-can-eat and it was awesome. They kept bringing out so many different kinds of meat, and most of it was really tasty. A couple of pieces were a little chewy, but nothing that ruined the meal. The salad bar was packed with options and honestly could’ve been a full meal by itself. What I liked the most was the service. The staff were super humble, quick, and really friendly the whole time. They made sure our table was taken care of without hovering, which made the experience even better. Overall, we left full and happy. The food, the service, the whole vibe made it a great night. I’d definitely recommend this place and for sure plan to go back again.

The food was amazing! Everything meat they served was savory and delicious. Even the grilled cheese with honey blew my mind. The service was spot on. Our 14-yr-old’s bottomless stomach did not suffer, that’s for sure. I was having such a good time I forgot to take pictures until dessert came!

Gabby and Jose really changed my life. I don’t think I will ever be able to eat anywhere else due to the fact that the absolute presentation and dedication to the craft I experienced. Please eat here, it was amazing.

I went to Alma Gaúcha this evening and had a marvelous time with my family. The food was delicious and the service was even better! Some highlights of my meal were the ribeye, the picanha, and the fried cheese with guava—yum, yum, yum! Will be going back and definitely recommend!!!

Khamal made our night unforgettable at the Brazilian steakhouse! The meats were perfectly seasoned and kept coming non-stop. The gentleman serving the meats to our table was incredibly friendly the best of the best, even though I sadly forgot his name. Amazing service, delicious food, and a warm atmosphere. Can’t wait to return!

Decent location by the convention center which is worth it compared to the food you get at the convention center per money spent. The ambiance is nice with good table placement. The service once you sit is fantastic with managers checking and taking meat type orders and quick delivery. Only bad service is at the check-in despite having reservations and lack of friendliness of the staff. The salad bar is great with typical quality options. Meats are great and well seasoned. Will come again.

Had the great pleasure of having Louiz as our server, and I have no complaints. My cup was never dry and plate was never empty, if you dine in I hope you would be lucky to have him as your server.

We had a wonderful experience at Alma Gaúcha! Everything—from the food to the service—was absolutely top-notch. I would like to thank Antonio, Alejandro, and Henry from Alma Gaucha, as well as many others who were absolutely wonderful to us. We visited the restaurant on Tuesday, my mother, son and nephew as a group of four, and later returned on Saturday with my closest friends. On both occasions, the service was amazing. Although I don’t remember everyone’s names, Antonio and several other servers on Saturday truly stood out. The service was spectacular. Alejandro is the best server ever, he constantly made sure we were taken care of and comfortable. Henry was also amazing, always checking in on us along with Antonio to see if there was anything else we needed. There was also a gentleman from Guatemala (Jalapa)who was incredibly kind and brought the meat exactly as requested. Overall, everyone was friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Truly an outstanding dining experience.

Very friendly, attentative and service minded waitirs and crew. Food was really good, and they had a very high focus on asking if we wanted special, which is very appreciated as others normally keep feeding you the «lesser» meats. The Pichania was terriffic and our selected Argentine Malbec was superchoice. Enjoyed our meal and nice to try another Brazilian place, and we will be back!

Absolutely fabulous restaurant! The service was impeccable, as soon as I started to think about wanting something there’d be a waiter to come and provide it. You could tell they actually really care about providing a good experience. The meats were the best I’ve ever had, just perfectly cooked, exactly what you’d expect from an upscale Brazilian stake house and more. It was also for my graduation and they said the desert was on the house, and they wrote on the plate “congratulations.” Our waiter Paulo also offered some kind words that were very appropriated. I would highly recommend coming here! The waiters I had, Paulo and Camila were fantastic :)

The food was amazing. I had a great time with a wonderful server named Joao P. The atmosphere was wonderful, with music playing and food coming around. I recommend the Key Lime Pie for dessert.

Would like to say Thank you to Camilla! To was SO NICE to our table! She heard that it was my birthday the next day and proactively Surprised us with a Desert and happy birthday written on it! Wow. It brought tears to my eyes. Defitelly made it super special! Thank you.

Came here for my first time for me and my boyfriend’s anniversary Jose Was our server and he was amazing the service the ambience the food was fantastic. The People are the first and most important component of this wonderful place everyone was so happy to see us, to help us, and to make sure we had anything we wanted. The Food was delicious. The salad bar was so much more than expected. All kinds of great choices. Absolutely fav was the corn crema and the pineapple slices. Cannot beat the picanya and brisket. Very happy to see brisket in a Brazilian steakhouse. Outstanding all around.

Our server Luis was amazing. It was our first time dining here, and he was very attentive and kind, and was on top of everything food and service related. Would definitely come back

The atmosphere at the restaurant was great, the meat was absolutely amazing it was so good they had the softest and tender meat. Staff was also welcoming and accommodating towards their guests. Mateo, Jordan and Kamal helped us today and were very kind and made sure to get us everything we needed :)

I’ve been coming here for special occasions and night outs for years and everything’s always been great, but tonight Carlos, and Jorge were absolutely fantastic. Carlos was at our table every few minutes clearing plates and making sure we were all set, and Jorge made us fantastic drinks and was just as attentive as Carlos. Paulo, the manager was also incredible and was at our table several times to clear plates, order us drinks and check in on our satisfaction. Tonight was definitely a fantastic night thanks to these three gentlemen. I know Carlos just started, but I hope he stays for a long time!

Dined there on Valentine’s day with my husband. Absolutely amazing experience. The buffet service was very good and lots of different options. The meat itself was spectacular, sooo flavorful and so many options to try. The waiters (Jordan, Daniel, and Khamal) were extremely nice and they all seem happy to be there. It wasn’t your usual experience when only one waiter serves you. When different waiters spoke to us and i questioned it, Daniel said ‘we all here work as a team’ with a big smile. Overall, highly recommend, and would definitely go back.

Nice place to eat with plenty of options for all. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. Jose, our waiter was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Daniel made our entire dining experience absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we sat down, he greeted us with such genuine warmth and professionalism. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure every detail was perfect throughout the meal. His timing was impeccable — attentive without ever being intrusive — and he handled special requests effortlessly.

Read the reviews on here and they were 100% accurate! SO impressed with both the food and level of service, even on Valentine's Day evening, which is notorious for being chaotic in the restaurant industry. My husband and I had servers Jordan and Alejandro, who were both extremely hard workers, were good about explaining how the buffet and "unlimited meat" worked, and recommended the dishes that were the most authentically Brazilian. The restaurant was extremely crowded, but on a non-holiday night I'm sure it's nowhere near as bad. Even with the steady stream of crowds, the waitstaff, management, host stand, and bussers were all working in unison to make it a special night for everyone. The unlimited buffet for $66.95 a person includes a cold section (charcuterie meats, cheeses, olives, peppers, crudité, sliced fresh fruit, and various prepared salads, plus Brazilian potato salad, and warm garlic bread with whipped garlic butter and cheese), and a hot section (soups, chowders, rice and beans, a Brazilian pork and bean dish, rashers of bacon, trays of roasted vegetables). Each table also got unlimited bread and butter, roasted plantains, and yucca fries. The meats offered were lamb chops, chicharonnes, pork loin, lamb steak, sausages, grilled shrimp, chicken, fillet mignon, sirloin, a bunch of different cuts of top grade meats cooked Argentinian and Brazilian style I forget, and if you specifically want one cut more than another, the waiter will put in the order and the "meat guy" will come directly to you. If you don't want the buffet or unlimited meats, they have menus of a la carte options (ex. Sirloin with multiple sides), plus appetizers, desserts, and an extensive beer, wine, and cocktail menu. The prices were very reasonable for the sheer amount of food you get, and the restaurant (even on a crazy night) was run smoothly, efficiently, and was very clean. I would DEFINITELY book a reservation, as it's located in the lobby of the Aloft hotel, and is near the cruise ship terminal, the convention center, and a bunch of other hotels. The dress code says "business casual" and we saw people wearing khakis and nice sweaters, women in dark slacks and nice blouses, and my husband wore dress slacks and a dark polo. I think as long as you're not in shorts and flip flops you're fine. You don't need a tie and sport coat, but even though this is a churascarria, it's a "fancy occasion" one. Will DEFINITELY be back here!

We never had to wait for anything; the servers anticipated our needs and made us feel like honored guests. The front-of-house team, especially the youg ladies managing the constant flow of guests, handled everything with impressive poise and efficiency. Alma Gaucha isn’t just a place to eat. It’s a reason to keep coming back to Worcester. The combination of food, unforgettable service, and a vibrant atmosphere made our night truly memorable. We already look forward to our next visit!

We had a dinner today and everything was amazing. Paulo the manager was amazing, he stop by multiple times to asked us about thr good. I 100% recommend this restaurant. It was super busy but everything was amazing and on time. They did an amazing suprize for us and brought us on our desert happy anniversary.

Paulo Valadão and his team were absolutely amazing. The food and service were outstanding. Davi Araujo and Jordan always brings the best meat! My family couldn’t have been happier.

Better than Fogo de chão, must come dine in anytime. Alejandro and Jordan were our main waiters-we didn't lack for anything. All the meats were great, especially the lamb (my favorite). Would post pictures but we ate it all. The cold and hot bar had tons of yummy treats to choose from. If you can, ask for them.

Came here to celebrate Galentine— food was great and high quality. The only problem is, they wont go around most of the time ( base on our experience). But this place is highly recommended. Salad bar was so great! Our bill was 400plus for 5people including gratuity no drink (Just water) no dessert Cause that’s separate payment too.

Spent my birthday dinner here. Meat quality was great. Some of the cuts were too chewy. Lamb and the sirloin was exquisite. Good spread of vegetables too. Pro tip: avoid eating carbs in the beginning!

Came on Valentine’s Day. Made a reservation for 830. Wasn’t sat down until 945 because apparently they gave seats to a party that didn’t specify how many guest they actually were going to have . Wasn’t ordered anything to make up for the time lost. Then me and my girl ordered drinks. My drink came. She didn’t get her drink until right before our dessert came even though I reminded them 5 different times. The meat servers were very quick kind and attentive though.

Firstly, not a major issue, but I made a reservation weeks in advance as this was an anniversary dinner, but I was still made to wait nearly 30 minutes upon arrival even though we showed up maybe 2 minutes before the reservation time, what's the point of a reservation if I'm just stuck in line waiting with everyone else who simply walked in? Solid food, but staff were rude and kept misgendering myself and my partner, seemingly on purpose given this isn't an issue at other restaurants and we had full dresses and make-up. When we were finished with the main meal we unceremoniously and rudely had a check dropped off with zero offer of dessert, or even any words period, when we were looking forward to ordering some Flan. It's a shame as this is the first time I've been here and likely the last given the service that night.

had a very bad experience with Alma Gaúcha. My order arrived 90 minutes late, and when it finally came, it was a complete disappointment. Several items were missing, the rice and beans were served in foam cups (with the beans leaking everywhere), the dessert was melted, and the meat was cold. The food quality and presentation were unacceptable — I ended up throwing the entire order in the trash. This was a waste of both time and money, and I definitely do not recommend ordering from here.
