Nos encantó todo el desayuno estaba delicioso, el personal muy atento, la vista que tienes de Playa Carizalillo está impresionante, sin duda un lugar al que regresaría mil veces, el pan francés es una verdadera delicia.

Un lugar muy lindo con comida rica pero porciones pequeñas y servicio demasiado tardado, las vista son lindas pero si se siente el.bajon cuando te dan porciones tan pequeñas

Me encantó, es un lugar con todo para disfrutar una bonita estancia, puede ser en familia, para celebrar un cumpleaños, 🎂 con amigos y romántico,💞 la comida es muy rica😋, la porción es adecuada 😊 los precios no son tan altos, la vista es increíblemente maravillosa, me enamoró 😍 la vista que tiene al mar, la música es adecuada y nos gustó, el servicio y atención del personal fue muy buena, todo definitivamente, es un restaurante 100% recomendable, volveré sin duda. Recomendación, reserven para tener las mesas con mejor vista al mar, además de ser un restaurante solicitado.

Me pedí unos huevitos que no recuerdo el nombre pero son huevitos pochados con un cafecito. Las personas con las que iba todos muy contentos con sus platillos y la vista, esa es insuperable, tienen la mejor vista a una de las playas más bonitas de Puerto. Ojalá añadieran barra de café y no solo americano.

Fuimos a las 4 de la tarde. No hicimos reservación pero había lugares disponibles y nos dieron mesa frente al mar. A esa hora el sol es muy intenso, pero vale la pena para ver la vista. Pedimos pulpo a las brasas, tacos de camarón. El pulpo estaba riquísimo. Las salsas muy buenas, el guacamole también. La coctelería es buena y variada, bebidas con mezcal, vodka. También tienen cerveza y hasta mimosas. Solo tienen café americano y no es nada bueno. De postre pedimos un pastel de chocolate, es bueno, pequeño para una persona. Pedi que le pusieran una vela de cumpleaños y sí nos apoyaron con eso. Fue un buen lugar para comida de cumpleaños. El servicio desde la hostess hasta que te llevan la cuenta, es excelente. ¡Gracias!

De los lugares imperdibles en puerto escondido! El atardecer se ve increíble, lacomida riquísima y sus cócteles también. Excelente atención!

No es la primera vez que voy, pero si que pruebo el menú de comidas. Probé el plato del día, pulpo al pesto, y su pulpo a la parrilla. La verdad ambos platillos me encantaron, y me parecieron platos muy bien balanceados y equilibrados. Sobre todo el pulpo al pesto me gustaron sus acompañamientos, destacando su espuma de papa la cual fue extremadamente interesante. Lo recomiendo totalmente tanto por sabores como por lugar.

Excelente lugar: comida, servicio y ubicación. La vista está padrísima. Para el desayuno recomiendo el pan francés con un jugo mixto.

Un restaurante con una vista espectacular, acudimos por la mañana para desayunar, se puede apreciar una vista panorámica al mar y la playa carrizalillo. En nuestra visita el personal fue muy amable, nos encantaron las bebidas y los platillos. Es un lugar fresco ya que está techado y cuenta con ventiladores. Recomiendo ir muy temprano porque se llena rápido, yo fui a las 9:00am y no esperé nada.

Es recomendable hacer reservación, sin embargo, al llegar temprano (16:30) nos pasaron rápido. Es el mejor spot para ver el atardecer en Carrizalillo🌅, se ve muy bonito. La comida está rica, solo fijarse si se está pidiendo entrada o fuerte (el tamaño de la entrada es pequeño). Es un restaurante caro pero vale la pena, buena relación precio-sabor.

Food is incredible and worth every penny, its not even expensive regarding what you receive. Service was out of this world in Mexico, taking into consideration that there is nowhere good service in Puerto Escondido apart of this restaurant and the atmosphere…I dont have to say much about that, sunset from above viewing the Carizalillo beach. Definitely coming back😁

Espadin is one of our favourite restaurants in Puerto Escondido. We love going at lunch as you get a great view of the ocean and Carrizzillo Beach and see the goings on with the surfers, paddle boarders and swimmers. My husband and I shared the ceviche appetizer. It was delicious and was enough to feed more than two people. We also had the fish of the day which was red snapper which is our favourite fish when in Puerto. It was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this place. The service is always top notch.

This restaurant is situated down a dirt track in a very underwhelming area but once you go up the steps and see the view - wow. It was beautiful. Get there for 5.30pm to see the full sunset. We had prawns, guacamole, mahi fish and sea bass and a gorgeous table right on the terrace. Nice to have food that wasn’t just tacos.

i can’t say enough about how much i love this place! the location, food and service could not be more perfect.i had the chicken mole, beet salad, and we shared the chocolate lava cake dessert. i would recommend arriving just before or after sunset so you get some amazing views of the ocean and colorful sky. beautiful and stunning! 😊

We stayed at the Villas here and ate at this restaurant everyday. The food was amazing, especially their fresh juices, catch of the day, and guacamole. The staff were so friendly and nice and the views are spectacular. Make a reservation for sunset and you won’t regret it!

This is a MUST do if you’re in Peurto Escondido. We were recommended to go to this restaurant for sunset and it did not disappoint. I made a reservation at around 10am the day of for 5:30pm to watch the sunset. We were given the best table in the restaurant and got to enjoy a delicious meal while watching the sunset. We got the ceviche, guacamole, shrimp tacos (it comes with three but I forgot to get a picture before we ate some), and the octopus (didn’t take a photo). All the food was delicious and the views are stunning.

Wow, great experience watching the sun go down. I'd read mixed reviews on the food, but the shrimp, fish of the day and octopus was absolutely perfect. Portions for the main courses were reasonable. Really friendly service, and, yes, that view!

Service, food, and view were all spectacular! They noticed my partner moved to sit next to me so he could see the sunset and offered to let us change tables to one with a better view. The food was AMAZING! If you can't tell from the way we demolished the fish in the photos. Drinks were also in point and the ambience was very romantic. Came here for our 1 year anniversary dinner and it did not disappoint!

La vista al mar es espectacular y vale mucho la pena sentarse a disfrutarla. Fuimos solo a tomar un jugo y estaba muy rico y fresco. El servicio fue correcto en general, aunque no nos quisieron dar una mesa pegada al mar que estaba libre y no parecía estar reservada. Aun así, es un buen lugar para parar a tomar algo y disfrutar del paisaje.

Lugar muy agradable, excelente atención. Ambiente tranquilo, los alimentos delicioso aunque porciones pequeñas. Costo diría alto.

El lugar es muy bonito y te atienden de buena manera. Nosotros fuimos a desayunar y pues no están mal las enchiladas suizas pero no son las mejores, creo sería un plus que la comida estuviera deliciosa El agua de mango con jengibre muy rica. Le doy 8/10 por que la vista y el lugar es agradable, pero la comida es normal

Muy bonita ubicación y vista. Platos muy bien presentados pero con poco sabor (X). Se come mucho mejor en el restaurante de la playa abajo (Carrizalillo). Ricas las aguas de frutas.

Mi platillo favorito fue el ceviche en salsa negra y los cocteles también muy ricos. Solo no le puse cinco estrellas a la comida porque el pulpo no estaba bien cocinado y el pollo no estaba tierno como se esperaba, igual el mole no estaba tan espeso y aceptable pero para estar en oaxaca esperaba un mayor sabor. Independientemente me trajeron camarones en compensación por el pulpo. Nos atendieron muy bien, incluso para el atardecer nos cambiaron de mesa para poder verlo mejor. Al final pedimos un espresso martini y un negroni 5/5 muy bueno. En general disfrutamos mucho de visitar el lugar que nos recomendaron. Es necesario hacer reservación. Gracias :)

Five stars for the view and service. Food was good to really good, but honestly not that memorable. I had the dorado a la diabla which was a nice Mahi mahi cooked well but lacked the punch you would expect from an a la diabla dish. Very good otherwise, but I wanted heat! Also tried the arrachera which was again, good, but not great for Mexico. I get it. It’s a hotel restaurant which probably caters to American and Canadian tastes, but I guess there should be an option for those that like spicy food :) So many tourist spots have a killer super spicy salsa to make up for this, but sadly we didn’t find it here. Getting there was also a little challenge. We had no problem with our cab driver that we made friends with, but it might be a challenge or actually a reason to charge more for the carefree tourist. There is actually quite a bit of unpaved bumpy dirt road to get there A good reminder to ask about the fare before you take the ride. I was shocked how little our guy charged us but he did say he would charge more if we were a normal tourist fare. Worth the trip for the views and service for sure. Looks like a great surf spot in the cove below too!

A good place to relax and drink some beers and mixed cocktails, they also serve seafood. You're allowed to smoke outside the place. The beer prices are between $65 and $70 pesos for a single regular bottle, the beachfront lounge chairs are $500 for two people ($250 ea) and you can use them pretty much all day.

Nice restaurant with an amazing view, but the food didn’t taste Mexican at all - it felt more like a European restaurant. Strangely, the salsa they served was way too spicy, which made the experience a bit odd overall. Maybe this place is better suited for drinks rather than a full meal. We were the only visitors. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the sunset and ocean, and the drinks were great! The food was a little basic for the price, and the service could improve a little. We felt a bit rushed to get our orders in before two big tables. It's nice for what it is, which is obviously the view, but I agree with other reviewers that it could be a great restaurant with some tweaks.

Come here for sunset! Classically we came for the sunset in the one night it happened to downpour. But it was still gorgeous. For the price, I did expect the food to be a little better, but we enjoyed our experience nonetheless! Amazing cocktails too. Overall beautiful restaurant.

Ordene pollo de leche (es un pollito joven muy suave y fresco) y me dieron pechuga qué estaba un poco mal cocinada no sabia mal pero no es lo que dice el menú Tardan un poco en llevar los platillos y no había nada que hambientara la cena La vista es muy bonita y el restaurante también está lindo no creo que sea malo solo no me agrado el pollo

Las vistas de carrizalillo son lo mejor, en esta ocasión nos pasaron un jugo de naranja, con naranjas, descompuestas, y su solución fue volverlo naranjada. Los platillos son de buen tamaño, pero no tienen sabor. Definitivamente esperábamos más por el precio que estuvimos pagando. Ojalá puedan mejorar porque las vistas valen mucho la pena para visitar este lugar.

This is a foreigner tourist focused restaurant as many in Puerto. The prices are high but the view is amazing. The view leads to Carrizalillo beach. The Best time to go is before sunset to watch it there. You should make a reservation if you want to go around 5 pm. At that time it could be an hour queue or even more in high season. The bathroom is small for the restaurant but enough. The food is not that well served, the size is smaller in comparison with other restaurants. The drinks are tasty and cute. The restaurant is inside a hotel but with its own entrance. I think is a good place to go once for the view or in a special ocassion. It's a familiar environment.

El platillo de la parrillada de vegetales no satisface en cantidad, en sabor, ni en precio comparándolo con otros platillos de la carta. El platillo son 4 láminas de calabaza enrolladas casi crudas y vacías con un poco de relleno, sobre salsa de jitomate nada sorprendente y encima arugula, misma que casi no porta, el 90% de los restaurantes afuera te ofrecen algo mejor por la mitad el precio, veíamos los platillos de nuestros amigos super bien servidos y nuestras verduras ni siquiera estaban doradas, nos dejamos guiar por el título de "Parrillada" una completa decepción que ni siquiera lo intenten.

Estuve ahí hace 3 días y la verdad solo puedo decir que la vista es hermosa, pero hasta ahí. La comida no tiene sabor, las porciones son muy pequeñas y el pan francés estaba todo mojado y desbaratado. Incluso mi esposo comentó que el pan francés que yo preparo está más rico. Para lo que ofrecen, los precios son altos. En Puerto hay otros lugares con vistas igual de increíbles, con mejor comida y a un precio más accesible. Fui porque es un lugar conocido, pero sinceramente no tiene nada de gracia.
