I like the flavor of the chicken; they have it pre-packaged in bags for quick service. They also sell chicken enchiladas and chilaquiles, which they prepare fresh. They have express parking for up to three cars. They offer packages that include tortillas, salsa, and other items. Rice and cold soup are sold separately.

Sigue igual de rico pero las piezas siguen siendo muy pequeñas aún cuando anuncian que ya son grandes de nuevo.

Martes y jueves continúan con su promoción, comprando 1 pollo te regalan 1/2 pollo.

It's located in a busy area with limited parking, making it difficult to park and get your order. The staff was friendly and efficient. However, the service and delivery of the products are less than ideal, as the juices, especially from the chicken, tend to leak from the bag. Therefore, it's advisable to bring a container to carry the food safely and easily. As for the flavor, it's truly delicious.

I've eaten at that establishment before and there weren't any problems, but now if I order through the Didi app, I'll be more careful because I ordered rotisserie chicken and received burnt chicken. Unfortunately, I had already rated the service, trusting the quality of the product. However, they also do outrageous things without considering what you're paying for. I encourage you to review your order before rating them.

It's definitely tasty, a bit pricey since it doesn't come with side dishes...their side dishes are sold separately and are cold from the fridge, not ideal for fast food.

They're "Happy Chicken" in name only. The difference between this branch and any other in Puebla is abysmal. The chicken is practically black from overcooking, the rice is cold and mushy, and the employee who served me didn't even know about the Tuesday and Thursday specials… they urgently need to supervise the quality control at that branch.

No, this is anything but a happy chicken 😒. The sides are awful, and the chicken is raw and bloody inside. If you're used to chicken from the Mexico City or State area, this will be a complete disappointment, a waste of money, and you might even catch an infection. Where are the quality standards?

Terrible service at the Tizoc branch. They give you change in installments, so you don't forget what bill you used. They applied it to me with a $200.00 bill. I'm seeking clarification. I hope the response is favorable. The cashier should take a course in customer service and cashier management.

The chicken, the rice, the sauce, and everything in general is crap. I've already bought at the Temixco branch and the one in Tizoc and it's the worst in the chicken business. The ones in Acapulco have a very good product and everything is well cooked. Take them so you can learn what a quality product is. I will never buy from any of the Cuernavaca branches.
