Placed an order for a large platter, Outstanding Service, the platter was fresh & great presentation. The girls are friendly & the store is clean. Thank you!
Clean, fast, and friendly staff. I guy helped me out they didn't have any crackers for my son's soup and instead of letting it be he decided to check the back and found some. He even gave me extra. Thank you my 5 year old loves crackers.
I miss the 5 dollar foot long I know it wasn't profitable but it made me love coming here. Now a days it is okay but bummed out that this place does not have pastrami and slowly a lot of places are taking out pastrami from the menu. Overall this new subway is okay. I do love the fruit water they have when they have it out. This location does not have it anymore but that was the best thing they added and lame not that Manu have that anymore. Love to drink that a lot. The food is alright and get you pay for despite how expensive it is now.bo like the melts the most from Subway.
My experience at this store was great ,we were serve with respect and courtesy ,this guy's in the morning helped us with a smile , specially one of them ,I think his name was Bryan ....my cousin likes to go there and she said they always serve the customers happily!!!! 😃👍😃👍
Ok customer service just one little thing , cashier did not wash her hands , helping the next customer make a sandwich. even though she put gloves on but ALWAYS WASH your hands ✋ after touching money
I ordered the steak melt and when opening it I noticed the packaging of the sandwich was awful. Placed inside a brown bag like If it was a beer, the veggies and cheese was all stuck to the bag. Hopefully they change that.
Their customer service is horrible. I ordered a cold cut trio and when the price was high, I said it was incorrect and they just said no, its correct. The woman tried to say I ordered the ham and turkey and when I said, no, I did not, cold cut trio sounds nothing like ham and turkey, she still insisted it was not what I ordered (essentially calling me a liar). I said fine, throw away the sandwich and make me what I ordered at the correct price or just give ne the one you made at the cold cut trio price. She said her manager stepped out so she couldn't.
Tried to cancel a online order was told to call store to inform them. When i called the store a gentleman answered i told him that i canceled the order he was very rude and said that he was not going to cancel it because he already started the order so i asked to speak to a manager he then told some girl that i wanted to talk to the manager they talked back and forth about what to tell me then he got back on the phone and said that the manager wasn't there and that the order will be there and ready to be picked up and said if i dont pick it up he will throw it away because its already paid for he had a very bad attitude. Since then we have been calling every day and asking to speak to a manager and every time the employee was very rude and saying to call back the next day. I will never order from this store
Today Aug 08, 2025 around 8:30pm I went to get three Subs. As the male worker was making my sandwich a Fly sat on a sandwich not one but twice and he continued to make the sandwich after he saw the fly and just swiped it away. When I asked if he can make a new one because clearly that’s extremely unsanitary he scoffed and was about to say NO. That’s unacceptable what if the person eating has a compromised immune system? Is he still going to serve that to them ? Absolutely he would have. Truly disgusting service. I shouldn’t have had to ask when he saw the fly he should started over right away.
The problem with these small sandwhich places is... you have the cashier handling the money then without washing their hands they grab the entire outside of the gloves so its pointless to use gloves. At times they take off the gloves then grab the money then grab your food and napkins. Its hard to find a clean place now a days
There are employees in this place who treat you poorly as if you were asking for free food.
Staff is always rude. Multiple staff members always seem bothered when a customer shows up. When ordering, the customer always feels rushed. This ain't prison.
If there was a ranking on fast food places with the worst service, this is no doubt the top one. The lady with the face tattoos is so rude and looks like she doesn’t want to be there, she asks you “what else?” with such an annoyed face. She constantly asks as if she’s silently telling you to get out already. She always rolls her eyes when she turns around thinking we won’t notice, why are you working here if you won’t even provide decent service? Both workers here look like they want to get out. The guy with the side ways hat is always coughing without covering his mouth and it’s so so disgusting but luckily he didn’t attend us, sadly, he attended someone else. Going to a different subway is probably the best option.
I ordered delivery online using the Subway app yesterday. Two of the sandwiches I ordered with combos. When the food is dropped off, there's no drinks. I call the delivery driver to make sure he didn't forget anything, he didn't. I call the store and speak to a young guy who tells me to dispute it through the app. I asked how, as there was no help button, no "how was your order" link anywhere. He said that I would have to ask for free drinks on the app next time because he "doesn't know how to work the computer." I asked if anyone else working there does, he said the manager was out. This subway just sucks. I hate that the app gives no options for missing items, and calling this store was no help, so I guess I'm just out the money.
The staff are unprofessional & talk in Spanish about the customer's who give them a hard time. The owner of this location has no pride for his store & having a solid professional team to help run the store. Which I have addressed 2 times with the survey on the receipts.
HORRIBLE first time experience at this subway. If I could give it negative stars I definitely would. Customer service beyond horrible. Staff huffing and puffing and giving smart remarks to customers when told about the way the subway was being prepared. Sadly to say staff like makes customers seek services else where. Sorry but won't be coming to this Subway again.
I always order through Doordash and Postmates, and this particular Subway shop somehow always messes up my order, they always forget to include the extra I paid for, and they tend to forget at least 10% of the ingredients included on the online delivery receipt. Awful, just awful.
Employees need to be re-trained to greet customers...I walk in there and they continue with personal conversation without acknowledging me, customer.. Customer service needs to improve in this location... Girls need to greet the clients as soon as they walk in, in a nice and clear "Hi welcome to Subway".... I had to greet them instead of them greeting me... .Sandwiches were good but customer service definitely needs to be friendlier
Horrible. There was only two girls ahead of me and It took them about 20 min to get my order. Besides them being extremely slow , the girl who started my order asked another girl to finish it and she had the most annoyed face... I watched them not only do my order but the girls ahead of me as well and they weren’t careful adding anything on. Throwing everything on top of the bread just making a mess. I would get it if they were in a hurry but they were taking their sweet time . Just horrible. On top of that I order cookies and they taste old. Not even warm. After eating the cookies I got nauseas ... never again am I going to this subway.
Employee got my order wrong and soup is so salty that I couldn't even look at it! I asked for a soda and I never got it.The rest of my family was complaining of their dry throats.The service was terrible and I wouldn't recommend it at all.I am definitely not going ther again
