I started with the strawberry sangria and the spinach dip. The sangria did not disappoint, it was so good, refreshing, and flavorful. The spinach dip was delicious. For my main course I had the spicy chipotle chicken pizza. It was so good. The dressing on the side was the perfect complement to the pizza. It made it even better. Our server Stephanie was awesome. She was nice and helpful. She was so patient with us when our gift card was not working and went above and beyond to help us. I would definitely return to CPK.

We had a birthday party for a friend’s child here, and it was absolutely wonderful! The kids got to make their own DIY pizzas, getting hands-on with the dough and adding their favorite toppings—it was so much fun and they really enjoyed every moment. Everyone made their pizza their own way, which made for great photos and unforgettable memories. Activities like this keep the kids entertained the whole time! The food for adults was just as impressive. The pizzas were delicious—crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, just like you’d expect from California Pizza Kitchen. The salads were fresh with perfectly balanced dressings, so while the kids were busy with their pizzas, the adults could relax and enjoy a great meal. The desserts, including brownies and cookies, were a huge hit—the cookies were especially soft and sweet, irresistible for both kids and adults. Overall, the experience at California Pizza Kitchen exceeded our expectations. The space is clean and spacious, perfect for kids to play, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making the party easy and stress-free. It was the perfect balance of fun for the kids and a relaxed dining experience for the adults. We would definitely come back for future family events or gatherings!

The Thai Pizza ("globally-inspired") was really good, especially if you ask for more peanut sauce on the side. The waitress was friendly and gave us bread with olive oil and overall the level of service was pretty good! My only constructive feedback would be if the pizzas were slightly bigger, allowing for eight (8) slices instead of six (6). This CPK location offers plenty of parking.

I had the best experience at CPK brea, the waiter Israel, was absolutely amazing great customer service kept on coming back to refill our drinks and bread consistently asked if everything was okay are order was perfect. Never rushed us and when we asked about the Specialties he took his time to do several recommendations for all of us and because of that we all walked away completely happy after our dinner. Will definitely keep on coming restaurants need to have more waiters like Israel 10 +

Dinner after shopping with my family. The food is amazing. It’s fresh and delicious. My son love the mushrooms pepperoni sausage pizza and my daughter love the garlic cream fettuccini with rotini. Rotini is better for toddler because it’s tender. The service is quick but the server is not friendly at all. They look very overwhelmed and it’s hard to ask for drink refills. They got my pizza wrong and told us that they make a new one and should come out around 15 minutes but after 30 minutes, the pizza didn’t come out. The manager went to the kitchen and gets it for us right away. He apologized and gives us credit for the pizza. I really appreciate the manager’s effort to solve this problem. The restaurant is clean and spacious. I hope to get a better service and experience next time!

Quick friendly service Everything was good from the bread, to the salad, to the chicken piccata, to of course the pizza! Our server was fantastic!! ,(sorry forgot her name, but she also speaks Spanish 😊) Food was out quickly, drinks were refilled l, and all was good

Great lunch deal! I had spaghetti and Mediterranean salad with bread for only $8.99! Spaghetti and salad were both good. Also had a glass of Malbec wine that was pretty good.

Had a blood sugar emergency with a Diabetic family member and I was able to get her soda and some bread pretty quickly. They even goofed on our pizza and comped it. We also had the avocado spring rolls and those were great. The manager was amazing and the server was pretty nice.

02/27/26 came in for the 9.99 Burger deal. Great staff, great food, and great location.

Service is impeccable, atmosphere is casual and laid back, food was a bit salty (Whisky River burger). Had several burgers here but this was my least favorite. I asked for Medium Well and got Well done. Burger was dry and salty.

Wow the service at this place was super duper spot on. This was your typical Red Robin food and atmosphere. But our server Tyler made it such an enjoyable experience. She got our order fast, and then checked on us more than once. She stayed connected to our needs and requests EVEN AFTER a party of 17 came in for food 20 minutes before closing. Great job, good times.

My sister and I had an excellent experience here at the Brea mall Red Robin. The food was delicious and the service was just as great. Annabelle was an awesome waitress for us, getting our bottomless sides when they were low, giving us recommendations about the menu when we were unsure of what order and always tending to our table. On top of having great customer service and a comfortable atmosphere, I would definitely come back again.

​I visited California Pizza Kitchen and had 'The Works' (a combination pizza) and Shrimp Piccata. ​'The Works' is topped with spicy Italian sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, olives, and mozzarella. It had such a rich and full flavor. ​The Shrimp Piccata is made with linguini fini in a lemon cream sauce with capers. It's a pasta where the sourness of the lemon and the saltiness of the capers balance each other perfectly, and it is honestly one of my favorite pasta dishes. ​If you ever visit California Pizza Kitchen, I highly recommend trying these two. ​For your information, while CPK is headquartered in Costa Mesa, California, it is a restaurant chain operating in more than 30 states across the U.S.

The hostess were very polite. I didn’t get a chance to get her name, but she was short with curly black hair. The waiter was in his 20s I believe very nicely kept mindful polite also He was very (Catering) We sat in the corner to the right when you walk in It was on a Saturday evening . 7 pm. So hopefully he’ll get the credit for being such a great server and on task The only downfall we had, is that there were two of the dishes that their portion sizes were way less. From what I’m used to getting. I’m kinda of confused. Compared to Arcadia their portions are a little bit more. That’s the one I usually go to. So I think I’m gonna stick with going to that one instead. Because the portions and the quality for your money is best.

Food: it's been a long time since I last visited CPK and surprisingly the food tasted how I remembered. The portion somehow felt a lot smaller than it used to though. Service: our server was very nice and refilled the drinks even before he was asked to. It was pretty busy night and we were overwhelmed by his service. Atmosphere: crowded and loud. I don't know how else I would explain. It was a decent place to go out ten years ago but I think I prefer to dine in quite places now.

Even though we waited about 40~50minutes when walked in around 4:30pm on Saturday, it was good. They had heater turned on, so it was warm. Foods were nice, best food was pasta (galic pasta with chicken) but pizza was good too.

Good experience overall. Party of four on a Saturday night (7ish pm). Wait time was about 30 minutes. Here is where the hiccup happened: One of the hosts wrote our name down on her iPad. But, then people started skipping us, so we asked (nicely). The hosts said “Oh, your party’s name was written on a different iPad.” What is happening? Lol. I was not very pleased with that answer, no apologies either. Our waiter on the other hand, super kind, super friendly, very professional and polite. Excellent service on that front. I ordered the new coconut & coke drink… soooo goooood! Don’t know if I’ll come back, specially when is so far away from us.

We got takeout pasta because we love the fettuccine normally for dine in at CPK but for takeout it wasn’t that great , sauce was a little bland and watery unfortunately and Ive never had that experience before at other locations… maybe it’s just this location

I visited for lunch with my family and it took 30 minutes to get the menu. It was a busy time.. I ordered 3 kinds of food and waited another 20 minutes to taste them. In the end, I had to wait in the sun for almost an hour from the time I sat down on the ferry chairs outside the restaurant. No one came to see me until my drinks were empty.. The food is great, but it wasn't that good that day. It would have been okay if they just said sorry for making me wait..

The food was not quite the best quality that I’m use to when going to CPK the appetizer was good but they didn’t have my favorite appetizer dumplings and sauce , for it to be a chain restaurant I was very disappointed on the quality of the food , the salmon pieces were hard and over fried like hard not fresh at all way too crunchy , they didn’t have some of the beers on tap we asked for , brea get it together please . The appetizer were better than the main dish :/

I've been to California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) at Brea Mall a few times, and I've had mixed experiences. The food is generally good, but I've had some issues with the quality of the food on a few occasions. On my most recent visit, I ordered the Tostada Pizza and the Salmon. The Tostada Pizza was soggy and burnt, and the salmon was overcooked. I was disappointed, but I've had good experiences with the pizza and salmon at CPK in the past, so I think it was just a one-off issue. However, I did enjoy the Sedona Tortilla Soup and the Buffalo Cauliflower. The soup was flavorful and creamy, and the cauliflower was cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend these dishes to anyone who is looking for a good vegetarian option. Overall, I think CPK is a decent restaurant, but I would recommend going with a friend or family member so that you can try a variety of dishes.

Pizza toppings were good but the crust was nothing special. Had the Guacamole which was filled with corn to the brim. I wasn't a fan of the chips either.... they were too salty for me. The summer sangria hit the spot so I do recommend that!

After a long day of taking my niece school shopping, I decided to put my name on the list to be seated. The host said 15 minutes, so we walked downstairs to go pick up our clothes from a store and they ended up taking too long, came back and the host said we missed our names being called at CPK and they had to put us at the end of the line. (Back in the day they used to give us vibrators so we know to come back, but maybe they stopped b/c of Covid) Anyway, We were so hungry and tired, we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes and it was just us two. The lady wasn't trying to help us so a male host came and I told him our situation and he talked to the lady host and they were able to find us a spot right away. (Being nice has its benefits) So CPK isn't as amazing as I remember, but it's still ok. We had the spinach artichoke dip, Szechwan Chicken Dumpling, Classic Chicken Caesar Salad, Barbecue Chicken Pizza, and for a drink I had the Watermelon Sangria. We enjoyed our meal and I think it got the job done. Try it out!

I’ve been a regular here and never had an issue until today. We had to wait forever for refills, were never checked on, and our fries arrived only after we finished our meals. Really disappointing service for a place I usually love.

To much money and burger patties gotten a lot smaller! As always French is the best. So far I think Red Robin has gone down heal. My last meal was bad.

So we were sat in the bar area on a Sunday for a small group of US. Seemed like there could have been a staffing issue as bartender came out to take our order and do our refills of sides and drinks etc He didn't seem like a happy camper about it. Granted I do drink a lot of liquid and eat a lot of sides but did not assume that should be a problem as it is never a problem with any other Red Robin. Maybe we caught our server slash bartender on a bad day or he was overworked not sure but felt a little uncomfortable asking for more sides and more liquids. We did get our food and was able to ask another server for refill on certain things which helped to alleviate the bartender a little more. The food was great especially the broccoli the fries the cheeseburgers were really good as well. Everybody at our table was happy with the food quality. The service issue would be the only thing I would have concern about but like I said maybe it was a staffing issue or we caught this person on a bad day or a combination of both.

I asked for the bottomless steak fries and this is what I got. Why is Red Robin being stingy with the frie.

Food tasted old, salad wasn't good and since we were sat in the bar area, bartender also took care of the tables. And we love Red Robin!, so this location is just an anomaly!

the pizza taste is to salty and the tomato pasta taste bland and the food is not hot at all and the Atmosphere not nice at all the seating area feel small and the place feel dirty and the Service feel bit slow and bad.
