The cashier Skyler was very rude and abrupt. When I spoke with the manager, she just said “we are really busy” and walked away. Being busy is no excuse for being rude to your customers. I have already ordered and then asked for a refund. This place does not deserve my hard earned money or business.

They don't have cream and sugar out so I had to ask or it . They were very rude and told me they put it in .they finally gave me little cups of cream and sugar after waiting in line again . Worst coffee shop experience I ever had 😠

This location is an absolute joke. They have all these beautiful tasty looking drinks advertised and they do not have any of the flavors. So I try to buy the $25 gift cards and you get a $5 card. They don't have any of those either. The person at the counter you can tell Liz used to doing this all day because he's very matter of fact. Couldn't care less. How can they possibly stay in business if they continue this way because this is the third time this happens to me at a Coffee Bean & Tea leaf.

how do you advertise your seasonal special drink yet you run out of ingredients within a week of starting???? i wanted to compare tiramisu drink with other places. i should have stuck with philz instead of wasting my time in their drive thru lines. i heard customers in the front and rear of me ordering same drinks and being disappointed.

You guys always do the same thing. You always give me at least one order wrong. I ordered a Hot Dark chocolate coffee and you gave me regular coffee. That’s stealing.

Got 90% ice and 10% drink on a small latte. Took 3 sips to finish it and was left with a cup full of ice for $6. Tea was also watered down. Very disappointed.

Nice people and decent coffee but they cannot multitask. Was waiting over 10 minutes just for someone to heat up a sandwich just for me to see it sitting on the counter, so when they noticed im just standing there thats when they started to heat it up so I just left and told the person behind me also waiting that they can have it. I also tipped on my initial purchase but I don't think it's worth tipping if this is the service you're going to get. Just be ready to be wait longer than you need to, got places to be or you're on the clock? Then skip this spot because you will burn your time and money. Not the first time I had this experience at this place too

Saturday morning around 10 am literally trapped in the line with 4 cars ahead of me and I been in line 30 mins and still waiting. This is insane. I love their coffee but that is over 10 min for each car in front of me. Please get better help it shouldn’t take this long To top it off once I got to window my hot coffee was completely cold. When I asked for a new one to be made she said no she was just going to reheat it. I spend hundreds a month on coffee here and now I’ll never go back. Sad

Very Disappointed with the Service I visited the Coffee Bean drive-thru on Tuesday morning, May 6th, around 11:15 AM, and had a very unpleasant experience. Two male workers were extremely rude while taking and handing over my order. Their tone was dismissive, and they seemed irritated for no reason. I expect basic courtesy when I’m a paying customer, and this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth—worse than any coffee could. I usually enjoy coming here, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering. Management needs to address the staff’s attitude immediately.

I get the same drink almost everyday from this location, but today's service was unusually horrible. First, I ordered and paid for a large drink and they gave me a regular. I let them know and they had a new drink ready for me about 30 seconds later. I drove away and took a sip of my coffee, but it tasted like milk rather than the creamy coffee it usually tastes like. I went back into the drive thru and kindly explained to the same barista that this isn't the drink I usually receive. She took my drink rudely and came back with a speech ready. Instead of apologizing and demonstrating proper customer service she decided to lecture me on getting a different drink next time if I don't like it. I tried to reiterate to her that I get this drink almost everyday and know this isn't what it tastes like, but she walked away from the window without listening. At this point, I was done with her. I drove off and took a sip of the "new drink" she made and it was the same one but with way too much sweetener added. Very disappointed in this serivce and the fact that i paid $7 for a cup of milk and sugar.
