Early morning shift had horrible service. Didn't provide a fork yet I had pancakes. Knife only. I asked for a hot black coffee I get a foamy coffee. I really don't believe it that's hard to take an order then have it repeated back to me at the window yet still mess up the order. They need competent people who aren't just gossiping early morning.

I was here tonight 12/2/2025, I live nearby and I ordered mobile app and pick up my order here at the drive through around 11:50pm; the person in the speaker ask me what I want to order. I answered that I am here to pick up my mobile orders. She told me to pull up to the second window. Once I arrived second window, the old lady with headphone told me she don’t see my order. So I showed her my app; then she suddenly start getting angry, it scared me and my wife for the moment. She was basically yelling at us and ask us why not tell the speaker my code when I was there. I was explaining to her that the person(maybe is her) in the speaker told me to pull forward when I say I am here to pick up mobile order, and turn off the speaker. Even I want to tell you the code, I was not able to in the moment. I don’t understand why it such a big deal to her, and she make it such a scene in the moment. And while she prepared the food, she is keep complaining to us how this make her work difficult, and keep saying “oh my god” to show her attitude. I don’t think that’s what professional stuff should do.

I don't even know where to begin. I am a 40-year-old mother of three, battling stage 2 cancer, and I just wanted a simple McChicken and some peace and quiet after chemo. Instead, I walked into what can only be described as a war zone of incompetence. First of all, the floors were so sticky my orthopedic Crocs almost got cemented to the ground. Second, the cashier (whose name tag just said “T”) had the personality of a soggy hash brown. When I kindly (and I was kind) asked for fresh fries with no salt, I was met with an eye roll so hard it gave me whiplash. It took 22 minutes to get my order, and when it finally came, guess what? The fries were cold, salted, and the McChicken had no mayo. None. Just dry chicken and lettuce in a bun that tasted like it had given up on life. I asked to speak to a manager, and some teenage boy named Kyle shuffled out from the back like he had just woken up from a nap in the freezer. He told me they were “busy.” There were THREE other people in the entire place. I’m fighting for my life, raising kids, and THIS is the kind of service I get when I try to treat myself to a $7 meal? Unacceptable. This McDonald’s is a disgrace.

They refuse walk up drive through orders (which I understand) but the workers were the most disrespectful people I've ever met. I've worked at a McDonald's before and would never treat my customers that way. I would rather starve than ever spend another dollar here. The outside of the store was also filthy.

I pulled up to the window and no one responded, so I waited. When no one came, I assumed they would be taking orders at the first window, but no one was there either. I proceeded to the pickup window and explained the situation to the staff member. Instead of helping, she told me they were busy, couldn’t take my order, and that she had just clocked in and didn’t know anything about it. Seriously? Please train your staff better in customer service—especially when there were only two cars behind me. This was disappointing and completely avoidable.
