This is the best Subway in Lima, OH. The workers are friendly, efficient, patience, and kind. Our subs are always correct and freshly made. We are always greeted with kindness from the workers when picking up a mobile order. I highly recommend this location over any of the other Subway’s in Lima, OH.

Very nice and patient workers. My 9 year old granddaughter was with me and we couldn't make up our minds...we kept changing our choices. The workers were still smiling with us! I apologized for this and they nodded with kindness. This will be our favorite Subway now.
This was the cleanest and best run subway I had lunch at bar none. The two ladies were not only efficient but kept the dining area spotless. Even the restroom was clean. Good to see there are still employees that show pride in their work.
Phenomenal experience here great subs for a great price. I was especially excited by the reasonable prices as I owe a lot of money to the IRS and my ex wives. The only catch is I took a massive dookie in the bathroom and heard a man get into a fight with someone on the phone. I didn’t want to make things awkward so I stayed in the stall and left 20 minutes later than intended.
The Finley road store was very sparing on their toppings as well as their meat on their flatbread subs. I don't think I'll probably go back there and get a flat bread again. I'll go back over on elida road. They know how to make subs there
Do not go through drive thru at this location. The bread was hard, very skimpy on the meat and vegetables. I asked for extra mayo and I could barely tell there was any on there. Guess I'll go elsewhere or go inside so I can see what they're doing. And I do not like that they put the meat on top either.
Food was good but they were out of onions at lunch time. The lady making the sandwich said she was waiting on some more onions and would out them on when they were done being chopped in a few minutes. While I paid she sneakily closed up my sandwich and bagged it. I asked if they had put more onions on my sandwich. They were caught. They didn't lie and say they did. The lady said "I don't have any more onions cut to give him." The lady who was running the register and had previously been in the back supposedly working on cutting the onions slooooowwwwwwwlllly turned around to go back and start working on the onions again. I said, "forget it. Thank you." and I left.
Ordered from DoorDash. I ordered a multi grain wheat chicken teriyaki 12” sub. I got stale white bread and frozen chicken. I tried to call the store and no one answered. After sitting on hold for 10 min, they hung up on me.
Lady wouldn't let us order because we wanted 4 subs on 2 separate orders, stopped talking to us, and wouldn't talk to us. I'm not sure exactly what was going on, but it's unprofessional.
got a cold cut combo, which comes with ham, salami, and bologna. all i asked was for less onions and to add mayo, and they ended up not putting cheese on it and only bologna or something. then my partner and i got a churro, which was stale, dry, and had no flavor? just a bad experience, never gonna go to this location again lol. total waste of money
The subway on Findlay Road has the worst subs. I ordered double meat and got less than the regular amount, hardly anything and hardly any vegetables on my sandwich. If you want Subway go to the Bellefountain St., Subway. They are fantastic!! The last time I ordered delivery and did not get a sandwich and the lady told me I was lying because she remembers putting it in the bag! They have the worst customer service ever!!
The drink station is covered in mold, including the nozzles & triggers. I can't imagine what the back of the house looks like. Both employees kept taking a glove off to dig their phone out of their pocket & text, then put the glove back on. Discard the gloves, touch your phone, wash your hands, then put new gloves on. Disgusting.
This place has went completely down the toilet!!! Worst Subway experience I have ever had.. Ordered 2 foot longs... Wanted all the extras on it except spinach... All they put on them was tomato, & SPINACH!!!! Did not know this till I got home... Then on top of that, they do not honor coupons, ok, that's your choice fine, but after taking the coupon that they DON'T honor, they DIDN'T GIVE IT BACK!!! This place will never get another penny from me, & I will spread the word about my experience at this location.... Y'all need 2 really pay attention to the feedback on this location, since it went private owned, it has went to hell... Inside was supposed to be open till 8, I came a little after 5 and the doors was locked so had to go threw drive threw.. It is like they knew they wasn't gonna put on your sandwich what you asked and paid for, so they didn't want you to see it till you was gone
Ever since they did this massive overhaul with a new crew that can’t speak English, all hope has been lost at this subway. They don’t know how to make ANY of the sandwiches here. When they do, it’s just an absolute mess of a sandwich wrapped in paper. Don’t ask for mayo on your sandwich because it all ends up on the paper rather than the sandwich. Even on a simple cold cut. This place is awful!!!
We went through yesterday and ordered 2 subs in the drive thru. The lady was very disrespectful and acted like she was not even listening. When we got to the window it was open and we were waiting to pay and get our food. A woman came over slammed the window in our face and walked away. Customer service is not what it used to be anymore. I decided I would take my money somewhere else. If you don't want someone's business keep treating people this way. I have never been treated this way at this store. It used to be my favorite Subway until the treatment we received yesterday. I won't be coming back to your store.
Ordered online just to sit in the drive thru and wait for everyone else in the drive thru still. Then the lady at the window soooo rudely asked can I help you and then I proceed to tell her were picking up an online order. She acted like that was a problem. I'm sorry but I thought ordering online was supposed to be fast and easier for everyone 😕 but honestly my food was less fresh then everyone in the drive thru in front of me and the service was just absolutely rude. Really should've been able to grab my good inside or have it brought out to my car instead of waiting
Pulled in your restaurant at 5 til 9. The sign says you close at 10. Doors were locked, sent us to the drive thru and turned all the lights off. Great customer service! I will not be returning and will spread the word! Oh, and it was a 6 sub order!
