Seriously LOVE this Domino's!! By far the best one in Lima. The pizza is always cooked exactly how we like it and the service is ALWAYS friendly whether picking up or getting delivery. I honestly have never had a complaint about this location and cant think of a single bad thing to say. Five stars across the board in every dept. for them. Thanks for always being awesome and making Domino's a clear favorite in our community!!!
Ordered in app with s specifics on how to cook and cut. Neither were done as requested 😕😔 I would suggest you check your order before you leave
One of the better shops. Seems they might actually care how your order is prepared, unlike some other stores.
I've ordered from this particular branch on several occasions, and other than the random forgotten dipping cup it's been normal domino's pizza. Tonight 11/4/23 was the first issue I've had. We had a burnt pizza and the other ones had a very weird smell. Called and explained what was going on, the girl said they'll remake it all is good. A short few mins later I get a call from the manager who starts berating me after I tried to explain what was going on. After a few mins of back and forth, the manager was so loud my wife could hear her plain as as day coming through the phone sitting a few feet away from me. I even offered to bring the order back to the store so that they can verify the odd smell. It reached a point I just wanted a refund, to which she told me it would be back in a few days and hung up on me. I'm shocked and appalled at how unprofessional the manager was for this whole situation and there's a good chance I will no longer do business because of this.
I accidentally ordered at the wrong store. Both stores have a 2400 address. Tried calling to get order cancelled but would not pick up phone. after trying for close to an hour I gave up. I had already paid and since nobody answered the phone I can't get my money back! I will call there corporate office to get this straightened out. (Update). After emailing corporate office still have not been contacted. No number is listed to call and still no answer at store. There's no wonder nothing is done about bad service at this company if you don't respond to complaints then it's like nothing happened. Seems like an shady way to run a business.

I’ve ordered pizza from this place 1000 times. They messed up a pizza and I called for them to fix it. I had one person, answer the phone and then hand it off to another person without telling me. That person acted like I was a bother. And then when I received the pizza, it was wrong again. I called and asked to talk to a manager because of the rude service and for them getting the order wrong again. I was told they were not telling me a name and they weren’t giving me any more free food. They also hung up on me several times. At this point it’s not about the food because they’ve messed up my order a few times, but the level of disrespect over a pizza was ridiculous. I have never had anyone be so rude over an order they messed up. Their customers are an INCONVENIENCE to them! That is so crazy to me!
Go inside , always someone on their phone seemingly annoyed you’re there for a pick order? But i shouldn’t be annoyed w you guys for constantly not being able to complete a simple task and put the garlic seasoning on the damn crust for once 🤦🏽♂️. Put an order in waited an hour only to call m back for them to tell me they don’t deliver to my house! After the fact the other store told me to call them! THEN…. Manager then hung up on us!
Update 2025 april Just ordered and they are once again cutting the chicken nuggets down to save money but not cutting prices down. This is ridiculous u make millions of dollars to be this cheap Update!! I loved this store until today! Order chicken chunks and they are cut up to smaller pieces.... I watched an employee cutting them while I was inline to pick up my order
Their delivery driver thinks its okay to scream and curse out their delivery car at customers. because of a simple mistake. the rest of the staff is amazing as well as the food but the delivery driver is rude and unprofessional
You're lucky if you get everything you ordered. Their pizza is the worst thing on the menu but most other things are good, really like wings and cheesy bread....if you want a good pizza from them, order a Wisconsin 6 cheese, extra cheese and add toppings from there....slowww these days..used to be fast
Never got my food. I called in and they put the delivery driver on the phone. He said he left it at the neighbors address because he couldn’t find mine in his delivery app. I walked to the neighbors and no food. He then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and talked to a manager who said she didn’t know why he did that and would remake the food. I said that was fine but I wanted the tip I had on the order refunded. She said that was extra steps on her end and acted frustrated. I said I’m sure I want the food now because you guys might mess with it. She said I could get food somewhere else and also hung up on me.
Terrible service. I ordered a pizza late at night to be eaten he next day, and it was burnt beyond the point of being stomached. I called to let them know and the manager was disrespectful, condescending, and insulting. Then refused to tell me when I could reach her general manager claiming that she,"wasn't aloud to give out that information." I was able to call back and another employee gave me the time the GM would be in.
I accidentally messed up my online order and immediately called the store to fix it. But no one answered the phone, it kept ringing and ringing. Finally someone picked it up and hung it up on me. I called back again no answer. When I got there to pick up my food I asked for a cars for the manager, the kid said he was the manager and he was busy helping other customers. There were 3 employees there when I arrived. I asked him his name and he refused to give it, said that if I had a problem to call customer support and asked me to leave. I'll go somewhere else from now on I guess.
Ordered and paid online. Estimated delivery time was 7:14. Tracker said order was being quality checked for 45 minutes. I called after it was a half hour on being checked. Rude woman on phone said it was leaving right now. I asked if it had been sitting a half hour and she said, well, it's on a warmer. I got the pizza 20 minutes layer. I live about 3 minutes from the dominoes. I won't be ordering again.
Put in a carryout order, go in to pick up and it's not ready. The gentleman at the register gives me the total for my order, I pay and he gives me change, no receipt. When my order is ready another man whom I assume is the manager asks me to pay....again. I state that I have already paid and he acts like I'm trying to steal the pizza, in broad daylight....in front of him. Here's an idea....why don't you give the customers receipts when they pay....so that you don't have to accuse your customers of not paying? Seems like an easy fix. I wonder how many times he's accused other customers of not paying? Very strange way of handling business, won't be purchasing anything at this location again.
Absolutely the rudest person I have ever dealt with tonight. My order was wrong so I called in about it, and because he couldn’t hear me, I got yelled at. Even though I had already answered him. I ordered online, paid online, & left the tip online. On top of being charged $5.00 for delivery. You wouldn’t think it would be that hard to get it correct the first time, reading the order directly from a computer.
I placed a delivery order by credit card and was told the food would be delivered in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, I received a call from someone stating they were the manager to tell me that the person who took my order had accidentally voided my payment and so she needed my card number again. After verifying my order, I gave the card number and was told it would be another 45-50 minutes before the food would arrive. After I explained that I had been told 20 minutes and the food should have already been delivered, she said they would get it there as fast as they could. After another 30 minutes the food still hadn't arrived, so I called back and was told they only have one driver in the mornings and it would take him longer than I was originally told. That would have been nice to know. I was also told they couldn't give me a discount since I paid by card. They gave me a free pizza for a later order. Will likely not be using that offer.
