Never, literally never i write review as I eat but, man. We tried la7 and la11 and it was really tasty and portion is more than enough. We were there with our dog and they were really friendly, music is nice, staff is nice , food is nice and wine "poesia" that waitress said it's good, was indeed, really good. I didn't even know the food was gluten free until they told me and it was amazing. Anyways 10/10

Marvelous little pinseria off the city center. Made me a fan of pinsa. Staff was marvelous! Service was quick and thoughtful. Wish we had stayed longer to eat there again!

A hidden gem just a short walk from the city center! Just a five-minute walk from the busy center of Brescia, we discovered this wonderful little restaurant: La Pinseria. What a breath of fresh air! While people were queuing for a spot on crowded terraces in the city center, we were enjoying delicious pinsas in a relaxed atmosphere and all at a very reasonable price. Also, the espresso here is simply fantastic! The staff is absolutely fantastic: friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. The ambiance is laid-back and authentic, and the location feels like a well-kept secret. The short walk also takes you through charming streets and hidden little shops. La Pinseria is a must-visit for anyone looking to eat well without the crowds and they’re even certified gluten-free! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Excellent roman pinsa garnished with first rate chosen ingredients. A fairly large beer selection will accompany it in a proper way ! A superb music selection provides just the right atmosphere !

From the moment we entered, we were captivated by the restaurant’s decor. The staff was very friendly, and there were no issues communicating in English. The dough was fluffy, a bit chewy and crispy in the edges. Super nice! Love it! Only one difficulty is during the ordering. I first screenshot some nice pizza photos from their Instagram, but the staff was not able to recognize it. If there is an English menu might be helpful. Overall, the staffs are all super nice and welcoming.
