I feel blessed to have the opportunity to go here every morning on my way into work. I used to get just eggs over easy with the root veggies which was a solid morning staple, but since then I've converted to their huevos rancheros and I haven't looked back. I get it every morning, and it's the only meal I've ever had in NYC that will stay with me all day at work. It's as healthy as it is delicious. If you are looking for a good breakfast spot, go here, all the time!

Staff is always ready to provide service from the beginning of an interaction to the end. Wait time is very short and there's always a variety of foods to indulge in. Foods always fresh (even during this pandemic) and well seasoned.

Had been my staple for every summer for the last few years...being a vegetarian, the place gave me several options, both in salads and in soups. And to top it, a friendly staff who treat you like family. Recommend it wholeheartedly.

This was my first time eating at fresh and co and will certainly not be my last! This locations customer service was exceptional! Every ingredient my salad and sandwich contained tasted fresh and flavorful! I am absolutely in love with the food. The salad bowl may look big but trust me you will finish it in minutes.

The service/ staff are always friendly and patient here. This was a go-to joint for quick, gluten-free snacks or lunches when in a pinch. They have the gf stuff labeled in their to-go/ refrigerated section. If you do have an allergy problem you can ask on site for what they can do, and someone will ask a chef for you. Appreciated!

This is a great location. I work at a church near by and I come early morning around 730 to grab a drink and a snack. I’m always happy to be in this neighborhood but good service makes a difference. It’s clean, it’s bright, everything is always stocked and the workers are extremely friendly. They always great me with a smile and I always happen to run into Umi while I’m there. She helped me sign up for the rewards program, asked me how I was, was I having a good morning and it completely makes my day. This will now be my regular store. There’s one across the street from my job but I choose to walk 5 blocks just to go to this one. Thank you so much Umi for always making my morning.

Awesome food, lots of options and everything is fresh, the staff at the register is so nice and friendly. But they have to be mopping the floor constantly, looks risky, there’s a cashier (young lady) super active and multitasking but she has to slow down to don’t fall, in the middle of the rush everyone must walk super slow and carefully due to the floor. I travel from Connecticut to New York City several times a month and have visited this Fresh and Co. a couple of times. I have visited your establishment on 729 Broadway. During my visit, the cashier was managing multiple online orders and coordinating with numerous delivery drivers simultaneously. Despite this high-volume workload, she handled everything with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. When I approached the counter, Jennifer politely asked for a brief moment to complete what she was working on - a reasonable request that demonstrated her commitment to properly fulfilling each order. I observed as she professionally completed many large orders before attending to me with full attention. She promptly took my order, prepared my drink, and continued to provide excellent service to everyone who followed. For over 30 minutes while enjoying my meal, I watched Jennifer and Albenino work several orders with efficiency and amiability.

I come here in the morning after commute. Great place to get lunch or breakfast conveniently located outside of the N train downtown entrance. Staff is friendly and welcoming and most importantly the food is great! Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick and healthy bite to eat.

Everything is really fresh! Their sandwiches and bowls are great for quick healthy bites. Very reasonable pricing for the quality of food. I regret holding off on eating here because I thought it looked too healthy or cold, don't wait on it. I can't wait to go back and try more of their grain bowls and other dishes. Their bottles teas are also pretty good. It's like a very upscale Panera in the best ways possible.

Tried this restaurant for the first time and it tastes amazing! Southern beach salad is very flavorful and fresh. I can literally eat this everyday. Great protein if u add chicken and boiled egg. The staffs are nice too. Definitely recommend!

Love their new menu items. The “miso lucky” bowl is my new favorite: zucchini noodles, avocado, bok choy, scallions, bean sprouts, candy striped beets and a miso vinaigrette. Another spring salad is the “Pineapple Express” salad (superfood blend, charred pineapple, COCONUT BACON(!!), dried cranberries, spicy walnuts, fresh avocado and an avocado chimichurri vinaigrette)

I just come here for the sides… which are FIRE. Seriously 🔥 you can get four for $12 with the vegetable medley. They always taste fresh, are filling and delicious!!

so so yummy! and very fresh/healthy. i felt full for hours after this well-balanced meal. i got a build-your-own market bowl with brown rice, chicken thigh, broccoli, and sweet potato. i NEED to go back and try to mashed avocado toast.

The food at fresh&co. at 729 Broadway is excellent and the staff is very friendly. I often have their great salmon, and you can choose two sides among many. Their sweet potatoes, broccoli and grilled carrots are delicious choices. Try the lemon tahini too. Their chicken and rice soup is outstanding. The people are terrific, including Kiriokos, (Kirk), Kenny, Gabby and many others. I highly recommend fresh&co.

Hey there, fellow foodies! I just had the most delightful lunch experience at Fresh&co, and I'm still grinning from ear to ear (and not just because of the food coma). I ordered the Small 6 oz Quinoa and Lentil Soup (because, you know, portion control) and the Salmon Sandwich (because, you know, brain food). Grand total: $22 (including tax, because adulting). But here's the thing: it was totally worth it! The service was faster than my internet connection, the staff was friendlier than my favorite aunt, and the variety of choices? Let's just say I had to use my advanced degree in decision-making to choose between all the healthy options (kidding, I just closed my eyes and pointed). In all seriousness, Fresh&co is a gem. I got the Parmesan Tomato Soup, which was extremely savory (a bit saltier than I would've liked), and my sandwich was a Chicken Mozzarella. The sandwich tasted SO YUM when dipped into the tomato soup - highly recommend this combo of soup/sandwich. Overall experience took ~10 min. The staff re-toasted my sandwich on the spot as I arrived. She was a bit backed up, as she was the only person stationed at the sandwiches. The utensils were lacking, as they ran out of spoons. Luckily, they had extra behind the counter. Based on other ppl's reviews, l'd recommend their soup/sandwich over the bowls, as it was a good portion of food.

I normally go here for their salads and that's usually really good. But this time I got one of their baked goods - a cardamom swirl. They gave me the last piece they had, and it was horrible. It had gone hard from being kept out in the open for who knows how long, it had started tasting weird, not at all fresh! For charging close to $6 for it, the least the person picking the bun could've done is to say we don't have a good one in stock and trashed the one that had gone hard, instead of packing it inside a paper bag and selling it. Horrible!! Don't get their baked stuff. And now I'm going to skeptical of their other things as well - how long have those stuff been out?! The sandwiches also look a bit stale which is why I never buy them...If it wasn't for the fact that they have good salads, I would've given a one star, just for this!

Good for quick salads but don't get oil and vinegar the spouts for the pours are all different sizes and it seems like no matter how fast I tell them to stop pouring I end up with so much vinegar. I get the tell me when with other dressings but I can't eyeball from across the counter how much you're pouring. I don't know I used to love it now every time I go there's something not right.

The food is a hit or a miss. It’s decent, I did like the Mac and cheese though. I’m not too crazy about the soups.

Ill be nice and give 2 stars only because the manager was nice. But other than that the food taste very artificial. The chicken on the soup tast like that frozen chicken. The cold pressed drinks taste like it has artificial lemon juice. Never coming back. Service was great food was bad... 6 hours later i havent ate because how bad my stomache is feeling i literally had to go to the bathroom a minimum of 8 times. I vomited 2 times. And havent been able to eat after having a meal here. So disapointed

The food here is mostly decent, if extremely expensive ($7.25 for a relatively small portion of soup) and varied in quality (don't even try to order something near closing; it will have sat under a lamp all day). There is virtually no seating, and what seating does exist seems to be directly from the outdoor patio section of Home Depot in order to punish you for eating in (hard metal chairs). The hours of this restaurant also seem to intentionally be a mystery (if you ask the staff, you'll hear answers like "we usually close at 9:30"). There are multiple better options nearby.

The food was amazing and the store was clean however the front cashier Jennifer was rude. She did not greed not even after I said how you doing. She didnt asked if I wanted my receipt. After completing the transaction I asked her if I can get the code for the bathroom and she stated “out of service”. Her approach its totally unacceptable specially when my purchase was $72. The other team members were amazing specially the dishwasher who was very nicely and allowed me to use the bathroom that was never out of service. Fresh&Co needs a stronger evening crew like the morning crew.

Way too expensive for the portion price and jerk chicken is dry. The salad had all lettuce ribs. Tomatoes taste bad. Pineapples were the only thing to give it some juice and flavor. Would pass on this place and go to Cava.

The salad bowls have terrible flavor combinations and are worse quality than buying something pre-packaged from the grocery store. Additionally, the catered sandwiches are tasteless. poor, poor, poor customer service. The staff refused to look up and acknowledge me while I'm the only person waiting to be served. They kept their heads down the entire time I stood there. A nice "I'll be right with you" would have been sufficient. I got tired of being ignored and went to another food station across from theirs. I walked all the way to this location because it was the closest to my workplace and I had my mind set to indulge in their falafel bowl. After I left I called and spoke to the Mgr and let her know to train her staff to be more outgoing. She did apologize for her staff's lack of enthusiasm and said I can stop by again to receive a comp lunch. I'll have to give them another chance, when I'm in the mood for falafel without the poor service. Stay clear of this location, no bueno.

Very bad service! The lady at the register kept asking me if i was going to buy food & i kept asking her if i can use her bathroom. I already had told her i will order a salad but to please let me use the bathroom because i suffer from uti. She kept acting like she didnt understand me & ignoring me about the bathroom & asked me about my order. At last i ended up using there bathroom after waiting a big line. When i came out my salad was no where near ready. I left without food on my hands, mind you i payed for my salad before getting into the bathroom.

Our 4 year-old couldn’t hold his bladder anymore so we stopped by this fresh&co. But the staff said that we had to buy something otherwise our son was not allowed to use the bathroom. Won’t buy anything from this company anymore. Terrible policy reflects terrible business mind and lack of caring.

Sooo gross, the salad dressing for my kale Caesar was just mayonnaise, literally just mayonnaise. I don’t know if the person who made it grabbed the wrong bottle, but when I got home to eat it, I had to throw it out. If this is the “dressing” they use, this explains why the Sweet Greens around the corner had a 20 person line and I walked in here and there was no line at all. I should have waited in the long line at the other place:(

My sandwich was so cold it was uneatable. And they the bread was soggy. It must of been frozen which is kind of disgusting for a $20 sandwich.

Food is adequate. Not worth the price tag but given the neighborhood it is what it is. Setup on ordering makes no sense. They have line markers by the counter at the far end of the counter but you get flat out ignored by the people on that end of the counter. Move to the middle. Put in an order and have to repeat it four times. Then get asked a 5th time. Pay for my overpriced food and have to stand around waiting for my receipt and get an eye roll when I ask for it. Now the food. It has next to no flavor. Totally bland with random spots of spice thrown on top of it. I would have been better off going to a deli for an egg and cheese and spent half the money

Most of the staff like the man that actually serves the food is very nice but the lady on the cashier who I believe the manager is incredibly rude, unprofessional, stuck up. trying to rip me over 2 dollars that I shouldn’t even pay for, and ignoring me when I confronted her about it. I was a regular and she always tries to deny my student discount even though I have ID and she recognizes me. Ridiculous. I always had put up with her weird antics, after today I will not be back. Lost a regular customer of 2 years over 2 dollars and her huge ego and lack of manners and professionalism. this is a common occurence with her not just with me

This place needs to get a better handle on their operations. I’ve ordered pick up twice - the first time the order wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. The second time they gave me the wrong order entirely and I had to walk back to get the correct food. Both times I ordered in advance to optimize my lunch hour and ended up wasting most of my lunch bc their operations are mismanaged.

This location SKIMPS on portions! I’ve been to a few of their midtown locations and have been happy with my experiences there; but the salad I got at this location was at least 33% smaller than the uptown locations. Never again.

The lights on top of the food was full of dust Food is not like before looks like the shef is changed . Quinua was clumpy and very tasteless Chicken had human hair and not baked properly.

Went in there my freshman year and then went back hoping it’s be different this time in my junior year but go food poisoning again. Avoid at all cost if you don’t wanna get sick. Yuck

I’ve been coming here for months on a near-daily basis. Unfortunately, tonight the short middle-aged woman who is often there treated me EXTREMELY rudely. When I asked for a double base of pasta (I wasn’t going to get any sides and I would have paid extra!), she just slammed the plate on the desk and pretended not to hear me. That is simply unacceptable and I am not even sure why she would do it. Everyone else has always been nice. I’m afraid I won’t be coming back.

The soup I ordered online for pick-up was not available and I asked the woman working at the register if I could switch to a different soup since I pre-paid online already. She told me I had to ask the chefs working the counter because she didn’t know what was available. The chefs were kind and able to help me switch, luckily. Then, when I went back to the register to get the bread I ordered with my soup, a different cashier scolded me for going to the counter to ask to change the soup I ordered and told me that I should’ve gone to her first—to which I responded with what the other cashier told me, that she didn’t know what was available and that I needed to go to the counter to ask myself. Only the cashier wearing the Hijab working at the middle register was understanding of my situation and told me that this wasn’t my fault. Fresh&co, please ensure your apps are reflective of the actual in-store availability. Otherwise, what is the point of ordering ahead.
