I went to Burger King today and the whole staff was amazing. Elly had took my order and was very sweet and welcoming. The manager on shift, Kimberly E. was amazing, she makes sure that her employees are on point and that my order was ready in a quick and timely manner . Good job guys!!!!

This burger king location is very clean and has an excellent customer service team. I had a small issue with one of my orders. My husband went over to the counter and Sapphire took care of it with no problem. She is very polite, and treats her customers very good. She understood our concerns and acted upon it. Whenever I'm near a burger King I'll get the impossible burger cause it's healthy for me. Service is friendly could speak up otherwise no problem. Very clean inside and out.

This spot is very nice and spacious inside looks like it was renovated recently. Tables and chairs were cleanand looked presentable. The staff I encountered were friendly and quick. One of women working behind the counter saw me standing there waiting and she was nice enough to ask me if I was waiting to order I told no thank you I already did. Overall I had a nice experience at this location.

Burger King is always good. Especially when you are hungry.

Their food is always good here. It’s just the people that’s around this location. I make it hard for you to enjoy your food because you cannot help but see the homeless that’s lingering around the parking lot of walking up and down the street asking for money.

I will first start off by saying the manager there is very polite. We ordered 5 meals and we had a separate coupon for each one. I thought I had to order 5 different times. The manager noticed I had more then 1 coupon and told me I can use all of them in 1 transaction. My family and I was so happy. They even brought our order to us inside. We enjoy service and food from Burger King. The manager great service also shows through his employees. It seemed everyone was on the same page with service.

This is one of the best Burger King I been too. So clean, staff is amazing and the manager Ms. Kimberly was very helpful. Food was hot and fresh!

It was quite. But at the same time, it was kind of early in the afternoon when I went. I believe I was there before the lunch rush. I left just before it got started. This Burger King is aslo very spacious. It has seating area that is kind of seperated from the register and the original dining area. It is seperated by a short wall with an opening to the left. It also has a door towards the back which only allows people to exit.

The space is large, there are clean tables, the place feels comfortable. Except that there is always a delay in delivering the meals or you must always check your order to make sure that the order is correct. Many times I have missed something when I place an order to take away.

The place was nice and clean as expected. Was greeted and welcome as I walked in the door. I was able to place my order immediately and the wait time wasn't too long. The young lady serving me took time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. Most important I had no problems with my food, it exactly as I ordered. And most important the bathroom was clean. I love the fact that can easily park your car without any problems. ( lots of parking spaces).

Quick, hot and fresh fast food. Entire order was correct. Chicken fries meal was delicious. Whopper burger with cheese was made fresh.. French fries were hot and not overly salted. Would visit again

I'm sad the playground is gone but this time I was glad the service was great. My order took a little to be ready and I had to go back for sauces but now complains. my kids were happy.

It's big, there is a play place, a bit smelly tho, not too bad tho. There's free parking, ordering machines, and drive a thru. The food is ok, at times it can be cold. They mix old and new fries, today I found an old hashbrown mixed in my French fries today. Their extras arent too extra like McDonald's who charges 55 cents extra for mayo. The service is a bit slow, but that's due to insufficient amount of staff members. They try to be as quick as possible, to the point where the food (burgers) are lukewarm most of the time.

Good Food, however be sure to check your order before leaving. My family and I was short 4 Whopper after getting $69.00 worth of food. Yes we did check. The cashier got an attitude, she was the one that took the order. No people skills.

The food is delicious. I love the spicy chicken nuggets, the angry whopper and I especially love their fries. I do wish that the spicy chicken nuggets were available again. I only tried it once and then it wasn't available anymore which made me a little upset about it.

Truly I would have given this place 3 stars. It no different then any other fast-food place, and that fine it is a franchise. However this place has a big play-place, something that is rare in such big cities like NY. I have to also add that not only is there a play-act, but seating beside it. So the adults can rest, eat all while keeping an eye on the little ones. Just don't come during the lunch rush, it becomes a warzone.

Food was delish. Waited for my number to be called apparently they did and I didn't hear. They should have spoken louder or made sure we got our food that was just sitting there getting cold. We were waiting for a bit. Otherwise it was great.

The old Jamiacan lady wouldnt let me use the bathroom although I did want to buy something. I went through the drive through and a very nice Hispanic lady took my order and slowed me to use the bathroom so the 3 stars are for her..

place is very busy but sorry of staff especially that it was a time where kids coming out of school. Via drive way thru make you wait where you order so that it looks like you're food was given in a fast manner but takes longer. Need more help

Beautiful new or renovated restaurant, clean, BUT! This location has many drig addicts and crazies coming in into location screamimg and acting crazy. I would not take myself or my family there. The security guard was asking the drug dealer to help him control a crazy nut. In the location. And then the drug addicts were asking or better yet shouting for free food in front of paying customers. Its is ashamed that this clean restaurant and hard working staff. I would not go there again until security for staff and customers is improved. Burger king must have an active duty officer for the next 90 days. The current security is not acceptable. I had my son's birthday party here. In simple words, I won't be doing that again. The manager wasn't aware there was even a party happening. They forgot about us and I had 11 hungy kids and no food. The problem was resolved eventually, which I am greatful for. Other than that this place is always busy/packed. I've been coming here since I was a kid, never had any other complaints.

Let's be real. Yes I eat here on rare occasion. It's cheap food and you get what you pay for. This location gets busy so expect a wait. It's The South Bronx, so if you're expecting 5 star service you came to the wrong place. Set your expectations low, and you'll have a pleasant experience.

Depending on the time of day the staff is very rude. The kids and I used to love coming here but the older staff is not very helpful with the younger staff and the patrons get the short end of the stick due to their lack of communication. I appreciate seeing the high school kids being employed but if they screw up my order one more time I might need to give up my "fast food burger spots"

Currently in the drive thru and I literally have to put the car in park. Unless theres a shift change, this is just slow.

Drive through...no line waited a lot for the food...left and they forgot my nuggets. Had to come back and had to wait. Whopper was not a real burger. It was missing the tasty flavor of a good whopper. Smell like old oil used to cook. The only thing that was good was the frozen fanta orange.

Its alright. The food is what you expect from a fast food place; mediocre, but fast. The drive-thru experience is definitely faster and superior to the walk-in experience for sure. Walking in takes forever, but ordering through the drive-thru is relatively fast for whatever reason. The staff is really nice though, I like them. They let me use the bathroom. Such nice people.

Must be under new management because it has gotten some what better. The drive thru people let you talk now, thank you. The girl they had before didn't. But the food was ok. Very bad area, bums and druggies around, so can't even sit in parking lot, because they come to your car asking for money... went from 1 star to 3... still needs work 😪

Cashier was taking a long time so I ordered from the computer Kiosk. Food took a long time but was hot and tasted fine. Receipt told me to take a survey but did not provide the needed code, so leaving a review here instead. Probably won't go back, but not totally terrible.

This Burger King is usually clean, with good service, but in the evenings there is an older Spanish woman who works there thats loud and rude. She even refused to allow me to use the bathroom under the guise that she couldn't find the key. It just felt like she purposely gave me poor customer service on purpose. I like this Burger King, but will adjust my visits to early day. Im requesting she be advised on customer service.My next review will be on social media if her loud behavior continues.

Long wait at this establishment regardless of time of day is the main problem. They are severely understaffed. In terms of food, they run out of common items like syrup for pancakes or French toast and the food is often cold. They have to do better at this establishment.

Never agian is the best way to describe my food experience here..I gave 2 stars because the onion rings were fine but when I got home, my sandwich was hard as a rock from sitting under the hot-light all day. What more, I added pickles & onions to my sandwich so it should have been made fresh by BK standards but was not. I came from Manhattan to the Bronx because I was craving BK. What I got was a hard brick masquerading as a sandwich. Threw it away & got a sandwich from checkers. Ya'll, check your meals before you leave because that was certainly a waste of time, energy, & money. The staff were nice & pleasant but the food quality isn't it.🤷🏽

This used to be a good spot years ago now it's horrid. I give it 2 stars just because the manager brought my food to the table after they got my order correct the 3rd time. 2 for 6 mix and match add bacon and cheese; pretty simple I thought. Bacon was dried out and hard, cheese was cold, burger was warm, chicken was cold and hard around the edges. (and was made to buy 2 slices for more money where Westchester county charges less) I moved to Westchester county years ago and try to support the neighborhoods I grew up in and around but the significant difference in food and service between the two counties is immense. Disappointed and saddened that I can't continue to support this location I enjoyed for years!

This Burger King is Understaffed, the workers that prepare the food are slow and do not have proper skill set to prepare the meals. The Cashiers and Manager have to help the Cooks prepare the meals. The wait time after ordering 1 medium fries and a Apple Pie is 33mins, which is horrendous and unheard of. The reason it’s not a 1, is Because the Manager and the Cashiers showed Great Customer Service skills on the Front Station Area. If you expect to wait about 10 mins for your order here, YOU MIGHT AS WELL DIE FIRST!!!!!!!!!!

Food is bad, service is average (at best) and the venue has tumble weeds with the amount of diners.

The services are fine but housekeeping needs to keep the bathrooms clean. It's disgusting. Dried- up blood and poop all over and under the seats and outside of the bowl. After finishing enjoying my meal there only throw it up in the bathroom because of the filthy condition. That's not good.

I'm being generous with the 2 stars but like my food was cold when I got it. Like the cheese on my burger wasn't even melted. This is not the first time its happened. The buns on my burger were also hard. Almost as if they were stale.

Food and cleanliness are good, Service however is horrid, been here a few times, last time as always there was such disorganized activity from ordering and waiting to be called which on average was 30 mins. Love my Burger King but the service at this location is simply unacceptable. The whole staff is long overdue for an overhaul, replace and start over with competent employees.

Very smokey, muggy had to leave door open for a few minutes while waiting for my order... once I tried to leave out the side door I ran into someone shooting up with a needle 💉

Don’t ever order from here on uber. I could have went back 3 times with the amount of time they take to make your order. Do you think they make the customers wait for 1 hour to get the food? They do it on purpose . They always mess up on your order. Forget about it. Manegment probably as ratchet as the area .

So I only come here as a last resort. I mean there has to be nothing else open for me to head to this particular BK. Sometimes staff are friendly but most of the time they have that F rating in back they are trying to beat. About 70% of the time they mess up my order or the food is sub par. I am really only interested when there is a new menu item cause they work hard to make sure it's up to standard the first few days to week. My advice head somewhere else fast.

The worst meal I've had from a fast food place since a very long time ago. A shame because I eat there in the morning almost every morning and it's a totally different experience. Very disappointed. Every time we go there is something wrong. We order drive thru. I know it is very hard to work under this pandemic but is it possible to get the right order. Something so simple. Most of the time no changes just the way is on the menu and they cannot get it right. We still want to give them another chance and it is close to my house but cannot get the order right. Usually vheck before I leave. When I dont check. Guess what??? Wrong order. Try to call them and no answer. How hard is it to grt the order. Please needs improvements.

I just got off the bus and the train from Virginia and had to use the bathroom and they wouldn’t allow me to use it unless I purchased something I don’t know in what ethical world where that’s allowed. That’s messed up I do not recommend coming here period.

Did my Grandson birthday there gave $30.00 deposit, plus I paid &50.00 fo extra 1/2 hour we decided to sent him away for his birthday they refuse to refund me , I said ok it was on the contract, but the &50.00 for extra hour is not part of the deposit !! They refuse to refund that too . So didn't want to argue and loose the 80.00 so I ended up doing the party, spent so much money on decorations plus something happened they called me they have no cake , I said thanks God I bought my own cake lol, finally day of the party !!! Everything was beautiful , but little time also there's was another party after us , need to rush a little , party includes hostess for the entire party, ice cream , and a happy meal , party starts at 2.30pm , I paid extra to get x 1/2hour , well I had to go to the window and ask for kids food cause it was 3:30pm waited like 20 minutes all she did walked in put food on one table and left , never gave kids the ice cream , I had to rushed and cut the cake , cause next party was coming I didn't even use their decorations or cake , Worse party ever !! Not mentioned I paid around 330.00 to Burger King ,never again

This Burger King is the worst I have seen I don't who the managers are or the general manager is but they need to be fired. Food is cold always it looks as if Children are running it. Burger was under cooked. The employees that work at the drive thru have poor communication skills, they always speak with a terrible attitude and very rude. Homeless people are always approaching the window of my vehicle asking for spare change, claiming that they need some money so that their able to buy something too eat, but then you offer too give'em something to eat and they don't want the food, they want the money. SMH.

Omg, this is terrible. I have been a loyal customer of this location for so many years. Tonight, we happened to break down at their parking lot. After a while in the car, while they were trying to repair it, my elderly mom started having to use the toilet really badly. She has bladder issues. They are down as closing at 11pm, but locked the doors at 10pm. I called and asked them if they could let my mom use the restroom and they said no. My mom can't walk well, either, so I then called back, let them know she is about 70 years old and literally BEGGED them to just let her use it. 5 minutes, that's all! They refused again. After a third call, they said they would allow her in. We waited until my mom couldn't stand anymore. They stood in there watching us and ignoring us. It took one breakdown to show us how heartless this establishment really is. Sending this to corporate and my local news channel as well. Absolutely deplorable and everyone should know it. This was on March 23, 2019. It is 10:25pm. Check your staff! The manager, Miriam, was completely heartless.

They were very rude and made me cry. I am a disabled person. And it was fine if you are doing your job but you don't need to be heartless 💔 and mean about it. I didn't make your career choice. I needed to use the bathroom and they made me feel worthless and it wasn't right! It was the manager and the person working on the clock at approximately 3:43pm on June 22 2020.

It was horrible!!!! Since it's always crowded they thought they'd do something to speed it up. They now want you to order from a kiosk and then pay at the register.... why not just place my order and pay at the same time. Why should I have to wait on 3 different lines before finally getting my food??? 0 stars of I could have.

I ordered from here on uber eats just now I ordered a meal with a drink and a drink on the side and you didn’t send either drink.. you literally didn’t include any drinks I ordered.. what’s wrong with you? The receipt literally shows both drinks.

Customer service is terrible. You wait forever to order and receive your food.95% of the time your order is wrong or not as you've requested. The entire staff barely speaks English and is a bunch of teenage girls playing around and always have tons of Male non workers in the restaurant with them.

The fries where absolutely disgusting. They were undercooked and cold!!!! It took a very long time to receive our food.My two daughters were waiting for the bathroom, one is only 3 and was saying she couldn't hold it and I swear they made us wait for like 10'min. One of the girls even had the nerve to give me such a horrible attitude! I literally wasted $71.75 on fast food with one of the worst experiences of my life. The girl who took my order was sweet. Great customer service but the other girl should find another job. Her customer service skills were horrible. I purchased a meal through the Burger King app for pick up. I arrive to this particular location at 521 East 149th street to an inactive, lack luster and attitude driven staff, including the manager. I first speak to the drive through attendant. She informs me the order was "never made" and did not show in the system, I show her my order details on their app and she walks away from me. I then speak to the associate behind the register and she informs me that I would have to speak to the manager and that the manager is outside; as if to hint that I the customer should go outside and get the manager myself (hilarious). The manager then comes into the location. I again tell her my situation, hand her my cell phone, show her the order details on their Burger King app. When I inform her that the order came with cheese she gives me more attitude. Once a customer hands you their phone, is on your app with order details, that "manager" or lack there of should always take care of their locations customers especially when your location has zero lines/customers in the store at the time. A simple mobile order turned into a complex situation because lack of training, customer service and yet again personal attitudes. A staff often takes on their managers personality and it shows they are a horrible representation of Burger King as a fast food chain. If you don't want to represent Burger King you should have never applied and accepted the job.

If you can avoid this location, please do yourself the favor and do so. I went there and used the kiosk to place my order, and no ticket came out. I then brought it to the young lady’s attention behind the counter and she “ no problem just listen for your name to be called. I then waited twenty minutes, and asked what happened to my order. The manager looked at the screen which was right behind him and the young lady and told me “oh we don’t have an order for you”. I said are you kidding me she just told too listen for my name and now you have nothing for me. So please do yourself a favor and never spend your money at this location.

This is strictly based on the atmosphere and the delivery truck service for the Burger King establishment. i’m walking to the convenience store passing the drive-through into Burger King a truck as you can see in the picture is coming towards me. They didn’t honk. They didn’t inform themselves. They just proceeded to drive towards me. I had to jump out of the way so that I wouldn’t get run over by the truck. The truck driver proceeded to laugh, as if it was a funny joke happening. I would like to report this. I already did to the police. I also would like to make a public review on the matters. these truck drivers have lack of humanity for a human being walking to the store. I want to inform Burger King if this is how your truck drivers treat pedestrians while they’re delivering to your establishment I think they should be fired.

Very overpriced and the food sucks.This is probably the absolute worst burger king on the planet. I ordered a sausage egg croissant meal with no cheese and I received a croissant with a dry razor thin flavorless patty and no egg. Of course this was at the drive through and I didn't have time to come back. Cashier couldn't print a receipt for some reason because the machine was down and I didn't get what I paid for.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION, especially if you can help it! Just ordered food for pickup from here, maybe an hour ago and their customer service is garbage as well as the food now. I used to love this spot, ate from since since I was a child. But not their employees have poor service skills and the place is unclean. Why did I find some kind of LINT on/in my food?!? I've tried to give the benefit of the doubt to this location since their renovations. However, I'm drawing a line here, there shouldn't be LINT or garbage on my or anyone's food.

8:30 pm and there’s barely anyone in the building, yet the wait time is over 20 minutes for an order. Short staffed and franchises unwilling to pay the $15 an hour for appropriate staff. I came to this particular location for a quick bite to eat. I will say that the food itself is okay. Now for the cons. The onion rings were hard and the oil tasted like it hasn't been changed in weeks. My mother got sick when she ate a few so I wondered if I'm going to meet the same fate. Their drive-thru window menu was barely lit so I couldn't make out some of the content. The employee that took my order had a heavy accent which makes it difficult to understand. I have nothing against them nor meant any disrespect. It's just that the employees were very unprofessional in which they told us to stay by the first window where you pay and when they were ready, motioned us to the second window in which they claim it was "fast service". I find it very dishonest and very shameful to the management themselves. Not only that, I watched as they became chatterboxes and it caused them to be distracted which explains how the food we got lost their quality. I love Burger King but not this location. Save yourselves and don't come here. You're better off at another location.
