I recently had an experience with one of your employees, Michael, that truly impressed me. When I called to place an order, Michael answered the phone with such politeness, humor, and enthusiasm that it immediately stood out. After giving him my address, it turned out I was outside the usual delivery area. However, Michael went above and beyond, saying it was no problem and personally delivering my order himself. He made sure every request I had was met, from ensuring the pizza was crispy to preparing the sausage and peppers perfectly. What really struck me was how rare it is to find this level of customer service in the Bronx. Many places seem to take their customers for granted, assuming that just because they’re there, people will order from them. Michael, however, exemplified that customer service should be a priority, regardless of the neighborhood or ZIP Code. It’s crucial that businesses in the Bronx offer quality service and food that respects the value of the customer’s dollar. Unfortunately, this has become less common, but your pizzeria clearly understands its importance. Michael is a remarkable person, and I believe he will do great things within your company. I deeply appreciate the effort he put in to make sure my experience was outstanding, even going out of his way to deliver my order outside the usual delivery area. Keep up the great work!

Best Pizzeria in NYC by far. Cant take a trip there without stopping by Capri. The chicken bacon ranch and the Sicilian are a must have. The service is also fantastic. If your looking for a quick bite they’ll get you in and out in no time.

This was the most bomb pizza I have ever had in my life. From the serivice to the atmosphere it is hands down the best pizzeria in NYC. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a good slice!

Old school pizza shop. Nothing jazzy about the Decor, but the gentleman who answered the phone was clearly understood and professional. But the lasagna pizza they made for me was CHEF'S KISS I TELL YA!

The counter person was very friendly I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, they didn’t have any ready so he made one out of a cheese slice he put so much buffalo sauce on it I can barely eat my slice I ended up throwing it away. Their chocolate chip cookies are delicious. The service was fast even though they had a lot of customers

Nice spot for a slice. In town visiting family and this was one of the neighboring food locations. It was raining at the time, so I didn't feel like walking around searching too much, so I decided to give this spot a try. Must admit the pizza was pretty good especially after walking back in the rain The garlic cheese bread was the real star of the show and they even got my wife's seal of approval after she had a taste. Overall, there are no complaints and a decent price as well.

Decent Pizza overall. Decent size for $3. Good ratio of cheese and sauce, you get your money's worth. Exceptionally oily though. Good crust flavor, Flavor is slightly more Spanish than Italian but still tastes good. I give it an 82.

This is my local pizza shop, I love to order from them. The pizza is always hot when it arrives and they have beer. There's nothing like having a cold beer on a hot day with a slice of pizza. The service is nice and friendly. They have other meals that are delicious. It is close by just downstairs from me. Once a month is pizza night. Great community shop.

The pizza can be hit or miss. It depends on the day you go. It can be very oily and even the customer service is not the best. The regulars get more attention than the people who just come off the street.

I have never seen in a hero sandwich, sausage and peppers with sauce. Yes, I’ve seen it in other things mixed with like a full type, but not in a hero people if you can’t cook, don’t cook at all.

You have to be kidding me. Someone told me a long time ago not to order from here because the Quality of food has declined in the last 10-15 years. However I was at a friends house who ordered pizza and it was actually really good so I decided today to give them a chance and order some baked ziti. The ordering process was smooth but when I received it it was just pasta with cheese melted on top. Now everyone knows baked ziti has ricotta cheese in it. So I called to double check if this is what I ordered. The guy said that ricotta is an extra $2 but never said that over the phone. Then proceeded to talk down to me and say the reason why he never offered that option is because when he order something he knows what he’s ordering. Is that OK to talk to customers like that? So I asked him to redeliver what I wanted, paid the $2 difference and there’s absolutely no flavor in this pasta. I’m disgusted and will never be ordering from here again.
