Rating: Dave & Buster's is such a fun place for both kids and adults! The food is tasty, the drinks are great, and there are tons of arcade games to enjoy. It's perfect for birthdays, date nights, or just hanging out with friends. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place had a lively atmosphere. Definitely recommend it if you want a mix of food, fun, and games!

My wife, brother and I took my kids for my son's birthday. It was a Thursday. Not crowded at all!!! The food was great! Try the breaded cauliflower!!! Even my PICKY eater loved it! Obviously the games were awesome!!!!!! The staff was great we had one issue with a game and they addressed it immediately. I would definitely recommend and be returning in the future!

Your child or inner child will love this place!! Games galore to play!! All games worked. Clean restrooms, plenty of areas to eat, nice bar, football and sports to watch. Nice gifting area to decide what to get with your rewards. We truly enjoyed the time here with our granddaughter. She enjoyed the crispy chicken; we enjoy Coors Light draught for $3.99.

Wow so lucky to have this venue conveniently located in the Bronx free parking across from the a strip mall. The staff is always helpful and provided valuable I information regarding the diffrent deals. My granddaughter loves this location. We almost always close it down. I feel safe and allow her to enjoy her space when we have play dates. If you want to make memorable memories ✨️ this is the spot!

We went on an early Sunday afternoon around 1pm and it was the perfect timing. There was barely anyone there and the kids were able to play without having to wait for any games. We were there for two hours and sat down to eat. We purchased the power play cards with the meal and it was worth it. Food was okay. Had the classic goldfingers with fries. One of the chicken tenders were nice and big while the other was thinner and smaller. Size was definitely not consistent. We also had the Dave’s Double Cheeseburger and that was good. Order it medium and it was perfect. Kids enjoyed the food and then we upgraded to the unlimited game play cards for $59.99. Overall the kids enjoyed their time while we watched the games on the screens.

-excellent entertainment for kids and adults are like as there is a large variety of video games as well as mechanical action games (i really enjoyed top gun maverick game as you can see with it's large 4 screens and two player action) -the food that was served here was generic fried food such as fried chicken french fries pizza bread and crusted hotdog and a basic pretzel -i do wish that they had arcade games spanning different generations, from streetfighter 2, mortal kombat, double dragon, outrun, hang-on, gauntlet, after burner, r-type, ghosts 'n goblins, arkanoid, rastan, shinobi, rygar, marvel vs. capcom 2 (a perennial arcade favorite even 25 years later!), NBA jam, NFL blitz, bottom of the 9th, r.b.i baseball, a neo geo cabinet with games such as metal slug, fatal fury, king of the monsters, ghost pilots, and so on but most of it was recent commercial stuff, not something that was super popular in its heyday, because older adults would've really enjoyed and appreciated that. i went into detail on this point because this place is centered around video games and then the sports bar second because it's mostly for kids, i would say, as you can watch sports at any bar, but you cannot enjoy such a huge amount of arcade video games at any location anymore in this country other than a place like Dave & Buster's which is very rare to come by. ideally, they would have a small cordoned-off section on the main floor for these arcade hits of their time, and that would easily invite adults of the past generations to come and visit. -did i mention how much I lovedthe top gun maverick arcade game at this location? ;)

Very friendly staff. Our server Sheree was super helpful, attentive and friendly. There was also a young man who periodically passed by making sure the guests were fine… there was also no feelings of being made to rush. Plus the food was ok and drinks were great! I’d definitely bring my grandson back.

This place was pretty cool. I went here on a date and had a pretty good time. There were like two games that kind of took our coins but the rest of them were great. Stayed for like two hours and got the $65 dollar card for 2 people. The drinks were ok but way too much ice and the cranberry had an almost box flavor meaning tasted like it came from a box lol. I only had one drink. Good vibes though. Parking was great.

Cool spot to play arcade games and staff was nice. My only issue was that it was pretty hot in there. Not much AC all around since I got sweaty pretty quickly without even playing DDR. Some games stole my credit, which was pretty annoying. About 2-3 games stole my credit and I had to press my card more than once so beware about some games doing that and let the staff help you.

We visited on a weekday evening, may have also been a holiday if I recall. Arrived in time for happy hour, though waited nearly 20 minutes to be seated, which was odd since that hadn't happened on prior visits. In any event, we were about 15 mins past happy hr once seated, and the manager was kind enough to honor our request to order from the happy hr menu given our wait time. The exchange was appreciated because there was no negative back & forth, and our gentleman server was very kind. We chose the eat & play, which I think it's called; dined 1st and played games thereafter. The atmosphere was clean, we enjoyed the multiview big screens and the energy within the place. Positive experience.

The food is...not it. Pile of nachos was certainly a pile, carelessly thrown in a bowl and coated in what they called queso but frankly tasted like melted American cheese and topped with what was definitely pre-cooked chicken breast. The boneless Asian wings were a little better, but not much; they were very salty and tasted kinda old. Long Island iced tea was tasty but pricey. The staff were all fine, certainly pleasant enough and definitely not getting paid enough to deal with the Chaos of Saturday night. The arcade itself was also fine; if you don't have kids I would recommend a slower evening than a Friday or Saturday.

Games are fun and only sightly ridged (as expected). Putting points on your play card gets a little pricey but provides a nice 40-60 minutes of game play. Prizes are lackluster and the good ones are completely unattainable unless you make multiple trips.

Came here to celebrate a friend's birthday. Our waitress was really nice and checked up on us often. The food was good. The seating area to eat and drink is pretty cramped though. They have a good variety of arcade games.

This place was great place few years ago. It was the place to hang out and have the kids play while you chill type of place. But recently they change how they do things and some of the people at the reception to sit you are very rude. Well I get the idea of you getting busier and have to spread your tables but make sure to treat people nice and equal. The service is definitely not worth going there anymore.

The place is clean and lots of games to play. Some games did not work and just ate our tokens but was still a fun time. As for the service the staff was so inattentive for a non busy day and the bar staff try’s to get one over on you. 2 different bartenders charged me $12 for a corona and when I sat at a table and order one I was charged 7.50. They try to pocket the extra cash and then are just rude about it!

Title: Disappointing Experience at Dave & Buster's in Pelham Manor My visit to Dave & Buster's in Pelham Manor left much to be desired. As we arrived at the desk to check in, we were met with a disappointing lack of customer service. It took a frustrating 17 minutes before we were even acknowledged. We had high hopes for a pleasant experience as we were there to celebrate a graduation with our kids on a weekday, June 20th, at 3 pm in an attempt to avoid the crowds. Despite the low crowd, the service did not improve. It took an additional 35 minutes before we were finally seated, and then another 20-25 minutes before our order was taken. The drinks we ordered - lemonade, ginger ale, and Coke - were subpar, with the lemonade being particularly bitter and not to the liking of the kids. The chicken Parmesan dish was a disappointment, with minuscule portions of pasta and chewy, unappetizing chicken. However, the chicken Alfredo that I ordered was enjoyable and something I would consider having again. Fortunately, the kids found solace in their burgers, fries, chicken tenders, and pizza, which they seemed to enjoy. The atmosphere, as anticipated, was loud and bustling, typical of a place like Dave & Buster's. The final blow to our experience was the extensive wait for the check, with an additional 30-40 minutes passing before we could settle the bill. Regrettably, the overall experience fell short of our expectations, and we have decided that we will not be returning to this location in the future.

The service was nonexistent. My party & I were sat down & for atleast 25 minutes a server never came to give us drinks nor take our order so we left.

They should close this location the service is not good anymore wait time for food is long, servers act like you're bothering them when you're ordering food. Keep the arcade get rid of the food.

Let me start by saying if I could give this review no stars I would. My boyfriend and I went here for a fun date night. We waited almost 20 minutes till someone asked were we being helped which I answered no and they went to get someone to assist us with ordering. We both wanted steak for dinner, when the waiter finally came to take our order he let us know the kitchen was all out of steak. He told us he’ll give us a little more time to figure out our order. We he finally came back I told him my order which he then said the kitchen was out of ribs as well. He told us for a second time he’ll give us a little more time to get our order together. Instead of introducing himself from the initial meet and greet and letting us know all the things the kitchen was out of he had us waste time looking over the menu again and again. Horrible service. When we did get the food it was terrible. I ordered the pepperoni flatbread which my pepperoni was burnt to a crisp. We had to ask someone for napkins because we were never given anything. There were knats all around the table. As you can see one is on the wing More than half the games were down. A major let down after the disappointment from dinner. it was such a let down for a fun date night.

My mom and I went there yesterday for a birthday party for a family friend and got there at 2pm. The party manager didn't get her name, so we had to wait. My mom, her friend, and I had a drink at the bar. We are both on scooters, so we were like, okay, let's wait. She said she would come back, but never did. So the bartender walked us to the party room, and there were people already there. The kids ate first, but we didn't get menus until 3:00pm. EDIT: I don't know who messaged my family friend and that we didn't tip but your associates had us waiting and hour and half for food and did not respond when we asked them questions. This is not great for you business! We ordered the smokehouse deal, I believe that's what it's called, but it didn't come until 3:45 pm, no apologies or anything. I ordered sliders and fries, but they didn't arrive until 4:30pm. The party manager dared to ask us to fill out a survey and was shocked when she didn't get a tip, and she talked about what happened.

Let me just start with saying I won't come back. The food was horrible. Was not worth it. Better to go to wendys around the corner and you know what your getting. Front staff needs more training on what this place offers people when coming in. Most of the time unlimited games machines you have to wait 2 or 3 minutes after you play so basically 20 to 30 games an hours I guess. I dont care about the tickets but waiting for an unlimited card is diabolical for a 8 year old. The bathrooms were very clean and stocked. This place was not was it was 5 years ago. I guess it needs an updated food menu and some changes until then I won't be coming here agian. Spend a bit to not have a great time..
