Marina View Restaurant & Tiki Bar

GREAT food, true Italian style, and excellent service. We've been to every incarnation of this space, with its 180* water views, in the past 20 yrs and there have been many, but this is the best by far. I pray they survive the pandemic and thrive, because they deserve it. YUMMMM.

New owner has done a great job: delicious Italian, creative appetizers and very reasonably priced. Can’t as for more. My combo scallapini (shrimp and chicken) was fantastic- large portion too. The clams oreganato appetizer was deliciously seasoned

As a native New Rochellean, making a return visit with a dear friend, we stumbled upon this wonderful dining experience. The staff was excellent, food was beyond excellent. It was a perfect luncheon experience and we will return again, soon.

This is the sister restaurant to" Calabria Mia" on central ave.Yonkers. food was great, service excellent. It's not visible from the street, hard to find, very dark at night. It's at the very end of Drake st. In New Rochelle, on the harbor. The location is a draw back, but if go it's worth the trip.

I see no reason to give anything other than 5 stars...beautiful view, inside and outside, great food, friend and efficient service!

Needed a spot for a large group for lunch and Marina View was great. Everyone loved their food, the staff was super attentive and friendly, and the views on all three sides were amazing!

Met some friends for Brunch and it was better than I expected. The place is nice and cozy. The waiter Alfonso was pleasant and very informative about the dishes. Can't say enough about the food. Everything we ordered was delicious. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back.

We booked a private graduation celebration for 30-ish here and could NOT have been happier. They offered a fixed-price menu of two appetizers, a salad, a pasta course, and a choice of 2 chicken and 1 fish dish, plus a possible upgrade to a steak. The staff was very attentive, the food delicious, and a great view of the water.

This is a random marina bar that is open during the day on weekends. There are others on the New Ro waterfront but they're closed during the day for some reason. This place gets 5 stars for that reason alone. The nautical-themed restaurant upstairs is welcoming with great ambiance and a bit of a view. A decent hidden gem.

The food was very tasty. The chicken scarp wasn't spicy but was flavorful. The restaurant is a cute spot, looks like it would be good for families with kids, it's got a relaxed atmosphere. Service was a bit slow but the server was nice (and the only one working).

This hidden gem should be on your next place to visit. The service was good and the food was excellent. They have this garlicky cream sauce that is amazing. It's great for families and couples. Free easy parking. Always a plus especially for New Rochelle . For all the people coming from city, if you liked South street seaport you will love this place.

Small place with great views. This place is located directly in the marina with great water views. It's on the second floor and the main dining area is covered in windows, so there's never a bad view in the house. They have a big bar and have approximately 10-15 tables. The food is very good. Staff is friendly and attentive. Go for the views. Stay for the food and drink.

We had an early dinner at Marina View restaurant today. The food was excellent and our server, Alfonzo, was the best. We had filet of sole, veal sorrentino and the shrimp and spinach crepe. Everything was delicious and the marina views are so beautiful!

What can I not say? This place is magnificent, real romantic atmosphere rite over seeing the water the seafood delicious to die for the service outstanding my glass was never left. Empty very prompt. I just found this place and went with a friend of mine and I loved it. The waiter was extremely attentive. All of the food we got was delicious and we had a beautiful view! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Beautiful bar and dining areas with an exceptional view. Servers are friendly and excellent and the seafood and Italian entrees are very good. In the summer this place hops but, go in the winter if you want a relaxing lunch, brunch or evening dinner.

We just had a grad party for my daughter, and it was perfect as well as promised. There was no hassle or drama dealing with Mike, and that was delightful! It's a great place for smaller parties with nice views.

OMG! This restaurant turned hands and now it is a lot more affordable. Staff, chef and owners are cool people. Food is amazing! Highly recommend it. They have good red wine. It also over looks the water.

I was celebrating my 49th Birthday and one year of fighting Cancer. Michael was so understanding of my situation and Got a whole room for me and my guess. The staff was attentive pleasant and on their feet. There was little to know wait and if something wasn't right they help to rectify it and give suggestions. It's wonderful when you can get great service with good food.

Delightful evening on the sea...service was good fir being understaffed...everyone pitches in. Pasta dishes were tasty...only issue we had l was the music...rock radio station???? Really??? Some yacht rock or chill Spotify would be ever so much better.

The food was good, but the view was better. Our server was super nice and attentive. We went on a Monday and had the whole upper deck to ourselves, which was very romantic.

We attended a 75th birthday party for my Aunt on 5/13/2023. Our party was quite small, around (25). The service was very good and the staff was knowledgable regarding the menu. We started with Mozzarella Caprese and fresh, large Calamari that were simply deliciously prepared. The Calamari was accompanied with a fresh light marinara sauce that topped off the appeziter wonderfully. We then proceeded with a pasta dish served in a silky tomato, basil and pancetta sauce. The pasta was prepared al dente and was a nice sized portion. Finally, the entree! I had chose the Veal Saltimbocca, prepared in a fresh light lemon, butter and garlic sauce accompanied with fresh green beans and roasted potatoes. You did not even require a knife to cut the veal as a fork was all you required to enjoy this dish. Overall, I give the Marina View Restaurant and Tiki Bar four in a half stars. The service was very good, the Peroni and Stella's were ice cold and ambience was great. A wonderful spot to stop with the family for an enjoyable lunch or dinner. The location on the water can not be beaten as you can watch the boats cruise in and out of the marina while you enjoy time with your family and friends. I would defintely not pass this restaurant up, enjoy!

I came to this restaurant at the right time. Just before the Sunset. I sat outside looking over the yacht harbor. I had prosecco and oyster cocktail in an absolutely gorgeous setting. The food was not mindblowing but pretty good. After the Sunset, it gets chilly so it's a good idea to bring an extra jacket if you dine outside.

I visited this place in the past (a hot woman and a cold beer). Naturally it was "fantastic". Couldn't tell what my meal consisted of!!!! However, this time I had stuffed class, shrimp scampi and flounder. None of which were very appetizing. All frozen....reheated. Now.....I like the place..food not so much. Service was excellent. Friendly, accommodating, and attentive.

We had a 60th birthday party here. It's a gear venue for a gathering or celebration. The view is so pretty.

It was okay went for Mother’s Day brunch 3 people. I had lipstick from someone else on my tea cup so I didn’t drink anything after that and I got waffles for 16 dollars and they looked like eggo waffles not Belgian waffles. Overall I probably will not go back. It was very eh

The inside wasn’t really as nice as the photos- we had good cocktails however the oysters we ordered had broken shell pieces in all 12, we went around 3:30pm and the restaurant was empty except 2 seated tables and they told us they had reservations so we had to sit at the bar… however a couple came in 30 minutes after us also did not have a reservation but they were sat by a window table? We were at the bar for over 2 hours before we left and no one came to any other of the “reserved” tables …? Bartender was very nice though.

Bait and Switch! Sent my assistant out to get a lobster roll. Never again, if you want a real lobster roll .. then skip this place... they try to fool you with intimation crab.. the worst! To top it off, the third party company grubhub decided that the bait and switch was ok. shame on both parties. 2ww1

I've gone to this place over many years and numerous owners. I'm sad to say I won't be returning. I have NEVER felt more uncomfortable and unwelcome. My friend and I walked in on a sunny afternoon looking forward to dining on the deck. The bartender/ server not only refused to greet us but stood several seconds just staring at us. We were both dressed appropriately so it was odd. There was such tension that another patron tried to break the ice and greet us. We get to our 5able on deck and sit down only to discover the chairs were soaking wet. Puddles! We were told we should have looked for water before choosing to dine outside. Really? We each ordered a drink to start. My friend eventually had to go inside to get the drinks so we could serve ourselves. Never had the chance to eat because it was made abundantly clear our presence was a nuisance. By far the least pleasurable experience I've had in ANY restaurant. It's a shame because it's a local place I frequented for years. I suggest you steer clear until it changes hands again.

The owner is the worst ever, been to this place numerous times, too bad the view is great. The poor chef was basically alone, was not busy and we waited close to 45 minutes for our basic food. The owner sat on his behind did not move to see or help anyone, when we received what we ordered, my friend mentioned his fish was not cooked good, someone told the owner he said too bad there are other restaurants.

I do not understand the positive reviews at all! I made reservations for 12 noon the day before. Online info has the restaurant open at noon on Sunday for brunch or regular menu. We arrived at noon and walked into the restaurant finding a man washing the floor who told us they were not open yet. He got a cook who said that the bar tender and wait staff were not there yet. She offered for us to have a seat outside on the terrace. That staff was on the way. Finally a waiter came. No one else was in the restaurant still. Now it's about 12:15. We got water and a glass of wine. No napking or flatware. I got a cup of soup...not great unfortunately, and friend got the burger. (Interesting that the price for the same burger was $5 more on the brunch menu) I ordered the sliders. They were barely cooked! I couldn't eat them. Her burger was "tasteless". Her fries were dripping in oil and very unappetizing! There was zero checking up on us by wait staff until we were done. Still no flatware! It was bizarre! I do not recommend!

was looking for a beautiful spot for a bridal shower and found this location. spoke to the owner, he penciled me in for a specific date, time and menu. i visited the location and thought it would be perfect. contacted the owner again two days after the initial call and he had no idea who i was. this lapse of memory continued with every call. He never remembered who i was, what date i was locking in, or what it was for. I wasnt comfortable doing business with someone who had bad business ethics or a horrible memory. So i moved on to my plan B. and i am so glad i did.

- service: the waitress was rude. - pricing: very overpriced for the quality of the food. - food: the food itself was OK, but not nearly as good to justify the price. For example, 16 dollars for 3 crab cakes. And I could barely taste the crab. It tasted like it had mostly filler. - also, they forgot about our appetizer.
