As far as Dunkin Donuts go, the one in New Rochelle is the best I have been in. They aren't big, but the staff are welcoming and attentive and they know their regular customers.

Usually have been good but whoever you have working there now continues to put about a quarter size worth of cream cheese on all bagels. Not even an exaggeration, imagine picking up cream cheese with a quarter and spreading it on your bagel. Its happened about 4 times now in a month.

This Dunkin' Donuts simply gets the job done. Realistically, this is a fast food chain restaurant, nothing special about it. It is a nice clean, efficient Dunkin' Donuts and I never have any complaints.

Whenever I had craving for a sweet snack you can bet I simply stopped by Dunkin Donuts. The Main Street on New Rochelle had so many options for quick food but one place I always felt comfortable walking into was definitely this place. Per my observation it was a scene for people between the ages of 15 to 30. Not too many large families passed through here. They had a small sized parking lot right outside as well as one on the hill behind them. Because I happened to enter their establishment around the same time each time I happened to always meet several donuts warm on the rack and ready. One of their tastiest products is the Chicken Snack N' Go. I think DD should do more to promote this item and I would recommend that everyone try it since it's not very expensive.

There are interesting differences between DD spots. i think this DD consistently has the best variety in New Rochelle. If I'm grabbing dozens of donuts for work, this is my stop. One thing to watch for. DDs has separated specialty donuts into price tiers in the last year or so. I don't have a problem with this, There are a few specialty donuts each year that I wish were year round. I don't mind paying more for some. However, when I've placed online orders I realized the donut prices here were higher than other DD in town. I've seen them go up and down compared to other locations. Maybe they were seeing if they could raise prices. But be conscious of the donut prices when you go to DD--they may actually be cheaper in a DD a mile away. Other than that the food is always done right. Coffee is good. I get decaf, even in early morning when almost no one does, and they will ask if I'm willing to wait for a fresh pot to be made. Lines move quickly. At other N.R. DDs hot coffee is way too hot to drink (with cream). I have to leave the top off and I'm blowing on it to take tiny sip that threatens to scald my mouth. If I'm grabbing something before driving to work, this means I eat my breakfast in the car, then somewhere along my commute (15+ minutes later) I can start drinking my no-longer-scalding coffee. This DD has a lower temp coffee. I can actually drink my coffee with what I'm eating. Which is actually quite nice and the way it should be. So if I'm doing the grab-a-breakfast before commute, this is my DD of choice. I always park in the upper lot as the bottom only has 4 spots and people can be dumb about getting in and out. Most of the time, the employees here don't throw the wax paper sheet that they grab the donuts with into the bag. The slip of waxed paper is like a glove. One side has all the GERMS from their hands. The other touches the food. If the employee throws the sheet in the bag with the last donut (instead of the trash), it is like pulling a glove off and disposing of it in my food bag. This is a popular thing in N.R.DDs. When I grab your sheet to pull it off my food, I'm getting your germs on my hands. Not to mention your germs probably rubbed on the inside of the bag, where they can then rub onto my food. I've had an employee say that customers complain if they don't give them the sheet. Would you spit on the food if a customer was into that sort of thing? either you understand health codes and food handling or you don't. The customer can't require you to violate health codes. Let the pick it up with a napkin. LOL Most of the time, the people do it properly here. But I've had some revert. Honestly I think it is because they see this behavior at the other DDs where they ALWAYS do this.

It's always lack luster at this location. It always takes forever to get your food either due to college and high-school kids or the staff is just slow. Front parking area isn't to safe and I think it's miss spaced. Says 6 cars should be 4 for reversal purposes. However their Bacon is always on point. Snacking bacon or bacon egg and cheese. I just hate waiting 10 to 15 mins for it

I tried out their new mobile ordering. It is much quicker to order this way. The problem i have is i ordered an iced coffee and i drove away without tasting it first. It tasted strongly of soap. I had to throw it out. When i stopped at the next closest Dunkin they made another one but insisted on charging me again.

Ordered a toasted bagel with cream Cheese. Bagel was hardly toasted. Very dissatisfied. Stay away.

This location when you ask for a coffee dark it comes out almost all milk when you ask them to correct their error they state they have to charge you more money and they argue with you not an isolated incident even the manager stands behind this now I am a former customer

Unbelievable!! I ordered the $6 meal and I chose "Not Toasted" croissant for my sandwich. They had the audacity to actually not even cook the bacon and not heat up the egg. When I took a bite it was fridge cold and even the cheese was stiff cold. That's how i noticed I was given and uncooked/ not heated up sandwich. If I get sick, I will sue this freaking place!! I need to reach corporate for this.

I went to dunkin for a simple iced coffee. The staff was in the back on their phones, not attending to the line of people waiting. I ordered a coffee with milk. When I was given my drink the woman stated “I’m not sure if I used creamer instead of milk, can you try it?” I cannot have creamer. She did not offer to remake it or even say sorry. And the woman ahead of me wanted a medium and they had no medium cups so they gave her a large with not correct proportions. This dunkin gave me the “ick” of coffee and I will never support this new rochelle spot again. So dirty and unprofessional.

Love dunkin but this location is always dirty and always has a line/wait even when your order mobile. They definitely cater to the iona kids first too I ordered a drink on mobile drove from my house in Pelham to dunkin in New rochelle and took a call in my car what said would be ready in 8 mins wasn't ready 24 mins later because instead of going in time order or even making easiest/quickest first if they want to go out of order instead they took care of iona volleyball team breakfast and drink orders who had arrived while I was in my car on my phone (clearly way after my mobile order was entered) after all that my order was wrong n I had to get a refund

I've been here a couple of times and had excellent service, but what had happened to me today was outrageous. I ordered a donut and ice-coffee and the cashier was fine, but the individuals working behind the counter were staring at me and pointing fingers. Then as more customers came behind me their order was fulfilled before mine. When no customers were waiting for orders, they finally asked for my order number on the receipt. When I took out the receipt to read the number the staff members walked away, before I could read the number and finally began to make my coffee. I worked in the service industry before and I know what it’s like to have a rush or a bad day, but this seemed to me as bullying from behind the counter.

This place changed, it's sloppy, Owner is rude, with no customer service. I asked him for a grape jelly for my daughter, he didn't even bother to look at me after I had to politely ask 3 times. Once he actually looked at me he tells me I had to pay for 1 jelly.. Ok Sir !! that's why your business will not thrive.
