The Calamari is to die for their pizza is delicious the buffalo wings are the best I literally travel about 5 or 6 train station just to get there it's wonderful I'll spend the $12 in the cab to get my large mushroom and ground beef pizza with calamari and buffalo wings you guys are the best keep up the good work

This pizza was delicious I live in Florida was visiting my daughter and grand daughter. I was craving a good pizza and I have to say that this pizza really was sooooo good from now on when I’m back to the Bronx I would order from this place for sure. 👍🏼

LOVE. Over the years, RTR has never let me down. I bring various dinner companions and it's always a success - young, old, intimate, casual, friends and family native to NY and from afar. It truly addresses the needs of a varied audience. It can be a romantic spot - make sure you get a booth - and it can be a business lunch, too (albeit noisier during the day). Fair warning, you know what you're headed for if you are trying to lunch during the children's teas on Saturday afternoons. Love the ambience, the service, the crowd. The food is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 - although it was a tough choice! The food is perfect, don't get me wrong. But nowadays people want modernity and fusion and fruit in the middle of their entrees and protein in their desserts - and RTR is not going to accommodate your new age palate. Midtiwnis full of restaurants willing to do that...go there instead.

D'Angelo's has the BEST PIZZA in this community. Their Margarita Pizza is EXCELLENT and the BEST in NYC ! Pasta dishes are good and the parmesan heroes are very good. Service is very good always.

Literally just ordered from here and the food is wonderful. I ordered the penne alle vodka, sauce is great. Also the cannolis are bomb. Will be ordering again.

I have never been inside of this restuarant yet, but I order from them a lot. They have the most absolutely delicious tasty pizza ever. I dont know what their secret ingredients are that they use, but it is to die for! The crust is always nice soft and tasty too. Two thumbs up and ten stars from me!.

At least once a week my boyfriend and I order the same thing, medium pizza with mushrooms and garlic. The pizza is consistently delicious and the delivery is very fast. Glad to have found a good neighborhood spot when the area is so sparse of options.

I very seldomly write reviews, but after ordering pizza from them last night I have to say that this pizza was really good. I will be ordering from here again. And the prices were not bad. Fast delivery service as well.

I ordered 2 Pizzas <1 peperoni, 1 broccoli with mixed peppers and chicken> Buffalo wings and a Fettucine Alla Montecarlo from the Slice App as my first time order. First thing, the buffalo wings, BOMB!!!! The wings are obviously not the cheap ones cuz THEY'RE HUGE. Big plus for the wings. The pizzas were really good. Crust was crispy yet soft, not too thin, not too thick. They were both great, however i did ask for green peppers only instead of mixed peppers. I assume the peppers are already pre-mixed and can be a hassle to seperate green from the rest, but still, we love green peppers on pizza, not mixed peppers. All good though, i was very satisfied with them< the pizzas> Last but not least, the Fettucine Alla Montecarlo....it was good. I work in the restaurant business for 20 years, and i was raised by a chef <my pops> and i know what broccoli rabe tastes like. However, this rabe was way too bitter < maybe because of the rabe leaves> the shrimp was overcooked but the pasta tasted really good in the olive oil and garlic prep. I would recommend to have that dish made with broccoli instead of rabe, or if done with rabe, to remove the leaves of the rabe and have the florets only. The leaves is what might have added the strong bitterness taste. Overall 4 star. I recommend D'angelo Pizerria & Restaurant. I live very close to this spot but, never gave them a try, and i've lived here for about 10 years! lol I'm not a fan of the local restaurants in my neighborhood. I was searching for a new spot to order from....i was looking for a good gyro spot and a good pasta spot. Very very good so far. the gyros are excellent...especially the beef/lamb ones. The chicken parm and the ziti are great too. Also fair prices...nice portions. I hear very good reviews from family and friends about their next door taco spot...will be trying those next! I hear talk about no Italians there, but their pasta was so good they sure fooled me. lol I ordered from Toscas in East Tremont which is run by Italians and their pasta was HORRIBLE especially for what I payed! So, Italian, Mexican,Puerto Rican, Chinese...whateva THEY'RE GREAT Trust me I'm very picky! I'm also known for my cooking so for me to like some one elses food it gots to be good. ;)

I was underwhelmed by the reviews but decided to order anyway to give them a chance. They did arrive promptly but the delivery guy couldn't speak even a little English. The pepperoni pizza was just ok definitely had better even from Costco. Sorry 😞 the crust while could have been crisper had a nice flavor. The wings were a sure fail. Tasted like reheated old wings. Couldn't finish them. Such a shame was looking for a good pizza spot.

What happened to D'angelos pizza? I ordered a regular slice of pizza to go and got home to find it very dry and stale, it looked like it was sitting out for days. It was not fresh at all. It looked like their bread sticks. What a shame, it used to be so good. ☹️

I've been looking for a place that delivers near me and THIS PLACE ISN'T IT !! Pizza was delivered, it was barely warm and just a basic flavor. A 2 liter soda came with my order, they forgot it and tried to blame the driver... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE..KEEP LOOKING !!

Never have I had such a nasty slice of pizza. The crust was soggy due to the abundance of black olives placed all over the pie as well at the red and green peppers from a can. No evidence of sauce or flavor.

Me and my wife ordered food thinking that a Italian pizza shop would be a great place to get spaghetti and meatballs, boy was I wrong. The sauce was awful and the meatballs tasted uncooked. It actually tasted like a can of chief boyardi. NEVER AGAIN, FIRST AND LAST.

Waited 2 hrs for delivery I called gave the guy on the phone the address then they was confused and asked if I ordered on a app and I told them no I called in and was told the order been went out called 730 its 930 2 pies down the drain and a unhappy family 👎🏼

The pizza shop that use to be there before was the best pizza ever. I wish it was still Wilgando’s. They had sauce they made from scratch. It tasted like real pizza. Authentic Italian pizza the way it should be.
