I’m not really a fan of Pizza Hut but when I do order it I always order WELL DONE pepperoni personal pan pie with extra pepperoni. Unfortunately I ordered through GrubHub and in the notes I specifically put WELL DONE with extra pepp. & asked for blue cheese. They didn’t follow instructions and my pie wasn’t baked well done & there was a normal amount of pepperoni. I didn’t get to dip my boneless chicken into their dipping sauces. Luckily I had some blue cheese saved already, gotta always have a backup when you order delivery! Also I loved their cheesy sticks, not greasy at all and the perfect amount of cheese! The boneless wings were pretty good and perfect amount of Buffalo medium sauce! I would def like to come and order in person one day so I can get the pizza cooked the way I like it!

My experience has been, one which I order online, and pick up my pie in about 20 minutes. It is flawless. The customer service is lacking at time but overall solid. I can’t complain. I would suggest downloading the app, and ordering that way. It is a fantastic process.

Typical big box pizza. It was okay. Actually got order rite pizza shrunk for some reasons and very odd slice cuts. The cheese sticks one side more cooked than other no idea how that happnd.

The only thing I can say is quick delivery. Everything I got was cold, if you’re going to give left over pizza from the day at least heat it up and make sure the breadsticks are cooked fully through instead of throwing butter on top and tossing it in a bag. I shouldn’t have to reheat the food.

Probably the worst pizza i ever ate. I ordered with extra cheese, they didn't even care to put it. The crust was flavorless, hard and chewy. The slices where paper thin, almost no cheese or sauce. It was the worst pizza experience i ever had in my life.

i placed a order for pickup on the phone and i was waiting for the order and after 15 minutes i went inside to get my order and comes to find out the person I was on the phone with didn’t even place my order in the system and didn’t even say sorry and KIANA is the rudest employee inside this pizza hut do not order from here they have kids working here and very unprofessional

Had me waiting for 30 mins while she gave everyone else their order. Mine was just 2 items. The food was subpar at best, I got a crafted flatzz pizza, that thang was flat ash! Now I know it's supposed to be flat, but there was no substance to it, & no cheese on it! It was too flat! I also got cheese sticks nothing but breading! Also no cheese on it either! One marinara sauce for all that bread...No cheese on anything I bought! Like what? Waste of money! I used to swear by Pizza Hut! Pizza Hut is trash now! At least this location is! Also there was only 1 person working in that establishment!? Why? She's doing everything including skimping out on people's orders like mine !

This is the very first time that I got to pick up a carry out at this location. By the time of picking it and taking the train back home, once I opened the box, it was a very awful made pizza without the specified ingredients - and instead of having being made with the hands, it was made with the feet - as we say in Dominican Republic. The way on how it was made was on a very awkward manner - where you would’ve seen a slice with only a piece of pepperoni, then another one with 2 and the other one with 3 & etc. I really encourage anyone to avoid coming here and instead, order a delivery from another location that doesn’t be this one.

I don’t ever leave a review. But I’m extremely disappointed to have received my pizzas not only burnt but smooshed. Called customer service twice and was just put on hold for over 20 minutes. Wasted my time and money.

On June 11th at 2:30 pm I placed an online order for 2 Large 1-topping pizzas and 3 orders of bread sticks. What I got delivered was something that looked like it fell on the floor and got trampled by kids leaving school for summer break. A starving ninja turtle wouldn't have eaten it even if he was getting free pizza for life. I don't know what was worse the pizza or the delivery guys attitude towards it? He acted as if he was doing me a favor and how I should be greatful to even be getting the pizza. When I told him I was going to complain about the delivery, he laughed and said "Go ahead."

The Worst, I waited close to 8 minutes for someone to take my order, meanwhile during those 8 minutes 5 staff seen me waiting at the counter and just ignored me. I then finally ordered my Pizza and what a disappointment. $31.01 for dry crust and I ordered stuff crust. Never Again! The staff need more training on customer service and whemever is making he pizza need it too.
