Definitely the neighborhood bar that everyone loves! Friendly and welcoming bartenders. Pool table, air hockey table, pinball machines, pacman arcade game that doubles as a table, and Big Game Hunter. Plus, an eclectic clientele that really helps to give the place character. It's the dive bar that puts other dive bars to shame. One of my absolute favorite places to go in South Slope, hands down. Oh, and the drinks are priced very well.

I love the ambience at this place. The pool table is like, on the stage! The fence or the wall around it though can become detrimental to anyone's game unless you are used on using the midget cue stick🤷 Otherwise, I love this pool bar. I guess, all bars that has a pool table will always be close to my heart!❤️ They have a clean bathroom (this is very important to me! Of course, to everyone else😊). And the bar has variety of drinks you can choose from from hard to soft.

Buttermilk is one of my favorite dive bars. Great bartenders no matter the shift, a good pool table, and a decent beer selection guarantee I will always love this bar. The crowds are decent too, and the bartenders are not afraid to 86 someone who shouldn't be there.

Awesome neighborhood bar with pinball machines, a raised pool table space, amazing service (Ali is amazing! Give her all your money!), awesome music, an air hockey table way in the back and this weird shuffleboard bowling game that will steal all your money. I've spent 20 buck on that thing before. The place has a ton of space so big groups are good to go. Drinks are priced right and the local crowd is super friendly. Buttermilk 4 lyfe!

The definition of a good dive bar. I've had countless good memories here. They actually have a lot of games here as well; pinball, pool, big Buck Hunter, darts even an air hockey table. No food but you can bring in anything from outside that you want and the bartenders are hilarious. If you're in South slope definitely stop into Buttermilk. Ask for Mel!

Mi Mo

A classy dive bar, if there is such a thing. Beer and shot specials, a pool table, pinball, photo booth, air hockey and arcade bowling machine are among the pleasant distractions. No food is served, but pizzeria across street takes care of that, and you’re welcome to bring it in. Music pleasant but not too loud. Bring a friend or ten.

Buttermilk is a fun, if somewhat rowdy bar with lots of pinball machines, arcades, a pool table and darts. Great place to hang out.

Place has a chill vibe. You can play pool or pinball. Pool table just doesn’t quite have enough room on all sides, so they have some mini cues for the awkward angles
