I received excellent service at Luo’s! The staff was super friendly and attentive, and everything I tried was fantastic. The chicken sandwich is a must-try — seriously delicious. Their burgers are out of this world, packed with flavor, and the desserts were just incredible. Everything was freshly made and perfectly prepared. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I got a chance to try this burger spot in BK! When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked into a cute burger joint. I was served by Maleny and she was nice! I ordered: Espresso Martini Double Cheese Burger Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich Buffalo Chicken loaded fries Boneless Chicken Wings Impossible Burger Tequenos Oreo Bites The food was really good and the Impossible Burger was my favorite! All in all, I had a good experience!

New date night/hangout spot at Park Slope serving the best smash burgers I have ever had! I went in thinking it’d be a quick bite, but the atmosphere was too good to go. The staff were super friendly and kind. The service is quick and the food is AMAZING! Highly recommend Luo’s Burger which comes with Luo’s delicious sauce and don’t forget to pair it with Luo’s loaded fries and drinks.

Solid and affordable smash burger! Coming from LA I had relatively high expectations for the smash burger and Luo’s did not disappoint! Nice vibes inside too with the neon and classic checkerboard tissue paper.

I walked by Luo’s Burger a couple times during my visit in NY, finally walked in to grab a bite, was the perfect atmosphere before hitting the city. Staff was friendly, welcoming and customer service was great, the food was perfect! 🙌🏾 will def be coming back for every NY trip. 😊 thank you.

Fantastic! Had the Luo’s burger (double smash cheeseburger with bacon and egg), the Impossible (with a surprisingly well-executed smashburger crust for a non-meat burger), the chicken sandwich (excellent, huge and juicy). Also the shakes were exceptional (the fries were a little generic but great for dipping in the shake). Super friendly service. And by 2025 standards the prices are incredibly reasonable ($12 for the signature burger, $6 for the shakes). They did a successful glowup on what used to be a dire looking space (RIP the truly excellent Green Province, sadly missed). A great addition to the neighborhood!

I really want this place to succeed, so I'm offering a bit of constructive feedback in this review. I'll start with the good, which is the most important thing: the food! Definitely one of the best smashburgers I've had in NYC, it really hits the spot when that craving hits. The not-so-good: the concept feels a bit confused between fast casual and full-service restaurant. Both times I’ve visited, there’s been just one person taking orders, making drinks, and running food. That setup doesn’t make much sense, even when it’s not busy, and it leads to long waits just to order or grab a drink. If the goal is fast casual, that’s great—just simplify. Skip the full bar and focus on easy-to-serve options like soda, beer, or wine (think Xi’an Famous Foods). But if the aim is a proper restaurant experience with cocktails and table service, it needs more staff to make that work smoothly. TL;DR: Amazing food, but the service model needs clarity. Either add staff and/or offer table service, or lean fully into fast casual so the experience matches the quality of the burger.

I couldn’t finish it because of bad it was. I really hope they change it up and add more to it. The chicken was also not juicy and it just felt & tasty very unhealthy (if that makes sense). The onion rings were pretty good and the fries were normal. The atmosphere is chill and they have good music. ** suggestion: taller table and seats because the bench is too tall for the smaller tables and you have to bend a lot (not comfortable)

Piping hot fries in a sealed plastic container, what are you thinking? The burger is fine for delivery, but skip the fries unless you like them wet and soggy.

I can't imagine if there were more customers in the place. The fries were over fried to the extent that I threw them out. I predict that this business will not last 6 more months. A lady walked in while I was waiting and she sat for over 5 minutes before she was even acknowledged while the two servers where chatting away by the register. Don't WASTE your money or time at this place!
