Welcome to the neighborhood Luo's!! I stopped in to pick up a burger to go this afternoon. I always like to get to know a place by their simplest, low cost offering. If they nail that I can be pretty sure they nail it all. And boy oh boy do they nail it!! The burger (a smash burger) was over the top good. They have just the right ratio of bread to meat to topping to sauce. It was a GREAT burger! I look forward to eating other offerings on the menu!! If you haven't stopped in yet you really should. Go hungry!! Super friendly vibe all around, great service, and a kick ass burger!

Burgers and onion rings were a standout and my daughter loved the chicken fingers. Everything was amazing but my lil girl was basically drinking the Luo sauce.. This will be a go to neighborhood spot from now on! Love late night delivery on weekend too!

I've been there a few times the luos burger, and the triple cheese are my some of my go tos. Definitely pair them with the onion rings. You'll be very satisfied with price and portion size.

I recently went to lunch over the weekend to this great hispanic influenced burger spot. There was a family and some other people in here when we came. My bf got an IPA and I got a mojito which was refreshing on a warm day. We then split the Luo's Double Smash Burger which had an egg, cheese and special so on it and a Luo's chicken sandwich which was huge and had these delish pickles on it. We also split the crinkle cut fries so nostalgic and the tequenos which are like Mexican mozzarella sticks. Ended our lunch with an espresso martini and then took a nice little stroll around Park Slope. All in all a great spot for some yummy food, also would be the perf hangover order.

The place has a modern bar area, UFC, baseball, and music videos playing, cozy seating, and even board games that make it feel both relaxed and entertaining. Absolutely the right burger you need. It's just the perfect size, flavor, satisfaction, and deliciousness. The crinkle-cut fries are comforting and the right size. The fried chicken sandwich is perfection, not greasy, the perfect crunchiness and again the perfect size and satisfaction. And finally, their milkshake will bring you back to how milkshakes were supposed to be made. On top of that, you can grab one of their drinks at the bar while you wait. Wonderful place in every way!

This little burger spot is 🔥🔥🔥! I stopped in for dinner on a Thursday night and ordered a few burgers and loaded fries, and everything was amazing. The smash burgers were cheap and the special sauce was great on top of the melted cheese. The loaded fries were crispy and they seriously give you an entire mountain of fries. Also grabbed a few beers that were super cold and perfect with the burgers. Vibes are very chill too :)

I always pass by this place on the corner of 4th Ave and 16th st. I ordered for the first time and dined in. Ginger took my order and she was so kind. The food was great. I ordered a cheese smash burger $6.50 and plain fries $4.75. The burgers are just the right size. Close to the size of a McDonald’s burger but taste better. It’s very clean and nice dim jazzy atmosphere.

Went in for a quick bite and ended up staying for hours! The chicken sandwich and onion rings were delicious and the smash burger was stellar. Most of all the staff was incredibly friendly had a great time singing and hanging out. Thank you to Yenny and Jinjie for lovely time we will be back soon!

We (2 young adults) got an order of the Luo's Burger, Luo's Fried Chicken Sandwich, and the Loaded Buffalo Fries, along with a Luo Margarita and Classic Mojito. The drinks were both extremely refreshing and we were both very full after finishing everything. The wait staff was very friendly and the seating was moderately comfortable. Overall was a fun atmosphere and we enjoyed our evening! Would recommend!

Finally, Something great opened in the Neighborhood. Their Colombian Coffee & Burgers are Great. We really needed good spot to come chill. Also, they have FREE WIFI which is perfect for people who doesn’t want to stay home.

There are better places. Went on a Saturday evening and no fresh available.

I did not order food, however upon assessing the drink menu, I requested a G&T. I asked if i can have a slice of lemon. They charged $1 for said lemon (per slice) then proceeded to charge a delivery fee, never mind i ordered and collected the drink myself. The server didn’t have to move from point A to B to “deliver”. Upon inquiring about the additional fees Monica attempted to offer an explanation. I was perplexed and left shortly after. I’m positive the “free special drink” would not be worth another visit. However, you are free to assess for yourself.

I don't get why they bother to have seating because they blast music (from a TV set to a music video channel) unbelievably loud. I sat as far away from the speakers as possible and still got a headache just sitting there waiting for my burger. The place where you order is right below the speaker so it's impossible to hear what the person working there is even saying to you. For some reason there's also a second TV in the bar playing the same genre of music, but different songs, moderately loudly, making it even harder to tolerate being there. Both TVs are competing with the constant honking of traffic outside, creating the most stressful sound environment imaginable. When the burger came, they didn't give me any napkins even though I got it to stay, and there were no napkins on any of the tables anywhere near me. The person working there was too busy for a while to come over so I could shout over the music to ask for napkins. She seemed suprised that I was asking for them even though the burger was really messy. The burger was good, but not worth eating or even waiting at a place like that. Getting the wifi code is also needlessly difficult as well even though they bill themselves as a coffee place. Why can't they put it up somewhere?

I ordered delivery based on all these awesome reviews and was horribly disappointed. The sides all taste like they were previously frozen, the burgers were just okay. The chicken tenders came soggy as hell because they just pour the sauce over it the whole delivery experience was just a bummer. Everything needed salt, the fries were gross low key. Seriously do not recommend.

Food: the burger was extremely greasy. Working half way through the burger, the bun was completely soaked in oil and inedible. The flavor was just ok, nothing special. The fries unfortunately were undercooked. It was hard to make bad fries, but they managed to do so. Service: zero service. It is basically a fancier McDonald’s. Ambience: I don’t like the lighting and decor. It feels so stale and weird. The restaurant was dead without any traffic on a Saturday night. Like another reviewer said, they will likely be out of the business in the next few months.

When I arrived at home the burgers were soggy and had no flavor. How can you screw up a hamburger and fries? Luo's Burgers definitely knows how to do that. I can't imagine if there were more customers in the place. The fries were over fried to the extent that I threw them out. I predict that this business will not last 6 more months. A lady walked in while I was waiting and she sat for over 5 minutes before she was even acknowledged while the two servers where chatting away by the register. Don't WASTE your money or time at this place!

I really wanted to love this place and support them, but unfortunately every time I place an order, something is wrong. We didn’t want to wait, so my husband offered to come back later since we live across the street. They never asked for our phone number to call when the fries were ready, which would have been helpful. I called to check if the fries were ready, my husband picked them up, and when he got home they were soggy, overly oily, and very dark. They were completely unacceptable and not enjoyable at all. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but after multiple issues and today’s experience, it felt necessary. I hope they can improve their order accuracy, communication, and food quality because I really wanted this place to work.

I walked through the door and the place was empty. One person was waiting for their takeout food. I placed my order. Monica was very nice and served me some water while I waited for my food. 30 minutes later I received my take out order. Two Cheeseburgers and an order of fries.
