Dave's Hot Chicken

The burger tastes great for a fast food smash burger, it is definitely one of the better ones that I have had. The waiting time was however too long. There were people in front of me taking forever to discuss who knows what and there seemed to be only one person taking orders despite some more people around. This could definitely be optimized. There were several lemonades to order from but I received something different than I ordered but it was ok so I didn't care but if you do, make sure that they get you what you ordered.

Shake shake has lost its pizazz. There is nothing special about it anymore. The food isn't that great and just average. The fries taste frozen and the burgers are dry. No thanks for a $20 burger. 😑

I know kids need a place to hang but during my meal there were like 10 teens vaping in the restaurant which is pretty unappetizing when I’m trying to eat. A little more management around the tables would be appreciated.

So I had shake shack twice. The first time I tried it, it was honestly good. It was overpriced for my taste but my friend treated me that day. My second time trying it I got two burgers, chicken bites and a drink. The burgers was the $6.99 ones. First of all the whole meal was salty. They probably changed chefs or someone dont know what they were doing. I literally struggled to finish the meal. The chicken bites was salty and small for $5 and change. I was going to take it back to them but I said forget it I don't like conflict. I was even going to give it to a homless man outside because I thought he would enjoy it. This was my second and last time here. My friend order cheese fries and said it lack salt. The amount of salt I got was probably for his meal

Burger took forever to be prepared although there was literally 7 customers in the whole place. Food came in whatever order. It tasted okay, but not as tasty as it should. It's completely over staff. Workers couldn't care less about customers, they kind of ignore them, they're just chatting and making noise instead of working. Sadly this place does not live up to the standards of Shake Shack!

Worst experience ever. Extremely disappointed. This is already the THIRD time I receive my order WITHOUT THE DRINK. How is this even possible? Why are you cheating customers? Are you intentionally not putting drinks in the bag to save money? Do you think you can get rich by stealing from your guests? Where is the manager of this restaurant? Why is there no control over your staff? What’s unbelievable is that only THIS location works like this. Other locations are fine and do their job properly. Why can’t you control your employees? Why do they lie to customers and send incomplete orders? For the third time, my order arrived without the drink that I PAID for. There was no drink inside the bag at all. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I do NOT recommend this location. Check your orders carefully or better, avoid this place completely.

Ok here goes!!! I walk into this place for the very 1st time. I don’t eat fast foods regularly so I said let’s give this place a try. As I waited No one said anything to me and I’m by the counter approximately 5 minutes until I was approached by a worker that was passing on the outside. I immediately told her it was my very 1st time. I didn’t have to come in here because I just had CAVA and 2 Starbucks ice latte’s and I with my dumb self said let’s give them a try just because. I even had time to sign up on the app to check out what they had and I was the only customer at the order here sign. I like to look around & observe to make sure it’s clean so I looked to see how they operate in the back preparing the burgers. They had about 3 outside orders waiting at the time as well and about 3 customers at a table eating. After paying she handed me a number and said thank you. I waited and waited another 5 to 8 minutes. Now when I saw her bringing the order I said that’s mines because obviously I’m the only new customer. The woman passed me at the counter and walked behind me then shout the number “66”. Maybe she thought it was 666 I don’t know but the attitude was horrendous. So I open my hand to take it and she refuses to give me. Started shouting and speaking very loudly asking where am I sitting while rolling her eyes. Again I have never been in here ever!!! I chose a spot and she’s rolling her eyes and continuing to argue speaking very loud until another person intervene and asked her to come by them for something. How am I suppose to know I’m suppose to pick a place to sit and they serve you if no one told me. I’m in a fast food place I’m trying for the 1st time. Key point “I am a customer and without my money you won’t be here getting paid.” Your attitude is key when it comes to customer service regardless if you tired and want to go home or frustrated for your own personal problems. Show people respect especially when you depending on them to get paid. If you didn’t have to be there working you won’t be there working. I enjoyed burgers more I made at home!!! They just lost a 1st time customer!!! Even McDonald’s give wayyy better service. I’ve gotten better treatment from Mexicans, Whites, Italians, Indians but the minute I walk into a place like shake-shack and I see all black people they about to fight with me!!! Why?!!! Because I’m black and they assume!!! I guess I’m bringing down my own!!! And this person is suppose to be the manager as she claimed. *Tip for the manager: excuse me I greatly apologize for the misunderstanding. Please allow me to bring your meal to a table of your choosing. It’s your very 1st time and we are a very customer friendly fast food joint willing to try and put a smile on your face before you even touch the food we created with smiles. Would you like to add anything else to your meal so you enjoy more? Again I greatly apologize. Thank you for your patience. Hope to see you again soon. 😉

My pickup order was ready for a long time and no one was giving it to me so I asked for it and the lady said it wasn't ready but it was sitting on the shelf. The worst part was they didn't cook the burger through and it made my stomach hurt. The meat was still raw/pink as you see in the photos. Customer Support was helpful in providing store credit for this awful burger.

First time trying Shake Shake and thought their smashed patties burger was super salty. Customer service is terrible here because the cashier is hella rude. In-N-Out in California is so much better in terms of freshness and friendlier customer service. I will not be back at this Shake Shack location when visiting Brooklyn, New York.

Spoiled meat. Or dirty grill. Came here on 1/6/2026. At 1030am when they opened. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and lemonade. The burger was really well done which now has me believing either the meat was bad or the grill was dirty.. this burger being the only thing I ate that day it gave me diarrhea. And even now as im writing this review my stomach is in pain ive only even had this before when food poisoned. Please becareful save the receipt incase you have a contaminated burger.
